Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.10より大きいΔH/RT値を有する有機化合物の結晶懸濁液を調製する方法で あって、該方法は、該有機化合物の溶融物を液状分散媒体に分散させて、乳濁液 を形成する工程、該乳濁液を、該有機化合物の融点より低い温度に冷却する工程 、および該乳濁液を、超音波振動にかける工程を包含する。 2.前記有機化合物が、20℃より高い融点を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記有機化合物が、30℃と100℃との間の融点を有する、請求項1に記載 の方法。 4.前記液状分散媒体が、前記有機化合物の融点より少なくとも10℃低い結晶 点、および前記有機化合物の融点と少なくとも同じオーダーの沸点を有する、請 求項1に記載の方法。 5.前記液状分散媒体が、水性媒体である、請求項1に記載の方法。 6.形成された前記乳濁液が、水中油型乳濁液である、請求項3に記載の方法 。 7.前記液状分散媒体が、前記溶融物とほぼ同じ温度である間、該溶融物が、 該液状分散体に添加される、請求項1に記載の方法。 8.前記有機化合物の前記溶融物が、高せん断ミキサーを用いて、前記液状分 散媒体に分散される、請求項1に記載の方法。 9.前記有機化合物の前記溶融物が、ホモジナイザーを用いて、前記液状分散 媒体に分散されている、請求項1に記載の方法。 10.前記有機化合物が、1μm〜10μmの間の平均直径を有する液滴の形状で 、前記液状分散媒体に分散されている、請求項1に記載の方法。 11.前記乳濁液が、前記有機化合物の融点より10℃〜80℃低い温度まで急速 に冷却される、請求項1に記載の方法。 12.前記有機化合物が、メチル(E)-2-[2-[6-(トリフルオロメチル)ピリジン -2-イルオキシメチル]フェニル]-3-メトキシアクリレートである、請求項1〜1 1のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
