Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)α,β−エチレン系不飽和共重合性モノマーの総量に対して2.0 〜25.0重量%の量で存在する、少なくとも一つのヒドロキシル基を有する少 なくとも一種の第一の共重合性α,β−エチレン系不飽和モノマー; (b)α,β−エチレン系不飽和共重合性モノマーの総量に対して75.0〜 98.0重量%の量で存在する、ヒドロキシル基を有しない第二の共重合性α, β−エチレン系不飽和モノマーの重合生成物を含んでなり、前記第二のモノマー が、 (i)モノマー総量に対して40.0〜98.0重量%のC1−C18アルキ る(メト)アクリレート、 (ii)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大40.0重量%のスチレン 系モノマー、 (iii)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大10.0重量%の(メト )−アクリルアミド、 (iv)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大20.0重量%の(メト) −アクリロニトリル、 (v)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大20.0重量%の追加の共 重合性モノマー、及び (vi)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大2.0重量%の共重合性架 橋性モノマーを含んでなる、(A)当該ポリマー組成物の総量に対して20.0 〜65.0重量%の量で存在するビニルポリマー成分; (B)成分(A)の総量に対して0.1〜15.0重量%の量で存在する、架 橋剤成分; (C)必要に応じて、成分(A)の総量に対して最大2.0重量 %の量で存在する添加剤成分;並びに (D)当該ポリマー組成物の残部である溶剤成分 を含んでなる自己架橋性ポリマー組成物。 2.成分(a)が、モノマー総量に対して3.0〜15.0重量%の量で存在 する請求項1の自己架橋性ポリマー組成物。 3.成分(a)が、2−ヒドロキシエチル(メト)−アクリレート、4−ヒド ロキシブチル(メト)アクリレート及びヒドロキシプロピル(メト)−アクリレ ートからなる群より選ばれる請求項1の自己架橋性ポリマー組成物。 4.成分(i)がブチルアクリレート及びメチルメタクリレートからなる群よ り選ばれる請求項1の自己架橋性ポリマー組成物。 5.成分(ii)が、共重合性モノマー総量に対して3.0〜25.0重量%の 量で存在する請求項1の自己架橋性ポリマー組成物。 6.成分(ii)が、スチレン、p−メチルスチレン、m−メチルスチレン、及 びα−メチルスチレンからなる群より選ばれる請求項1の自己架橋性ポリマー組 成物。 7.成分(iii)が、共重合性モノマー総量に対して最大10.0重量%の量で 存在する請求項1の自己架橋性ポリマー組成物。 8.成分(iv)が、モノマー総量に対して1.0〜10.0重量%の量で存在 する請求項1の自己架橋性ポリマー組成物。 9.成分(v)が、酸官能性モノマー;酸官能性モノマー塩類;酸官能性モノ マーの酸無水物:ビニルエステル;ヒマシ油;モノグリセリド;ジグリセリド; 及びトリグリセリドからなる群より選ばれる請求項1の自己架橋性ポリマー組成 物。 10.成分(vi)が、トリメチルロールプロパン トリ(メト)アクリレート 、1,6−ヘキサンジオール ジ(メト)アクリレート;アリルメタクリレート 及びジビニルベンゼンからなる群より選 ばれる請求項1の自己架橋性ポリマー組成物。 11.成分(B)が、ビニルポリマー(A)の総量に対して1.0〜6.0重 量%の量で存在する請求項1の自己架橋性ポリマー組成物。 12.前記成分(B)が、グリオキサルである請求項1の自己架橋性ポリマー 組成物。 13.成分(D)が、水、アセトン、メチルエチルケトン、酢酸セロソルブ、 アルコール、及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選ばれる請求項1の自己架橋性 ポリマー組成物。 14.(a)α,β−エチレン系不飽和共重合性モノマーの総量に対して2. 