本发明公开了一种用于陶瓷抛亚光的无纺布磨块及其制作方法。该无纺布磨块以重量百分含量计,包括10~30%的无纺布纤维,20~70%的磨料,5~20%的填料,20~70%的树脂、0~5%的蜡、0~5%的助剂;磨料的粒度范围为180#‑400#;以无纺布纤维为载体,由树脂胶粘把持磨料,由磨料对陶瓷起磨削抛光。本发明的无纺布通过层压粘结的方式可控制合适的柔软度,在研磨抛光过程中不会出现“硬”的碰撞划伤。利用树脂粘结纤维与磨料,以无纺布纤维为载体,由树脂胶粘剂把持磨料,由磨料对陶瓷起磨削抛光。用于陶瓷抛光,能有效解决去除密胺树脂磨块、凌苦土磨具磨印,并能控制抛光光度达到10‑70度的亚光或柔光效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及抛光磨具技术领域,特别涉及一种用于陶瓷抛亚光的无纺布磨块及其制作方法。
背景技术
瓷砖是建筑的重要组成部份,瓷砖烧制成形后,为了提高瓷砖品质,需要对瓷砖进行抛光。抛光后的陶瓷砖会变得更加美观、防污易清洗。根据抛光效果不同,瓷砖可分为高光砖、仿古砖、亚光砖等。亚光砖或柔光砖是近年陶瓷发展的趋势。
现有的陶瓷抛光磨具主要电镀金刚磨块、密胺树脂弹性磨块、研磨刷、凌苦土磨块等。陶瓷烧制后,表面平整度不高,需要用磨削力强金刚磨块削平,但金刚磨块、密胺树脂磨块、凌苦土等磨具材质比较硬,在磨削砖面的同时也会产生磨印,需用硅酸盐配合羊毛轮或其他纤维轮打蜡填平磨印。因为需要较多的蜡水打磨才能填平磨印,使陶瓷砖面的光泽度基本达到70度以上。而蜡水填充太少磨印会明显,蜡水太多又达不到10-70度亚光或柔光效果。密胺树脂弹性磨块、凌苦土磨块等要配合蜡水用于高光砖。研磨刷虽然也可去除密胺树脂弹性磨块、凌苦土磨块等留下的磨印,但磨平效果较差,磨出的砖面凹凸感明显,这类磨具应用于仿古砖比较多。
因此,用密胺树脂磨块、凌苦土磨具磨出的陶瓷砖面效果差,不填充蜡水磨印明显,填充蜡水的光度太高,达不到市场需要的20-50度亚光或柔光砖面效果。用研磨刷研磨板面平整度差,表面凹凸不平,防污清理效果差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,就是提出一种用于陶瓷抛亚光的无纺布磨块及其制作方法。本发明的无纺布磨块用于陶瓷抛光,能有效去除密胺树脂磨块、凌苦土磨具产生的磨印,并能控制抛光光度达到10-70度的亚光或柔光效果,因此,本发明可使陶瓷砖抛出不同的光泽度、柔和度,满足市场需求的亚光或柔光效果,并能达到合格的防污要求。
本发明的无纺布纤维磨块由二维或三维网状结构的无纺布纤维、树脂胶粘剂与磨料等组成。本发明的磨块改变了密胺树脂磨块、凌苦土磨块、酚醛树脂或不饱和聚酯树脂、磨块等这类磨块“硬”的特性,磨块具有较好的的柔韧性并有一定的磨削力,用于陶瓷的抛光,可消除密胺树脂磨块等硬质磨块产生的磨头印,并提高一定的光度,使陶瓷表面形成均匀美观有亚光或柔光效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种用于陶瓷抛亚光的无纺布磨块,其是一种复合材料,以重量百分含量计,包括25~35%的无纺布纤维,10~40%的磨料,5~20%的填料,30~40%的树脂、0~5%的蜡、0~5%的助剂。以上用量范围是优选范围,保证了粘度和粘结强度的要求,如超过上述范围可能造成粘度过高而不能正常加工,或者粘结强度太低的问题。
本发明中,填料、蜡和助剂是可选择性添加的,根据产品的要求进行选择。
其中,填料对磨削有辅助作用,实际使用中可提高硬度降低成本。
蜡不起磨削作用,它是润滑剂,表面成膜剂,可减少磨料对陶瓷表面的划伤,也可以石材表面形成一层很薄的膜,可增加光泽度与透底性。
助剂起到辅助功能,不同助剂起的效果不同,如稀释剂降低树脂浆料粘稠度、提高磨料填充料分散效果;偶联剂提高树脂对磨料的粘结强度等。
该磨块的制作方法是将磨料、蜡、助剂、填料与树脂等均匀混合后形成砂浆,通过喷涂或滚压或浸涂的方式将砂浆均匀涂覆于无纺布纤维中,然后将含砂浆的无纺布纤维在外力作用下压缩并固化,最后切割或冲切成适合装于抛光机卡位的磨块。
使用时,将磨块冲切成长方形,修切倒角,粘合在特定规格的胶盖上,粘贴于抛光机的胶盖上即可进行研磨抛光。
本发明的无纺布纤维选自芳纶纤维、氰纶纤维、锦纶纤维、涤纶纤维、羊毛纤维等。
无纺布纤维也可用发泡海绵,比如发泡PVA、发泡聚氨酯代替,它们也可将磨块变得柔软,效果上也可抛光至接近的光度效果,但PVA不耐磨,发泡聚氨酯耐热性差,磨削力与耐磨度比用无纺布纤维效果差,不适用于连续式陶瓷加工。
