Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 表面を有する物品であって、第1の比較的により低い凝集エネルギーを持 つポリマー成分と、第2の比較的により高い凝集エネルギーを持ち、室温で前記 第1のポリマー成分と相溶性であるポリマー成分との絡み合ったブレンドを含み 、前記第2のポリマー成分は前記物品の前記表面に存在し、前記第1のポリマー に対する比は、前記物品中における前記第2のポリマー成分対前記第1のポリマ ー成分の全体の比よりも大きい物品。 2. 表面を有する物品であって、第1の本質的に疎水性のポリマー成分と、該 第1のポリマー成分と絡み合い、該第1のポリマー成分よりも親水性であるラン ダムコポリマーである第2のポリマー成分との、絡み合ったブレンドを含み、前 記第2のポリマー成分は、分子量少なくとも約15,000を有し、かつ、前記 物品の前記表面に存在し、前記第1のポリマー成分に対する比は、前記物品中に おける前記第2のポリマー成分対前記第1のポリマー成分の全体の比よりも大き い物品。 3. 表面を有する物品であって、水に親和性を有する第1のポリマーと、水に 親和性を有し、室温で前記第1のポリマーと相溶性である第2のポリマーとの絡 み合ったブレンドを含み、前記物品の前記表面は、前記物品中の前記第1と前記 第2のポリマーの全体の平均水親和性よりも大きな水親和性を有する物品。 4. 前記物品は多孔質膜を定義する、前出の請求項のいずれか一項に記載の物 品。 5. 前記第1のポリマー成分は比較的により低い凝集エネルギーを持つポリマ ー成分であり、前記第2のポリマー成分は比較的により高い凝集エネルギーを持 つポリマー成分である、前出の請求項のいずれか一項に記載の物品。 6. 前記第1のポリマー成分は本質的に疎水性であり、前記第2のポリマー成 分は前記第1のポリマー成分よりも親水性である、前出の請求項のいずれか一項 に記載の物品。 7. 前記第1のポリマー成分と前記第2のポリマー成分の各々は水に親和性を 有し、前記物品の前記表面は、前記物品中の前記第1と前記第2のポリマーの全 体の平均水親和性よりも大きな水親和性を有する、前出の請求項のいずれか一項 に記載の物品。 8. 前記第2のポリマー成分は前記物品の前記表面に存在し、前記第1のポリ マー成分に対する比は、前記物品中における前記第1のポリマー成分対前記第2 のポリマー成分の全体の比よりも大きい、前出の請求項のいずれか一項に記載の 物品。 9. 少なくとも前記第2のポリマー成分はアクリル性ポリマーである、前出の 請求項のいずれか一項に記載の物品。 10. 前記第1と前記第2のポリマー成分の各々はアクリル性ポリマーである 、前出の請求項のいずれか一項に記載の物品。 11. 前記第1と前記第2のポリマー成分の各々は非水溶性である、前出の請 求項のいずれか一項に記載の物品。 12. 各々非水溶性の少なくとも第1と第2のポリマー成分の混和性ブレンド を提供するステップと、前記第1の成分は本質的に疎水性であり、前記第2の成 分は前記第1の成分よりも親水性であることと、前記成分を相偏析させて、コア と該コアよりも親水性の大きい表面とを有する多孔質膜を形成するステップと、 を含む方法。 13. 第1の比較的により低い凝集エネルギーを持つポリマー成分と、第2の 比較的により高い凝集エネルギーを持ち、室温で前記第1のポリマー成分と相溶 性であるポリマー成分との流体ブレンドを提供するステップと; 該ブレンドを硬化させて、表面を有するポリマー物品を形成するステップと、前 記第2のポリマー成分は前記物品の前記表面に存在し、前記第1のポリマー成分 に対する比は、前記物品中における前記第2のポリマー成分対前記第1のポリマ ー成分の全体の比よりも大きいことと; を含む方法。 14. 特定の界面化学的官能基を有するポリマー膜を作る方法であって: 第1のポリマー成分と、特定の化学的官能基を含み、室温で前記第1のポリマー 成分と相溶性である第2のポリマー成分とのブレンドを含むポリマー流体を提供 するステップと; 前記ポリマー流体に転相を施し、前記第1と前記第2のポリマーのブレンドを含 む物品を回収し、前記第2のポリマーは前記物品の表面に存在し、前記第1のポ リマーに対する比は、前記物品中における前記第2のポリマー対前記第1のポリ マーの全体の比よりも大きいステップと; を含む方法。 