Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.スルホンポリマーを親水性ポリマーとの共キャスティングを通して親水性に した非対称一体型スルホンポリマー膜であって、微小孔性スキンと多孔性支持体 を含み、前記多孔性スキンが高密度のスキン孔を有し、前記スキン孔が約0.1ミ クロンから約10ミクロンの平均直径を有し、多孔性支持体がスキン孔の直径の約 5倍から約1000倍の平均直径まで漸進的にサイズが増加する非対称領域を含んで いる、前記ポリマー膜。 2.約0.1μm〜約10μmの平均フロー孔サイズを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の 膜。 3.1000μm2あたり少なくとも約15孔のスキン孔密度を有している、請求項1に 記載の膜。 4.少なくとも150μmの厚さである、請求項1に記載の膜。 5.スルホンポリマーがポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホンおよびポリアリー ルスルホンからなる群より選ばれる、請求項1に記載の膜。 6.親水性ポリマーがポリビニルピロリドンを含む、請求項1に記載の膜。 7.親水性ポリマーがポリビニルピロリドンを含む、請求項5に記載の膜。 8.水に対して少なくとも約5mm/秒の横方向吸上速度を有する、請求項1に記 載の膜。 9.非対称親水性一体型スルホンポリマー膜を調製する方法であって、前記膜が 微小孔性スキンおよび多孔性支持体を含み、前記微小孔性スキンが高密度のスキ ン孔を有しており、前記スキン孔は約0.1ミクロンから約10ミクロンの平均直径 を有し、前記多孔性支持体が前記スキン孔の直径の約5倍から1000倍の平均直径 まで漸進的に孔サイズが増加する非対称領域を含むものであって、 溶媒に溶けた、約9重量%から12重量%のスルホンポリマーと約3重量%から 15重量%の親水性ポリマーを含むキャスティングドープを提供し; 前記ドープをキャスティングし薄膜を形成させ; 前記薄膜を、約50%から80%の間の相対湿度の水蒸気を含むガス環境に約2秒 間から20秒間の間曝露し;および 約20℃から70℃の温度を有するウォーターバス中で前記膜を凝固させ、膜を回 収することを含む、前記方法。 を含む前記方法。 10.ドープが均一な溶液である請求項9の方法。 11.ドープが更にスルホンポリマーに対する非溶媒を含む、請求項9に記載の方 法。 12.ドープが分散液である、請求項9に記載の方法。 13.膜が約0.1μmから約10μmの平均フロー孔サイズを有している、請求項9に 記載の方法。 14.膜が1000μm2あたり少なくとも約15孔のスキン孔密度を有する、請求項9に 記載の方法。 15.膜が少なくとも約150μmの厚さである、請求項9に記載の方法。 16.スルホンポリマーがポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホンおよびポリアリー ルスルホンからなる群より選ばれる、請求項9に記載の方法。 17.親水性ポリマーがポリビニルピロリドンを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 18.親水性ポリマーがポリビニルピロリドンを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。 19.膜が水に対して少なくとも約5mm/秒の横方向吸上速度を有している、請求 項9に記載の方法。 20.分離膜と接触膜とを有する型の診断装置において、 スルホンポリマーを親水性ポリマーと共キャスティングして親水性にした、非 対称一体型スルホンポリマー膜を含む分離膜を備え、前記膜が微小孔性スキンと 多孔性支持体を含み、前記微小孔性スキンが高密度のスキン孔を有し、前記スキ ン孔が約0.1〜約10ミクロンの平均直径を有し、前記多孔性支持体が前記スキン 孔の直径の約5倍から約1000倍の平均直径まで漸進的に孔サイズが増加する非対 称領域を含んでいる ことを特徴とする、前記装置。 21.膜が約0.1μmから約10μmの平均フロー孔サイズを有している、請求項18の 装置。 22.膜が1000μm2あたり少なくとも約15孔のスキン孔密度を有している、請求 項18に記載の装置。 23.膜が少なくとも約150μmの厚さである、請求項18に記載の装置。 24.スルホンポリマーがポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホンおよびポリアリー ルスルホンからなる群より選ばれる、請求項18に記載の装置。 25.親水性ポリマーがポリビニルピロリドンを含む、請求項18に記載の装置。 26.親水性ポリマーがポリビニルピロリドンを含む、請求項20に記載の装置。 27.横方向吸上装置である、請求項18に記載の装置。 28.膜が水に対して少なくとも約5mm/秒の横方向吸上速度を有している、請求 項18に記載の装置。
