Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1つの摩擦面を有し、炭素繊維補強材ならびに少なくとも炭素 相および炭化ケイ素相を有するマトリックスを含む複合材料から成る摩擦部材で あって、1つの又は各摩擦面の少なくとも近傍において、マトリックスが: 補強繊維の近傍において化学気相浸透によって得られる熱分解炭素を含む第1 相; 耐熱性であって、少なくとも一部において液体の前駆体から熱分解によって得 られる第2相;および 炭化ケイ素相 を含むことを特徴とする部材。 2.1つの又は各摩擦面の少なくとも近傍において、複合材料が、体積基準で 、少なくとも: ・15%〜35%の炭素繊維; ・10%〜55%の、化学気相浸透によって得られる熱分解炭素を含む第1マ トリックス相; ・2%〜30%の、少なくとも一部が液体の前駆体に由来する耐熱性材料の第 2マトリックス相;および ・10%〜30%の炭化ケイ素 から構成されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項の摩擦部材。 3.第1マトリックス相が、酸化から保護する材料の少なくとも1つの層を含 むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項の摩擦部材。 4.第2耐熱性相が炭素から成ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜3項のい ずれかの摩擦部材。 5.第2耐熱性相がセラミックから成ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜3 項のいずれかの摩擦部材。 6.マトリックスが1つの又は各摩擦面から限られた深さにわたって炭化ケイ 素相を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜5項のいずれかの摩擦部材。 7.コア、および摩擦面を有する少なくとも1つの磨耗部分を有するブレーキ ディスクであって、請求の範囲第1〜6項のいずれかに基づくことを特徴とする ブレーキディスク。 8.ディスクのコアが少なくとも一部において、マトリックスが炭化ケイ素相 を有していない複合材料から成ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項のブレーキ ディスク。 9.請求の範囲第7項または第8項のディスクを少なくとも1つ含むことを特 徴とする鉄道車両用ディスクブレーキ。 10.請求の範囲第7項または第8項のディスクを含むことを特徴とする、自 家用車、レーシングカー、実用車または産業用車両用ディスクブレーキ。 11.少なくとも1つの摩擦面を有する複合材料摩擦部材を製造する方法であ って、アクセス可能な内部ポアを有する炭素繊維予備成形体を作製すること、お よび少なくとも炭素相および少なくとも炭化ケイ素相を有するマトリックスで予 備成形体を緻密化することを含む方法であり、予備成形体の緻密化が: 熱分解炭素を含み、連続したコーティングを炭素繊維上に形成する第1マトリ ックス相によって、予備成形体の体積の10%〜55%を満たすための化学気相 浸透である第1工程; 液体状態で耐熱性材料の前駆体を含む組成物を、部分的に緻密化した予備成形 体に含浸させ、熱処理により前駆体を変換させることによる緻密化である第2工 程;および 1つの又は各摩擦面の少なくとも近傍において、炭化ケイ素のマトリックス相 を形成する第3工程 を含むことを特徴とする方法。 12.予備成形体を、15%〜35%の範囲内にある平均繊維体積割合を有す るように作製することを特徴とする請求の範囲第11項の方法。 13.緻密化の第1工程の前に、予備成形体に固体の耐熱性フィラーを組み込 むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第11項または第12項の方法。 14.緻密化の第1工程の間に、熱分解炭素、および酸化から保護する材料の 少なくとも1つの層を含む第1マトリックス相が、化学気相浸透によって形成さ れることを特徴とする請求の範囲第11〜13項のいずれかの方法。 15.緻密化の第2工程が、予備成形体の体積の4%〜40%を、液体プロセ スによって得られる耐熱性材料で満たすように実施されることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第11〜14項のいずれかの方法。 16.緻密化の第2工程が、部分的に緻密化した予備成形体に、熱分解によっ て炭素残留物を与える樹脂およびピッチ、ならびに熱分解によってセラミック残 留物を与える樹脂から選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を含む前駆体を液状で 含む組成物を含浸させることによって実施されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 11〜15項のいずれかの方法。 17.含浸組成物が、炭素、セラミック、および酸化に対する保護を与える材 料の粉体から選択される、固体のフィラーを懸濁状態で更に含むことを特徴とす る請求の範囲第16項の方法。 18.緻密化の第2工程の後、第3工程の前に、1800℃〜2850℃の範 囲にある温度で熱処理を実施することを特徴とする請求の範囲第11〜17項の いずれかの方法。 19.第3工程が、1つの又は各摩擦面の少なくとも近傍において、予備成形 体の体積の5%〜35%を炭化ケイ素が占めるように実施されることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第11〜18項のいずれかの方法。 20.第3工程が、緻密化した予備成形体の残留内部多孔度を、1つの又は各 摩擦面の少なくとも近傍において、体積の10%よりも小さい値にまで減少させ るように実施されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第11〜19項のいずれかの方 法。 21.炭化ケイ素のマトリックス相を形成する第3工程が、溶融状態のケイ素 を導入し、それがマトリックスの第1の2つの相のうち少なくとも1つの相の炭 素と反応させることによるケイ化物化によって実施されることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第11〜20項のいずれかの方法。 22.複数の緻密化した予備成形体と、各々がケイ素をベースとする大部分の 相および溶融したケイ素を保持し排出する構造体を形成するのに適した小部分の 相を含むケイ素のソースとを交互に配置し、溶融したケイ素が各ソースから1つ の又は各々の隣接する緻密化した予備成形体へ移動できるように、ケイ素の融点 よりも高い温度に加熱することによって、複数の緻密化した予備成形体において 、ケイ化物化が同時に実施されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第21項の方法。 23.ケイ素をベースとする大部分の相が粉体の形態であるケイ素のソースを 使用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第22項の方法。 24.小部分の相がケイ素のソースの体積全体にわたって存在する三次元の構 造体であるケイ素のソースを使用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第22項また は第23項の方法。 25.三次元の構造体が、硬い多孔性構造体、繊維のアレイ、および硬くない 多孔性材料から選択されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第24項の方法。 26.緻密化した予備成形体に1つの又は各摩擦面を介して導入されるケイ素 の量を、炭化ケイ素マトリックス相を1つの又は各摩擦面から限られた深さにわ たって形成するように、ケイ化物化の所定の深さの関数として決定することを特 徴とする請求の範囲第21〜25項のいずれかの方法。 27.炭化ケイ素マトリックス相を形成する第3工程が、化学気相浸透によっ て実施されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第11〜20項のいずれかの方法。 28.炭化ケイ素マトリックス相を形成する第3工程が、高温でケイ素搬送ガ スを浸透させることによるケイ化物化によって実施されることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第11〜20項のいずれかの方法。 29.炭化ケイ素マトリックス相を形成する第3工程が、ケイ素の粉体を導入 し、熱処理を実施することによるケイ化物化によって実施されることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第11〜20項のいずれかの方法。 30.炭化ケイ素マトリックス相を形成する第3工程が、液体に懸濁した炭化 ケイ素の粉体の形態の固体のフィラーを、少なくとも一部において導入すること によって実施されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第11〜20項のいずれかの方 法。
