Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ポリスクシンイミドを、固体アルカリまたはアルカリ土類金属塩基と反応 させて、固体ポリアスパラギン酸塩を形成することを含んで成る、ポリアスパラ ギン酸塩の製造方法。 2. 固体ポリスクシンイミドと固体アルカリ金属水酸化物とを反応性接触させ て、固体ポリアスパラギン酸金属塩を形成することを含んで成る、ポリアスパラ ギン酸塩の製造方法。 3. ポリスクシンイミドを、その中でそれが形成される有機反応媒体に懸濁さ せる請求項1に記載の方法。 4. 有機媒体およびポリスクシンイミドが、反応の間に実質的に室温である請 求項3に記載の方法。 5. 塩基がアルカリ金属である請求項1、3または4のいずれか1項に記載の 方法。 6. アルカリ金属がナトリウムである請求項5に記載の方法。 7. アルカリ金属がカリウムである請求項5に記載の方法。 8. ポリスクシンイミドの塩基加水分解によってポリアスパラギン酸塩を形成 する方法における、加水分解が固体状態で行われる改良。 9. 固体アルカリ金属水酸化物が加水分解に使用される請求項8に記載の方法 。 10. 粒状、易流動性ポリアスパラギン酸塩の製造方法であって、該方法が、 a) 攪拌された液体有機反応媒体中に分散されたL−アスパラギン酸を、熱 によって縮合させて、固体ポリスクシンイミドのスラリーを形成し; b) ポリスクシンイミドを、固体アルカリ金属水酸化物とインサイチュ(i n situ)で反応させて、有機媒体中に分散された固体ポリアスパラギン酸 塩を形成し; c) 塩を有機媒体から分離し;および d) 分離された塩を乾燥して、粒状、易流動性ポリアスパラギン酸塩を形成 する; ことを含んで成る方法。 11. 粒状、易流動性、固体アスパラギン酸塩。 12. ポリアスパラギン酸ナトリウムとしての請求項11に記載の塩。 13. ポリアスパラギン酸カリウムとしての請求項11に記載の塩。 14. ポリスクシンイミドと、固体アルカリまたはアルカリ土類金属塩基との 反応生成物を含んで成る固体ポリアスパラギン酸塩。 15. 請求項1または10に記載の方法によるポリアスパラキン酸塩生成物。
