Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1の主表面及び第2の主表面を有する裏材料と、 該裏材料の第1の主表面上に延在する第1の硬化樹脂を含む第1の樹脂層と 、 該第1の樹脂層内に付着した研磨剤粒子と、 該第1の樹脂層上に適用された第2の硬化樹脂を含む第2の樹脂層と、 第1及び第2の樹指層全体に延在する、相互接触点で互いに結合した繊維の ロフティー三次元不織ウェブと、を含む研磨物品。 2.前記裏材料が補強織物であり、前記不織ウェブの繊維が該織物全体に延在 する請求項1に記載の研磨物品。 3.前記第1の硬化樹脂が、フェノール樹脂、ペンダントα,β−不飽和カル ボニル基を有するアミノプラスト樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、エチレン 性不飽和樹脂、アクリル化イソシアヌレート樹脂、ユリアホルムアルデヒド樹脂 、イソシアヌレート樹脂、アクリル化ウレタン樹脂、アクリル化エポキシ樹脂、 ビスマレイミド樹脂、フルオレン改質エポキシ樹脂、及びそれらの組合せからな る群から選択される請求項1に記載の研磨物品。 4.前記第1の硬化樹脂の乾燥塗膜重量が、約400g/m2以上である請求項 1に記載の研磨物品。 5.前記研磨剤粒子が、酸化アルミニウム、炭化ケイ素、アルミナジルコニア 、ダイヤモンド、セリア、立方晶窒化ホウ素、ザクロ石及びそれらの組合せから なる群から選択される請求項1に記載の研磨物品。 6.前記第2の樹脂が、ポリウレタン、ポリ尿素、スチレンブタジエンゴム、 ニトリルゴム、ポリイソプレン及び前述の物質の組合せからなる群から選択され る可撓性の物質を含む請求項1に記載の研磨物品。 7.前記第2の硬化樹指の乾燥塗膜重量が、約400g/m2以上である請求項 1に記載の研磨物品。 8.前記不織ウェブの前記繊維が、ポリエステル、ナイロン、ポリプロピレン 、アクリル、レーヨン、酢酸セルロース、ポリ塩化ビニリデン−塩化ビニル共重 合体、塩化ビニル−アクリロニトリル共重合体、綿、ウール、黄麻、大麻及び前 述 の物質の組合せからなる群から選択される物質を含む請求項1に記載の研磨物品 。 9.第1の主ウェブ表面と、第2の主ウェブ表面と、該第1及び第2の主ウェ ブ表面間に延在する中央ウェブ部分とを規定する互いに結合した繊維の不織ウエ ブと、 該ウェブ全体に延在する第1の硬化樹脂を含む第1の樹指層であって、乾燥重量 が少なくとも約400g/m2である第1の樹脂層と、 該第1の樹指層内に付着した研磨剤粒子と、 該第1の樹脂層上に適用された第2の硬化樹脂を含む第2の樹指層であって、乾 燥重量が少なくとも約400g/m2である第2の樹脂層と、を含む研磨物品。 10.前記繊維が、ポリエステル、ナイロン、ポリプロピレン、アクリル酸重 合体、レーヨン、酢酸セルロース重合体、ポリ塩化ビニリデン−塩化ビニル共重 合体、塩化ビニル−アクリロニトリル共重合体、綿、ウール、黄麻、大麻及び前 述の物質の組合せからなる群から選択される物質を含む請求項9に記載の研磨物 品。 11.前記第1の硬化樹脂が、フェノール樹脂、ペンダントα,β−不飽和カ ルボニル基を有するアミノプラスト樹指、ウレタン樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、エチレ ン性不飽和樹指、アクリル化イソシアヌレート樹脂、ユリアホルムアルデヒド樹 脂、イソシアヌレート樹指、アクリル化ウレタン樹脂、アクリル化エポキシ樹脂 、ビスマレイミド樹脂、フルオレン改質エポキシ樹脂、及びそれらの組合せから なる群から選択される請求項9に記載の研磨物品。 12.前記研磨剤粒子が、酸化アルミニウム、炭化ケイ素、アルミナジルコニ ア、ダイヤモンド、セリア、立方晶窒化ホウ素、ザクロ石及びそれらの組合せか らなる群から選択される請求項9に記載の研磨物品。 13.前記第2の樹脂が、ポリウレタン、ポリ尿素、スチレンブタジエンゴム 、ニトリルゴム、ポリイソプレン及び前述の物質の組合せからなる群から選択さ れる可撓性の物質を含む請求項9に記載の研磨物品。 14.前記不織ウェブの前記第1の主表面に付着させられた補強織物を更に含 み、該不織ウェブの繊維が該補強織物全体に延在する請求項9に記載の研磨物品 。 15.請求項9で規定した圧縮研磨物品を複数含む積層複合材料。 16.前記複合材料が、研削用途に好適な研削ホイールである請求項15に記 載の積層複合材料。 17.第1の主ウェブ表面と、第2の主ウェブ表面と、それらの間に延在する 中央ウェブ部分とを有する、相互接触点で互いに結合した繊維のオープン、ロフ ティー三次元不織ウェブを提供する工程と、 乾燥塗膜重量が約400g/m2以上となるのに十分な量で第1の塗布可能な組成 物を該不織ウェブに適用する工程と、 研磨剤粒子を該第1の塗布可能な組成物に適用する工程と、 該第1の塗布可能な組成物を少なくとも部分的に硬化させる工程と、 乾燥含浸量が約400g/m2以上となるのに十分な量で第2の塗布可能な組成物 を該不織ウェブに適用する工程と、 該第2の塗布可能な組成物を硬化させる工程と、を含む研磨物品の製造方法。
