本发明公开了一种用于石材抛光的无纺布磨块及其制作方法。该无纺布磨块以重量百分比计,包括20~30%的无纺布纤维,15~30%磨料,5~15%填料,20‑35%树脂胶粘剂,0~5%的蜡,0~5%的色料。本发明改变了现有技术中硬性材料做磨具的特点,选用相对软质的无纺布纤维、软质树脂做磨料的载体,并利用无纺布的三维结构控制合适的柔软度,在研磨抛光过程中较好的贴合石材表面,不会出现“硬”的碰撞划伤,不容易产生暗影与划痕。另外由树脂把持的磨料还有一定的磨削作用,抛磨出的石材表面更加细腻,光滑,光泽度更高。板面美观亮丽。用于石材的抛光,装在凌苦土磨块或草酸复合磨块后面可将光泽度提高5‑20度。

本发明涉及抛光磨具技术领域,特别是涉及一种用于石材抛光的无纺布磨块及其制作方法。
背景技术
石材抛光是利用机械设备快速运转磨块研磨石材,磨削石材表面粗点,减少石材表面粗糙度,提光表面光泽度的过程。石材抛光通常以“干抛光”、“湿抛光”来达到抛光效果,产品表面会出现很强的反射光,这是通常所说的光泽度。历经打磨抛光的石材表面平整光滑、质感清晰、纹理亮丽,因此石材抛工是提高石材品质至关重要的工艺流程。
磨块是由具有磨削作用的磨料以一定形式结合的工件。抛光磨块是石材抛光的关键部位,研磨抛光效果的好坏主要取决胜于磨块的品质。因此,伴随着石材加工质量的要求不断提高,石材加工磨块的研发需求更加迫切。
石材抛光磨块有很多,基本组成是磨料与结合剂,根据结合剂不同,可分为金刚磨块、凌苦土磨块或树脂磨块、草酸复合磨块等。磨料粒度有46#、60#、80#、120#、180#、240#、320#、400#、600#、800#、1000#、1500#、3000#、10000#等。石材经过所含的磨料磨块由从粗到细一系列连续式抛光机组抛磨后,石材的光泽度会逐级提高,比如大理石抛到80-90度。现有的石材抛光磨块金刚磨块、凌苦土磨块或树脂磨块、草酸复合磨块等特点是硬、切削力好,但柔软度不够,石材上到一定光泽度后,比如90度后,继续用硬质的树脂磨块、草酸复合磨块抛磨时会产生划伤,光度再进一步提高比较困难,容易出现灯丝等划痕。对此,市面有利用软毛毡加抛光粉抛光蜡进行湿抛,也可进一步提高光度,但抛光粉与软毛毡并不连为一体,消耗抛光粉较多使得成本高,并且不能与前面粗磨抛工组成抛光组进行连续式抛光,加工比较麻烦。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明所要解决的技术问题,就是提出一种用于石材抛光的无纺布磨块及其制作方法,该无纺布磨块可对石材进一步抛光,使得大理石抛光后光泽度达到90度以上。
本发明的无纺布磨块主要由无纺布基材、树脂胶粘剂与磨料组成。本发明的无纺布磨块改变了金刚磨块、凌苦土磨块或树脂磨块、草酸复合磨块等这类磨块“硬”的特性,增加磨块的柔软度并保持有一定的磨削力,用于石材的抛光,抛磨出的石材表面更加细腻,光滑,光泽度更高。不容易产生暗影与划痕,板面美观亮丽。石材抛光机装在草酸复合磨块后面,石材光泽度继续可提高5-20度,抛大理石可达到100-110度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种用于石材抛光的无纺布磨块,包括无纺布基材和涂覆于基材中的砂浆。具体地,以重量百分比计,包括20~30%的无纺布纤维,15~30%磨料,5~15%填料,20-35%树脂胶粘剂,0~5%的蜡,0~5%的色料。以上用量范围是优选范围,保证了粘度和粘结强度的要求,如超过上述范围可能造成粘度过高而不能正常加工,或者粘结强度太低的问题。
本发明的蜡选自硬脂酸、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸钡、十六醇、月桂酸、椰油酸、石蜡、木蜡、蜂蜡。蜡是润滑剂,表面成膜剂,可减少磨料对石材表面的划伤,也可以石材表面形成一层很薄的膜,蜡对石材的润湿性较好,可增加光泽度与透底性。