本发明的磨料选自绿碳化硅、白刚玉、棕刚玉、黑碳化硅、黑刚玉、金刚石、氮化硼、碳化硼、氧化锆等中的至少一种,粒度范围为180#-10000#。
本发明的填料选自石英石、石榴石、碳酸钙、滑石粉、氧化铈、硫酸钙、硅酸钠、氧化铝、氧化镁、氧化络绿、膨润土等中的至少一种。
本发明的蜡选自硬脂酸、月桂酸、十六醇、椰油酸、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸钡、蜂蜡、石蜡、棕榈蜡等。
本发明的助剂选自稀释剂(如酒精、乙酸乙酯)、偶联剂(硅烷)、防霉剂、抗氧化剂、促进剂等,根据产品的抛磨性能进行选择性添加。
本发明的树脂选自酚醛树脂、环氧基树脂、聚酯树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、丙烯酸酯树脂等中的至少一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果为:
本发明的无纺布通过层压粘结(多层无纺布纤维粘接成一个整体)的方式可控制合适的柔软度(同样的厚度,叠的层数越多,压得越紧,产品固化后就越硬),在研磨抛光过程中不会出现“硬”的碰撞划伤。利用树脂粘结纤维与磨料,以无纺布纤维为载体,由树脂胶粘剂把持磨料,由磨料对陶瓷起磨削抛光。用于陶瓷抛光,能有效解决去除密胺树脂磨块、凌苦土磨具磨印,并能控制抛光光度达到10-75度的亚光或柔光效果。

具体实施方式
为让本领域的技术人员更加清晰直观的了解本发明,下面将结合附图,对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
按比例称取180#黑碳化硅38份、石英石5份、酚醛树脂30份,偶联剂2份,用搅拌机高速搅拌形成均匀的砂浆后,将砂浆均匀涂覆于25份芳纶无纺布中,以9.8公斤/平方的质量密度压缩成2.5CM厚,固化成形后,冲切成13CM×5.5CM×2.5的长方形。粘贴在胶盖上,装上抛光机抛磨陶砖,抛磨去除800#密胺树脂弹性磨块所留下磨头印,光度10-15度。
实施例2
按比例称取240#黑碳化硅38份、石英石5份、酚醛树脂30份,偶联剂2份,用搅拌机高速搅拌形成均匀的砂浆后,将砂浆均匀涂覆于25份芳纶无纺布中,以9.8公斤/平方的质量密度压缩成2.5CM厚,固化成形后,冲切成13CM×5.5CM×2.5的长方形。粘贴在胶盖上,装上抛光机抛磨陶砖,抛磨去除800#密胺树脂弹性磨块所留下磨头印,光度12-18度。
实施例3
按比例称取320#绿碳化硅33份、石英石5份、酚醛树脂30份,偶联剂2份,用搅拌机高速搅拌形成均匀的砂浆后,将砂浆均匀涂覆于25份氰纶无纺布中,以9.8公斤/平方的质量密度压缩成2.5CM厚,固化成形后,冲切成13CM×5.5CM×2.5的长方形。粘贴在胶盖上,装上抛光机抛磨陶砖,抛磨去除1000#密胺树脂弹性磨块所留下磨头印,光度15-20度。
实施例4
按比例称取320#绿碳化硅23份、氧化铝10份、环氧基树脂40份,偶联剂2份,用搅拌机高速搅拌形成均匀的砂浆后,将砂浆均匀涂覆于25份氰纶无纺布中,以8.7公斤/平方的质量密度压缩成2.5CM厚,固化成形后,冲切成13CM×5.5CM×2.5的长方形。粘贴在胶盖上,装上抛光机抛磨陶砖,抛磨去除1000#密胺树脂弹性磨块所留下磨头印,光度13-18度。
实施例5
按比例称取400#绿碳化硅23份、氧化铝10份、环氧基树脂40份,偶联剂2份,用搅拌机高速搅拌形成均匀的砂浆后,将砂浆均匀涂覆于25份锦纶无纺布中,以8.7公斤/平方的质量密度压缩成2.5CM厚,固化成形后,冲切成13CM×5.5CM×2.5的长方形。粘贴在胶盖上,装上抛光机抛磨陶砖,抛磨去除1200#密胺树脂弹性磨块所留下磨头印,光度18-24度。
实施例6
按比例称取600#棕刚玉23份、氧化铝10份、环氧基树脂40份,偶联剂2份,用搅拌机高速搅拌形成均匀的砂浆后,将砂浆均匀涂覆于25份锦纶无纺布中,以8.7公斤/平方的质量密度压缩成2.5CM厚,固化成形后,冲切成13CM×5.5CM×2.5的长方形。粘贴在胶盖上,装上抛光机抛磨陶砖,抛磨去除1200#密胺树脂弹性磨块所留下磨头印,光度22-32度。
实施例7
