Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.特に加熱体をカバーすることを目的とする、ケイ素、アルミニウム、リチ ウムの酸化物ベースのガラスセラミックプレートにおいて、50%以上の、好ま しくは70%を上回り、有利には90%を上回るくもりを呈することを特徴とす るガラスセラミックプレート。 2.5〜40%、特に5〜10%、好ましくは6〜9%の間に含まれる光透過 率TLを呈することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプレート。 3.結晶相として、β−スポジューメンの結晶固溶体を有することを特徴とす る1又は2に記載のプレート。 4 唯一の結晶相として、β−スポジューメンの結晶固溶体を有することを特 徴とする請求項3に記載のプレート。 5.β−スポジューメンの結晶の個々の晶子のサイズが100nm未満である ことを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載のプレート。 6.20℃〜700℃の温度領域内で15・10-7/℃未満、特に9・10-7/ ℃に等しい熱膨張率を示すことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載 のプレート。 7.基本的に重量百分率で表わした組成として、 SiO2 63〜70 Al2O3 18〜22 Li2O 2.5〜4.5 という酸化物を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の プレート。 8.特に加熱体をカバーすることを目的とするケイ素、アルミニウム、リチウ ムの酸化物ベースのガラスセラミックプレートの製造方法において、ガラスプレ ートの結晶化サイクルを少なくとも1回行ない、このサイクルには、β−石英結 晶相にたどりつく温度Tで持続時間tの結晶化段階が含まれる方法であって、持 続時間t及び/又は温度Tとの関係において少なくとも5%それぞれ増大させら れた持続時間t’及び/又は温度T’での熱処理サイクルを実施することを特徴 とする製造方法。 9.T'−Tの差が少なくとも40℃であり、好ましくは100℃に等しいこ とを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。 10.t'−tの差が少なくとも15分であることを特徴とする請求項8又は9 に記載の 方法。 11.重量百分率で、 SiO2 63〜70 Al2O3 18〜22 Li2O 2.5〜4.5 という酸化物を含むことを特徴とする請求項8〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法 を実施するために利用されるガラス組成物。 12.請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のガラスセラミックプレート、放射又 はハロゲン加熱体といった単数又は複数の加熱体及び/又は単数又は複数の大気 圧ガスバーナー及び/又は単数又は複数の誘導式加熱手段、を有する加熱調理及 び/又は高温維持装置。