15. 特定の界面化学的官能基を有するポリマー膜を作る方法であって: 第1のポリマー成分と、室温で前記第1のポリマー成分と相溶性である第2のポ リマー成分とのブレンドを含むポリマー流体を提供するステップと; エマルションを形成するために、前記第1と前記第2の成分に非相溶性の流体に 前記ポリマー流体を露出させ、前記非相溶性流体に前記ポリマー流体中でエマル ションを形成させるステップと; 前記第1と前記第2のポリマーのブレンドを含む多孔質物品を混合物から回収し 、前記第2のポリマーは前記物品の表面に存在し、前記第1のポリマーに対する 比は、前記物品中における前記第2のポリマー対前記第1のポリマーの全体の比 よりも大きいステップと; を含む方法。 16. 前記第1と前記第2のポリマーのブレンドを含む多孔質物品を回収し、 前記第2のポリマーは前記物品の前記表面に存在し、前記第1のポリマーに対す る比は、前記物品中における前記第1のポリマー対前記第2のポリマーの全体の 比よりも大きいステップを含む、請求項14または15に記載の方法。 17. 前記物品は多孔質膜である、請求項12〜16のいずれか一項に記載の 方法。 18. 前記第2のポリマー成分をエントロピーによって前記表面に駆動させる ステップを含む、請求項12〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 19. 前記第1のポリマー成分は比較的により低い凝集エネルギーを持つポリ マー成分であり、前記第2のポリマー成分は比較的により高い凝集エネルギーを 持つポリマー成分である、請求項12〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 20. 前記第1のポリマー成分は本質的に疎水性であり、前記第2のポリマー 成分は前記第1のポリマー成分よりも親水性である、請求項12〜19のいずれ か一項に記載の方法。 21. 前記第1のポリマー成分と前記第2のポリマー成分の各々は水に親和性 を有し、前記物品の前記表面は、前記物品中の前記第1と前記第2のポリマーの 全体の平均水親和性よりも大きな水親和性を有する、請求項12〜20のいずれ か一項に記載の方法。 22. 前記第2のポリマー成分は前記物品の前記表面に存在し、前記第1のポ リマー成分に対する比は、前記物品中における前記第2のポリマー成分対前記第 1のポリマー成分の全体の比よりも大きい、請求項12〜21のいずれか一項に 記載の方法。 23. 少なくとも前記第2のポリマー成分はアクリル性ポリマーである、請求 項12〜22のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 24. 前記第1と前記第2のポリマー成分の各々はアクリル性ポリマーである 、請求項12〜23のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 25. 前記第1と前記第2のポリマー成分の各々は非水溶性である、請求項1 2〜24のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 26. 前記第2のポリマー成分は高分子イオン性官能基を有する、前出の請求 項のいずれか一項に記載の物品または方法。 27. 前記第2のポリマー成分はキレート化官能基を有する、前出の請求項の いずれか一項に記載の物品または方法。 28. 前記第2のポリマー成分は前記第1のポリマー成分よりも高度に枝分か れした、前出の請求項のいずれか一項に記載の物品または方法。 29. 前記第1のポリマー成分はPVDFである、前出の請求項のいずれか一 項に記載の物品または方法。 30. 前記第1のポリマー成分はPMMAである、前出の請求項のいずれか一 項に記載の物品または方法。 31. 前記第2のポリマー成分はP(MMA−r−MnG)である、前出の請 求項のいずれか一項に記載の物品または方法。
