Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.互いに分離されて存在するガスから、SF6及びN2からなる実質的に均質 な圧縮ガス混合物を製造する方法において、互いに分離されて存在するガスを予 備混合して不均質なガス混合物を形成し、該不均質なガス混合物をスタチックミ キサ及び緩衝タンクに導き、ガス混合物を緩衝タンクからコンプレッサに導きか つコンプレッサから実質的に均質な圧縮ガス混合物を取出し、その際コンプレッ サから取出した、実質的に均質な圧縮ガス混合物の一部を戻り管路を介して緩衝 タンクに戻し、かつ、3〜50容量%、有利には3〜20容量%のSF6、10 0容量%までの残余のN2を含有する実質的に均質な圧縮ガス混合物を製造し、 その際取出された試料内のSF6の所望の含量は、理想的混合の際に存在する値 から最高±0.7容量%の偏差を有すること特徴とする、SF6を有する均質な ガス混合物の製造方法。 2.コンプレッサから13バールまでの圧力を有するガス混合物を放出する、 請求項1記載の方法。 3.オイル無しで作動するコンプレッサを使用する、請求項1記載の方法。 4.ピストンコンプレッサ又はダイヤフラムコンプレッサを使用する、請求項 3記載の方法。 5.ガス混合物の戻しを放出される圧縮ガスの所望 の容量分に調節する調節弁を戻り管路に組み込む、請求項1記載の方法。 6.SF6及びN2からなる混合物を製造し、かつ、これを絶縁ガスとして導電 地下ケーブルに導入する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 7.混合すべきガス流を質量流量測定器を使用して調節する、請求項1記載の 方法。 8.移動混合ステーションを使用して実施する、請求項1記載の方法。 9.請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法を実施する混合ステーショ ンにおいて、混合すべきガスを供給するための少なくとも2つの供給導管;予備 混合されたガスを一緒にさらに導くためのガス導管;予備混合されたガスを一緒 にさらに導くためのガス導管が開口したスタチックミキサ;緩衝タンク;緩衝タ ンク及びコンプレッサと接続され、ガス混合物を緩衝タンクからコンプレッサに 導くガス導管;緩衝タンク又はスタチックミキサから導出されたガス混合物を圧 縮しかつ均質化するコンプレッサ;コンプレッサから均質な圧縮ガス混合物を導 出するための取出し導管;コンプレッサ及び緩衝タンクからの取出し導管と接続 された戻り管路;戻り管路内の調節弁を有すること特徴とする混合ステーション 。 10.さらに、1種以上の未混合ガスの圧縮ガスボンベの受容するための少な くとも1つの保持装置;均 質な圧縮ガス混合物を導入するための圧縮ガスボンベを接続するための接続装置 ;このような圧縮ガスボンベのための少なくとも1つの保持装置を有する、請求 項9記載の混合ステーション。 11.圧力計、減圧器、流量測定器、取出し位置又は試料取出しのための取出 し位置を含む群からの少なくとも1つの別の構成部分を有する、請求項9又は1 0記載の混合ステーション。 12.流量計として質量流量計を有する、請求項11記載の混合ステーション 。 13.a)請求項9から12までのいずれか1項記載の混合ステーション; b)車台、この際混合ステーションは車台に据え付けられる を含む、移動混合ステーション。 14.車台が貨物自動車である、請求項13記載の移動混合ステーション。 15. 混合ステーションを汚れ及び天候のような外部影響に対して遮閉する 手段を有する、請求項9から14までのいずれか1項記載の混合ステーション。
