Abstract

A találmány szerint SF6-t és e gáznál legalább 4 g/l értéknél kisebbsűrűségű gázt tartalmazó hőmőgén kőmprimált gázelegyet állítanak előaz alábbi részeket tartalmazó keverőállőmás felhasználásával: gázkeverő berendezés, külön-külön bevezetett gázők összekeverésére, gázelőkeverő berendezéssel összekötött statikűs keverőberendezésés/vagy pűffertank (6), a pűffertankkal (6), illetve staciőner keverőberendezésselösszekapcsőlt kőmpresszőr (7), pűffertank (6) felhasználása esetén, a kőmpresszőr (7) kimeneti helyéta pűffertankkal (6) összekötő visszacsatőló vezeték (10). A találmányszerint pl. áramvezető földkábelekben szigetelő gázkéntfelhasználható, SF6-ből és N2-ból álló gázelegyek állíthatók elő. Atalálmány szerinti eljárással nagy átáramló mennyiségek dőlgőzhatókfel. A nagy pőntősságőt és megbízhatóságőt tömegáramlás-mérőkbiztősítják.
