Description

Claims (10)
- 複合部品を製造するための方法であって、少なくとも以下の工程:
その表面上に−OH基を有するコーティング(1)で覆われたスレッドによって形成された繊維プリフォームの細孔中に、接着促進剤(10)を導入する工程、ここで、前記接着促進剤は、前記−OH基の置換又は求核付加の反応に従って反応する電子吸引基G1と、ヒドロキシル官能基、エポキシド、ハロゲン原子、アミン官能基、カルボニル官能基、炭素−炭素二重結合又は炭素−炭素三重結合から選択される反応基G2とを備える、
前記基G1に対する前記−OH基の置換又は求核付加の反応によって、前記コーティングの前記表面に前記接着促進剤をグラフトする工程、ここで、このグラフトは、前記接着促進剤がその中に導入されている繊維プリフォームの第一の加熱によって実施される、
前記接着促進剤をグラフトする前記工程の後に、前記繊維プリフォームの前記細孔中にセラミック前駆体樹脂(4)を導入する工程、
導入された前記樹脂を重合し、及び前記グラフトされた接着促進剤(20)を前記樹脂に、前記基G2の位置で、これら2つの化合物間での化学反応によって結合する工程、ここで、前記重合及び前記結合は、前記樹脂がその中に導入されている前記繊維プリフォームの第二の加熱によって実施される、並びに