0〜25.0重量%の量で存在する、少なくとも一つのヒドロキシル基を有する 少なくとも一種の第一の共重合性α,β−エチレン系不飽和モノマー; (b)α,β−エチレン系不飽和共重合性モノマーの総量に対して75.0〜 98.0重量%の量で存在する、ヒドロキシル基を有しない第二の共重合性α, β−エチレン系不飽和モノマーの重合生成物を含んでなり、前記第二のモノマー が、 (i)モノマー総量に対して40.0〜98.0重量%のC1−C18アルキ ル(メト)アクリレート、 (ii)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大40.0重量%のスチレン 系モノマー、 (iii)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大10.0重量%の(メト )−アクリルアミド、 (iv)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大20.0重量%の(メト) −アクリロニトリル、 (v)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大20.0重量%の追加の共 重合性モノマー、及び (vi)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大2.0重量%の共重合性架 橋性モノマーを含んでなる、(A)当該バックコーティング調合物の総量に対し て10.0〜65.0重量%の量で存在するビニルポリマー成分; (B)成分(A)の総量に対して0.1〜15.0重量%の量で存在する、架 橋剤成分; (C)成分(A)の総量に対して最大2.0重量%の量で存在する添加剤成分 ;並びに (D)溶剤である当該調合物の残部; (E)当該バックコーティング調合物の総量に対して0.5〜10重量%の量 で存在する会合増粘剤成分; (F)必要に応じて、当該調合物の総量に対して最大10重量%の量の界面活 性剤で存在する界面活性剤成分; (G)必要に応じて、当該バックコーティング調合物の総量に対して最大10 .0重量%の量で存在する可塑剤成分;並びに (H)当該バックコーティング調合物の総量に対して最大10.0重量%の量 で存在する増量剤成分 を含んでなるバックコーティング調合物。 15.前記成分(B)が、グリオキサルである請求項14のバックコーティン グ調合物。 16.前記調合物が8.0未満のpHを有し、そして成分(E)が非イオン性 会合増粘剤である請求項15のバックコーティング調合物。 17.添加剤成分(C)が、モノグリセリド、ジグリセリド及びトリグリセリ ドからなる群より選ばれる請求項14のバックコーティング調合物。 18.(1)基体にポリマー組成物を適用すること;及び (2)前記ポリマー組成物を含んだ前記基体を乾燥することを含んでなる織物 基体をコーティングする方法であって、 前記ポリマー組成物が、 (a)α,β−エチレン系不飽和共重合性モノマーの総量に対して2.0〜2 5.0重量%の量で存在する、少なくとも一つのヒドロキシル基を有する少なく とも一種の第一の共重合性α,β−エチレン系不飽和モノマー; (b)α,β−エチレン系不飽和共重合性モノマーの総量に対して75.0〜 98.0重量%の量で存在する、ヒドロキシル基を有しない第二の共重合性α, β−エチレン系不飽和モノマーの重合生成物を含んでなり、前記第二のモノマー が、 (i)モノマー総量に対して40.0〜98.0重量%のC1−C18アルキ ル(メト)アクリレート、 (ii)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大40.0重量%のスチレン モノマー、 (iii)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大10.0重量%の(メト )−アクリルアミド、 (iv)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大20.0重量%の(メト) −アクリロニトリル、 (v)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大20.0重量%の追加の共 重合性モノマー、及び (vi)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大2.0重量%の共重合性架 橋性モノマーを含んでなる、(A)前記バックコーティング調合物の総量に対し て20.0〜65.0重量%の量で存在するビニルポリマー成分; (B)成分(A)の総量に対して0.1〜15.0重量%の量で存在する、架 橋剤成分; (C)成分(A)の総量に対して最大2.0重量%の量で存在する添加剤成分 ;並びに (D)溶剤である当該調合物の残部; を含んでなる織物基体をコーティングする方法。 19.