- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 以下の諸特徴により特徴付けられることを特徴とする、セルロース材料を主 成分とする液晶溶液用の凝固剤: −該凝固剤は、水および少なくとも1種の添加剤を含み、 −該溶液と接触させた場合に、「凝固テスト」と呼ばれるテストにおいて、顕 微鏡観察により測定した、添加剤の割合20重量%に対する、該溶液への該凝固 剤の拡散速度および該凝固剤の作用下での該セルロース材料の沈殿速度が、以 下の関係式により支配される: 0.55<Kp/Kd≦1 ここで、KdおよびKpは、それぞれμm/s1/2で表された、拡散および沈殿因子(「 フィック」の直線の各勾配)である。 2. 以下の関係が存在する、請求の範囲第1項に記載の凝固剤: Kp/Kd>0.65 3. 以下の関係が存在する、請求の範囲第2項に記載の凝固剤: Kp/Kd>0.75 4. 以下の関係式が成り立つ、請求の範囲第1〜3項の何れか1項に記載の凝固 剤: Kp>20 5. 以下の関係が存在する、請求の範囲第4項に記載の凝固剤: Kp>30 6. 該添加剤が、アンモニウムのホルメート、アセテートおよび燐酸塩、これら 化合物の混合塩またはこれら化合物の混合物からなる群から選ばれる、請求の 範囲第1〜5項の何れか1項に記載の凝固剤。 7. 該紡糸溶液が、少なくとも1種の燐酸中に溶解された、セルロースホルメー トを主成分とする、請求の範囲第1〜6項の何れか1項に記載の凝固剤。 8. 該紡糸溶液が、少なくとも1種の燐酸中に直接溶解された、セルロースを主 成分とする、請求の範囲第1〜6項の何れか1項に記載の凝固剤。 9. 該添加剤がジアンモニウムオルト燐酸:(NH4)2HPO4である、請求の範囲第7 または8項の何れかに記載の凝固剤。 10.紡糸物品を得るための、セルロース材料を主成分とする液晶溶液を紡糸する 方法であって、該方法を、請求の範囲第1〜9項の何れか1項に記載の凝固剤 を使用して実施することを特徴とする、上記方法。 11.該方法が、「ドライ−ジェット−ウエット紡糸」法と呼ばれる方法である、 請求の範囲第10項に記載の紡糸方法。 12.製造中に、該紡糸物品が通過する、該凝固剤の深さが、20mmを越える深さで ある、請求の範囲第10または11項の何れかに記載の紡糸方法。 13.該凝固剤の温度が、10℃を越える温度である、請求の範囲第10〜12項の何れ か1項に記載の紡糸方法。 14.請求の範囲第10〜13項の何れか1項記載の方法により得られる紡糸物品。 15.以下の諸特徴をもつことを特徴とするセルロース繊維: −その靭性Tは40cN/texを越え、 −その初期引張モジュラスImは1200cN/texを越え、 −圧縮比3.5%および引張応力0.25cN/texにおける、「バーテスト」と呼ばれる テストにおける、350回の疲労サイクル後のその破断荷重低下ΔFは30%未満で ある。 16.以下の関係の少なくとも一つを満たす、請求の範囲第15項に記載の繊維: −T>45cN/tex; −Im>1500cN/tex; −ΔF<15% 17.以下の関係の少なくとも一つを満たす、請求の範囲第16項に記載の繊維: −T>50cN/tex; −Im>2000cN/tex; 18.セルロースホルメートから再生されたセルロースで作成され、該セルロース のホルメート基による置換度が0〜2%の範囲にある、請求の範囲第15〜17項の 何れか1項に記載の繊維。 19.請求の範囲第15〜18項の何れか1項に記載の、少なくとも1種のセルロース 繊維により強化された、ゴムまたはプラスチック材料で作られた物品、特にタ イヤ。
