Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 高圧下にある燃料を発生させ、内燃機関の燃料噴射機構の高圧燃料蓄え室に 供給するための方法であって、前ポンプとしての低圧ポンプによって燃料をタン クから圧送し、高圧ポンプの吸込側に供給し、低圧ポンプから圧送される燃料の 一部を、高圧ポンプの潤滑のために使用する形式のものにおいて、 低圧ポンプの圧送量または低圧ポンプの圧送側の圧送圧を、測定値ピックア ップ及び制御装置によって測定される目下必要な燃料量に応じて制御し、低圧ポ ンプの圧送流から、圧送側の圧力とはほぼ無関係に一定な潤滑流量を分岐させ、 その残留量を高圧ポンプの吸込側に供給することを特徴とする、高圧下にある燃 料を発生させるための方法。 2. 内燃機関の燃料噴射機構、特にコモンレール噴射機構における燃料高圧発生 機構であって、タンク(2)から吸い上げる低圧ポンプ(6)と、該低圧ポンプ (6)によって供給され高圧蓄え室に圧送する高圧ポンプ(14)とが設けられ ており、圧送された燃料を潤滑媒体として使用する、高圧ポンプ(14)の潤滑 のための潤滑回路が設けられている形式のものにおいて、 低圧ポンプ(6)が体積流制御可能であって、制御装置(20)によって制 御されており、該制御装 置(20)によって、目下必要な燃料量に応じた体積流が低圧ポンプ(6)にお いて調節可能であって、低圧ポンプ(6)の圧送側が、高圧ポンプの潤滑回路に 通じる流れ制御弁(10)と、該制御弁(10)に平行に高圧ポンプ(14)の 吸込側(12)とに連通可能であることを特徴とする燃料高圧発生機構。 3. 低圧ポンプ(6)が回転数制御可能な電気燃料ポンプである、請求項2記載 の機構。 4. 回転数制御可能な前記電気燃料ポンプに配属された回転数ピックアップ(2 2)が設けられており、該回転数ピックアップが、フィードバックとしての制御 装置(20)と協働していて、これにより電気燃料ポンプの回転数制御が行われ る、請求項3記載の機構。 5. 内燃機関の燃料噴射機構、特にコモン・レール噴射機構における燃料高圧発 生機構であって、タンク(2)から吸い上げる低圧ポンプ(6)と、該低圧ポン プ(6)によって供給され高圧蓄え室に圧送する高圧ポンプ(14)とが設けら れており、圧送された燃料を潤滑媒体として使用する、高圧ポンプ(14)の潤 滑のための潤滑回路が設けられている形式のものにおいて、 低圧ポンプ(6’)の圧送側の圧送圧が、目下必要な燃料量に応じて制御装 置(20)によって制御 可能であって、低圧ポンプ(6’)の圧送側が、高圧ポンプ(14)の潤滑回路 に通じる流れ制御弁(10)と、該制御弁(10)に平行に高圧ポンプ(14) の吸込側(12)とに連通していることを特徴とする燃料高圧発生機構。 6. 低圧ポンプ(6’)が圧力調節可能であって、制御装置(20)によって制 御可能である、請求項5記載の機構。 7. 低圧ポンプ(6’)が、後置接続された可変の絞り装置を有した歯車ポンプ によって形成されていて、前記絞り装置が制御装置(20)によって制御可能で ある、請求項5記載の機構。 8. 後置接続された可変の絞り装置が、絞りスライド弁である、請求項7記載の 機構。 9. 後置接続された可変の絞り装置が、タンク(2)に戻し案内される分岐導管 (30)内に設けられた、タイミング制御された、制御装置(20)によって制 御可能な電磁弁(32)である、請求項7記載の機構。 10.低圧ポンプ(6,6’)の圧送側に安全弁(26)が設けられており、該安 全弁(26)は、所定の圧力を下回った場合に高圧ポンプ(14)への燃料供給 を中断する、請求項2から8までのいずれか1項記載の機構。