该磨块的制作方法是将除基材外的所有组分均匀混合后形成一种砂浆,通过喷涂或滚压或浸涂的方式将砂浆均匀涂覆于基材中,然后将含砂浆的基材在压缩状态下固化,最后切割或冲切成型。
本发明的基材选用无纺布,如氰纶纤维、涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维、芳纶纤维、醋酯纤维、植物纤维、羊毛纤维。无纺布为层级结构,各层无纺布可分别选用不同的无纺布纤维。
基材选用发泡海绵,比如发泡PVA、发泡聚氨酯代替无纺布纤维也可将磨块变得柔软,也可抛光至接近无纺布纤维的抛光光度效果,但PVA不耐磨,发泡聚氨酯耐热性差,耐磨度比用无纺布纤维效果差,不适用于连续式石材加工,因此,基材优选为无纺布纤维。
本发明的磨料选自绿碳化硅、黑碳化硅、白刚玉、黑刚玉、棕刚玉、氧化铈、氧化铝、金刚砂、氮化硼、碳化硼、氧化锆中至少一种组成。
本发明的树脂选自环氧基树脂、聚酯树脂、酚醛树脂、丙烯酸酯树脂、三聚氰胺树脂中的至少一种。
本发明的填料选自滑石粉、硫酸钙、氧化铈、氧化镁、碳酸钙、石英石、石榴石、硅酸钠、膨润土中的至少一种。
根据产品的颜色需求,可选择是否添加色料,色料选自钛白粉、氧化铁、络绿(氧化络绿)、钛青绿、土黄粉、橙黄粉。
本发明还可根据产品需求添加助剂,助剂选自稀释剂、引发剂、促进剂、偶联剂、抗氧化剂、防霉剂。助剂起到辅助功能,如稀释剂降低树脂浆料粘稠度、提高色粉分散效果;偶联剂提高树脂对磨料的粘结强度等,对产品光度有帮助。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果为:
本发明改变了现有技术中硬性材料做磨具的特点,选用相对软质的无纺布纤维、软质树脂做磨料的载体,并利用无纺布的三维结构控制合适的柔软度,在研磨抛光过程中较好的贴合石材表面,不会出现“硬”的碰撞划伤,不容易产生暗影与划痕。另外由树脂把持的磨料还有一定的磨削作用,抛磨出的石材表面更加细腻,光滑,光泽度更高。板面美观亮丽。用于石材的抛光,装在凌苦土磨块或草酸复合磨块后面可将石材光泽度继续提高5-20度。

具体实施方式
为让本领域的技术人员更加清晰直观的了解本发明,下面将结合附图,对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
按比例称取1000#黑碳化硅20份、800#碳酸钙15份、氧化铁5份、环氧基树脂胶30份、硬脂酸5份,用搅拌机高速搅拌形成均匀的砂浆后,将砂浆均匀涂覆于25份氰纶无纺布中,以3.0公斤/平方的质量密度压缩成1.3CM厚,固化成形后,冲切成7.5CM×9.5CM的马蹄形。粘贴在马蹄胶盖上,装上抛光机抛磨大理石,光泽度在凌苦土磨块、草酸复合磨块磨后的基础上,光泽度可提高5度。
大理石抛光生产线上,一般都要经过凌苦土磨块,草酸复合磨块几道工序的。不同的石板及不同的凌苦土磨块、草酸复合磨块组合抛磨后光度会有很大差异。一般大理石经过草酸复后磨块抛后很难90度以上,因为草酸磨块比较硬会划伤石材,光度上到一定程度很难再高。有的石板用草酸复后磨块抛后只有50多度。本发明是在其它磨具磨后再用的,前面的基础会影响后面无纺布磨块最后的抛磨光度。本发明的的主要作用是在其它磨具无法达到的条件下提高抛光光度。
实施例2
按比例称取2000#绿碳化硅25份、石英石10份、环氧基树脂胶30份、硬脂酸钙5份,用搅拌机高速搅拌形成均匀的砂浆后,将砂浆均匀涂覆于30份锦纶纤维无纺布中,以3.0公斤/平方的质量密度压缩成1.3CM厚,固化成形后,冲切成7.5CM×9.5CM的马蹄形。粘贴在马蹄胶盖上,装上抛光机抛磨大理石,可使大理石在不同的凌苦土磨块、草酸复合磨块组合抛磨后光泽度继续提高8度。
