Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.酸化物の重量含有量で表示されて酸化コバルトCoOの2〜10重量%と、 酸化モリブデンMoO3の10〜30重量%と、酸化リンP2O5の4〜10重量 %とを含むアルミナをベースとする触媒であって、この触媒が、BET比表面積 100〜300m2/gと、1.4MPaを越えるESH破壊と、平均細孔直径 8〜11nmとを示し、直径14nmを越える細孔の細孔容積が、0.08ml /g未満であり、直径8nm未満の細孔容積が、大きくとも0.05ml/gで あり、直径8〜14nmの細孔容積が、0.20〜0.8ml/gである触媒。 2.P2O5の含有量が、4.5〜8.0%である、 請求項1記載の触媒。 3.P2O5の含有量が、5.6〜8.0%である、 請求項1記載の触媒。 4.CoOの含有量が、3.5〜7.0%であり、 MoO3の含有量が、10.0〜18.9%である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項 記載の触媒。 5.コバルト、モリブデンおよびリン酸の溶液を用いる、アルミナをベースとす る焼成マトリックスの含浸に次ぐ乾燥および湿潤空気下での焼成により調製され る、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の触媒。 6.温度200〜480℃、圧力0.5〜20MPa 下に毎時空間速度0.05〜20h-1、水素流量100〜3000リットル/仕 込原料1リットルで操作が行なわれる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の触媒 を用いる石油仕込原料の水素化処理方法。 7.0.5〜6MPaで操作が行なわれる、請求項6記載の方法。 8.水素化処理が水素化脱硫である、請求項6または7記載の方法。