(1)基体にポリマー組成物を適用すること;及び (2)前記ポリマー組成物を含んだ前記基体を乾燥することを含んでなる不織 基体を含浸する方法であって、 前記ポリマー組成物が、 (a)α,β−エチレン系不飽和共重合性モノマーの総量に対して2.0〜2 5.0重量%の量で存在する、少なくとも一つのヒドロキシル基を有する少なく とも一種の第一の共重合性α,β−エチレン系不飽和モノマー; (b)α,β−エチレン系不飽和共重合性モノマーの総量に対して75.0〜 98.0重量%の量で存在する、ヒドロキシル基を有しない第二の共重合性α, β−エチレン系不飽和モノマーの重合生成物を含んでなり、前記第二のモノマー が、 (i)モノマー総量に対して40.0〜98.0重量%のC1−C18アルキ ル(メト)アクリレート、 (ii)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大40.0重量%のスチレン モノマー、 (iii)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大10.0重量%の(メト )−アクリルアミド、 (iv)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大20.0重量%の(メト) −アクリロニトリル、 (v)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大20.0重量%の追加の共 重合性モノマー、及び (vi)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大2.0重量% の共重合性架橋性モノマーを含んでなる、(A)前記バックコーティング調合物 の総量に対して10.0〜65.0重量%の量で存在するビニルポリマー成分; (B)成分(A)の総量に対して0.1〜15.0重量%の量で存在する、架 橋剤成分; (C)成分(A)の総量に対して最大2.0重量%の量で存在する添加剤成分 ; (D)溶剤である当該調合物の残部; (E)当該バックコーティング調合物の総量に対して0.5〜10重量%の量 で存在する会合増粘剤成分; (F)必要に応じて、当該調合物の総量に対して最大10重量%の量の界面活 性剤で存在する界面活性剤成分; (G)必要に応じて、当該バックコーティング調合物の総量に対して最大10 .0重量%の量で存在する可塑剤成分;並びに (H)当該バックコーティング調合物の総量に対して最大10.0重量%の量 で存在する増量剤成分 を含んでなる不織基体を含浸する方法。 20.(a)α,β−エチレン系不飽和共重合性モノマーの総量に対して2. 0〜25.0重量%の量で存在する、少なくとも一つのヒドロキシル基を有する 少なくとも一種の第一の共重合性α,β−エチレン系不飽和モノマー; (b)α,β−エチレン系不飽和共重合性モノマーの総量に対して75.0〜 98.0重量%の量で存在する、ヒドロキシル基を有しない第二の共重合性α, β−エチレン系不飽和モノマーの重合生成物を含んでなり、前記第二のモノマー が、 (i)モノマー総量に対して40.0〜98.0重量%のC1−C18アルキ ル(メト)アクリレート、 (ii)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大40.0重量%のスチレン モノマー、 (iii)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大10.0重量%の(メト )−アクリルアミド、 (iv)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大20.0重量%の(メト) −アクリロニトリル、 (v)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大20.0重量%の追加の共 重合性モノマー、及び (vi)必要に応じて、モノマー総量に対して最大2.0重量%の共重合性架 橋性モノマーを含んでなる、(A)当該ポリマー組成物の総量に対して10.0 〜65.0重量%の量で存在するビニルポリマー成分; (B)成分(A)の総量に対して0.1〜15.0重量%の量で存在する、架 橋剤成分; (C)成分(A)の総量に対して最大2.0重量%の量で存在する最適添加剤 成分; (D)当該ポリマー組成物の残部である溶剤成分; (E)当該バックコーティング調合物の総量に対して0.5〜10重量%の量 で存在する会合増粘剤成分; (F)必要に応じて、当該調合物の総量に対して最大10重量%の量の界面活 性剤で存在する界面活性剤成分; (G)必要に応じて、当該バックコーティング調合物の総量に対して最大10 .0重量%の量で存在する可塑剤成分:並びに (H)当該バックコーティング調合物の総量に対して最大10.0重量%の量 で存在する増量剤成分 を含んでなるバックコーティング調合物でコートされた織物基体。 21.(a)α,β−エチレン系不飽和共重合性モノマーの総量 に対して2.0〜25.0重量%の量で存在する、少なくとも一つのヒドロキシ ル基を有する少なくとも一種の第一の共重合性α,β−エチレン系不飽和モノマ ー;