实施例3
按比例称取3000#绿碳化硅25份、3000#碳酸钙5份、石英石5份,环氧基树脂胶30份、硬脂酸5份,用搅拌机高速搅拌形成均匀的砂浆后,将砂浆均匀涂覆于30份锦纶纤维无纺布中,以3.0公斤/平方的质量密度压缩成1.3CM厚,固化成形后,冲切成7.5CM×9.5CM的马蹄形。粘贴在马蹄胶盖上,装上抛光机抛磨大理石,可使大理石在不同的凌苦土磨块、草酸复合磨块组合抛磨后光泽度继续提高12度。
实施例4
按比例称取6000#氧化铝25份、氧化络绿5份、滑石粉5份,聚酯树脂胶35份,月桂酸5份,用搅拌机高速搅拌形成均匀的砂浆后,将砂浆均匀涂覆于25份涤纶纤维无纺布中,以3.0公斤/平方的质量密度压缩成1.3CM厚,固化成形后,冲切成7.5CM×9.5CM的马蹄形。粘贴在马蹄胶盖上,装上抛光机抛磨大理石,可使大理石在不同的凌苦土磨块、草酸复合磨块组合抛磨后光泽度继续提高15度。
实施例5
按比例称取10000#白刚玉25份、氧化铈5份、聚酯树脂胶35份、硅酸钠5份、月桂酸5份,用搅拌机高速搅拌形成均匀的砂浆后,将砂浆均匀涂覆于25份涤纶无纺布中,以3.0公斤/平方的质量密度压缩成1.3CM厚,固化成形后,冲切成7.5CM×9.5CM的马蹄形。粘贴在马蹄胶盖上,装上抛光机抛磨大理石,可使大理石在不同的凌苦土磨块、草酸复合磨块组合抛磨后光泽度继续提高20度。

Claims (8)
1.一种用于石材抛光的无纺布磨块,其特征在于,以重量百分比计,包括20~30%的无纺布纤维,15~30%磨料,5~15%填料,20-35%树脂胶粘剂,0~5%的蜡,0~5%的色料;
无纺布纤维作为磨块的基材并处于压缩状态,其余原料均匀附着于无纺布纤维上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布磨块,其特征在于,蜡选自硬脂酸、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸钡、十六醇、月桂酸、椰油酸、石蜡、木蜡、蜂蜡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布磨块,其特征在于,无纺布纤维选自氰纶纤维、涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维、芳纶纤维、醋酯纤维、植物纤维、羊毛纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布磨块,其特征在于,磨料选自绿碳化硅、黑碳化硅、白刚玉、黑刚玉、棕刚玉、氧化铈、氧化铝、金刚石、氮化硼、碳化硼、氧化锆中至少一种组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布磨块,其特征在于,树脂选自环氧基树脂、聚酯树脂、酚醛树脂、丙烯酸酯树脂、三聚氰胺树脂中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布磨块,其特征在于,填料选自滑石粉、硫酸钙、氧化锌、氧化镁、碳酸钙、石英石、石榴石、硅酸钠、膨润土中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布磨块,其特征在于,色料选自钛白粉、氧化铁、络刚绿、钛青绿、土黄粉、橙黄粉。
8.根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的无纺布磨块的制作方法,其特征在于,是将除无纺布纤维以外的所有组分均匀混合后形成砂浆,通过喷涂或滚压或浸涂的方式将砂浆均匀涂覆于无纺布纤维中,然后将含砂浆的无纺布纤维在压缩状态下固化,最后切割或冲切成型。
