Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 温血脊椎動物の胃の粘膜層の管腔部分と外筋の平滑筋層との両方から剥 離された胃粘膜下組織を含む組成物。 2. 前記胃粘膜下組織が流動化された請求項1記載の組成物。 3. 前記胃粘膜下組織が可溶化され、実質上均質な溶液を作るために十分な 時間、酵素で消化された請求項1記載の組成物。 4. 前記胃粘膜下組織が乾燥され、粉末型である請求項2記載の組成物。 5. 所定の管腔直径を有する円柱に成形され、前記円柱の長さに沿って縫合 された請求項1記載の組成物。 6. 結合組織置換物として使用するために前記分離した胃粘膜下組織の前述 の伸び歪み(strain)を低減するように調整した請求項1記載の組成物。 7. 前記胃粘膜下組織を引張り、少なくとも一方向においては元の胃粘膜下 組織より長い移植片構成物が生成するように調整した請求項6記載の組成物。 8. 温血脊椎動物に移植した際に内因性組織増殖の誘発に役立つ組織移植片 構成物を調製するための、温血脊椎動物の胃の粘膜層の管腔部分と外筋の平滑筋 層との両方から剥離した胃粘膜下組織の使用。 9. 前記胃粘膜下組織が流動型である請求項8記載の使用。 10. 前記胃粘膜下組織が粉末型である請求項8記載の使用。 11. 温血脊椎動物の内因性組織増殖を必要とする部位に内因性組織の形成 を誘発する方法であって、適用する部位に内因性組織増殖を誘発するような有効 量である胃粘膜下組織からなる移植片組成物を前記必要とする部位に接触させる ことを含む方法。 12. 前記移植片組成物が流動化され、注入によって前記温血脊椎動物に投 与される請求項11記載の方法。 13. 前記移植片組成物が前記温血脊椎動物に外科的に移植することによっ て投与される請求項12記載の方法。