按比例称取1000#棕刚玉15份、氧化镁10份、环氧基树脂35份,硬脂酸钡5份,稀释剂5份,用搅拌机高速搅拌形成均匀的砂浆后,将砂浆均匀涂覆于30份涤纶无纺布中,以8.7公斤/平方的质量密度压缩成2.5CM厚,固化成形后,冲切成13CM×5.5CM×2.5的长方形。粘贴在胶盖上,装上抛光机抛磨陶砖,抛磨去除2000#密胺树脂弹性磨块所留下磨头印,光度30-45度。
实施例8
按比例称取3000#棕刚玉15份、氧化镁10份、环氧基树脂35份,硬脂酸钙5份,稀释剂5份,用搅拌机高速搅拌形成均匀的砂浆后,将砂浆均匀涂覆于30份涤纶无纺布中,以7.5公斤/平方的质量密度压缩成2.5CM厚,固化成形后,冲切成13CM×5.5CM×2.5的长方形。粘贴在胶盖上,装上抛光机抛磨陶砖,抛磨去除2000#密胺树脂弹性磨块所留下磨头印,光度40-55度。
实施例9
按比例称取6000#白刚玉10份、氧化络绿15份、聚酯树脂30份,硬脂酸钙5份,稀释剂5份,用搅拌机高速搅拌形成均匀的砂浆后,将砂浆均匀涂覆于35份羊毛无纺布中,以7.5公斤/平方的质量密度压缩成2.5CM厚,固化成形后,冲切成13CM×5.5CM×2.5的长方形。粘贴在胶盖上,装上抛光机抛磨陶砖,抛磨去除3000#密胺树脂弹性磨块所留下磨头印,光度50-65度。
实施例10
按比例称取10000#白刚玉10份、氧化铈15份、聚酯树脂30份,硬脂酸5份,稀释剂5份,用搅拌机高速搅拌形成均匀的砂浆后,将砂浆均匀涂覆于35份羊毛无纺布中,以7.5公斤/平方的质量密度压缩成2.5CM厚,固化成形后,冲切成13CM×5.5CM×2.5的长方形。粘贴在胶盖上,装上抛光机抛磨陶砖,抛磨去除3000#密胺树脂弹性磨块所留下磨头印,光度60-75度。
各实施例的原料添加情况见下表:
从实施例1~实施例10可以看出,通过调整组分用量和组分种类,可很好地控制陶瓷抛光光度达到10-75度的亚光或柔光效果。
上述对实施例的描述是为便于该技术领域的普通技术人员能理解和应用本发明。熟悉本领域技术的人员显然可以容易地对这些实施例做出各种修改,并把在此说明的一般原理应用到其他实施例中而不必经过创造性的劳动。因此,本发明不限于这里的实施例,本领域技术人员根据本发明的揭示,对于本发明做出的改进和修改都应该在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于陶瓷抛亚光的无纺布磨块,其特征在于,以重量百分含量计,包括25~35%的无纺布纤维,10~40%的磨料,5~20%的填料,30~40%的树脂、0~5%的蜡、0~5%的助剂;
以无纺布纤维为载体,由树脂胶粘把持磨料,由磨料对陶瓷起磨削抛光。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布磨块,其特征在于,无纺布纤维选自锦纶纤维、芳纶纤维、氰纶纤维、涤纶纤维、羊毛纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布磨块,其特征在于,磨料选自绿碳化硅、白刚玉、棕刚玉、黑碳化硅、黑刚玉、金刚石、氮化硼、碳化硼、氧化锆中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布磨块,其特征在于,填料选自石英石、石榴石、碳酸钙、滑石粉、氧化铈、硫酸钙、硅酸钠、氧化铝、氧化镁、氧化锌、膨润土中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布磨块,其特征在于,蜡选自硬脂酸、月桂酸、十六醇、椰油酸、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸钡、蜂蜡、石蜡、棕榈蜡。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布磨块,其特征在于,助剂选自稀释剂、偶联剂、防霉剂、抗氧化剂、促进剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布磨块,其特征在于,树脂选自酚醛树脂、环氧基树脂、聚氨酯树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、丙烯酸酯树脂中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1~7所述的无纺布磨块的制作方法,其特征在于,是将磨料、蜡、助剂、填料与树脂均匀混合后形成砂浆,通过喷涂或滚压或浸涂的方式将砂浆均匀涂覆于无纺布纤维中,然后将含砂浆的无纺布纤维在外力作用下压缩并固化,最后切割或冲切成适合装于抛光机卡位的磨块。
