め、この締固め域４に、掘削作業の進行に伴って設置さ
れる山留め壁５のアンカー６を定着させる。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明が属する技術分野】本発明は、軟弱砂質土地盤の
山留めアンカー方法に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】軟弱地盤の掘削に先立って、掘削域の外
側の地盤の所定位置を固化材の攪拌混合により固化処理
して定着域を形成し、この定着域に山留め壁のアンカー
を定着させて、アンカーの定着力を高めるようにした技
術は既知である（特許第２７４９３８８号公報参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明が解決しようと
する課題（本発明の目的）は、掘削地盤が軟弱砂質土地
盤の場合に前記公知技術よりもコスト的に有利に山留め
壁のアンカーの定着力を高めることができる技術（軟弱
砂質土地盤の山留めアンカー方法）を提供することにあ
る。

【課題を解決するための手段】前記課題を解決するため
に、請求項１に係る発明では、軟弱砂質土地盤の掘削に
先立って、掘削域の外側の所定範囲の地盤を締固め砂杭
の造成により締固め、この締固め域に掘削作業の進行に
伴って設置される山留め壁のアンカーを定着させて、ア
ンカーの定着力を増大させるようにしており、また、請
求項１に係る発明に従属する請求項２に係る発明では、
締固め砂杭の砂材料にセメント等の固化材を添加し、ア
ンカーの定着力の増大を高めるようにしている。
【０００５】なお、本発明における締固め域は締固め砂
杭部とその周辺の締固め地盤部とから成り、アンカーの
定着はこの両者に亙ってなされる。

【発明の実施の形態】本発明の説明図である図１におい
て、１は軟弱砂質土地盤、２は軟弱砂質土地盤１の一部
の掘削域であり、掘削域２は、例えば地下構築物を構築
するために、図に点線で示す深度まで掘削されるように
なっており、図は掘削が途中まで進んだ段階の状態を示
している。
【０００７】本発明では、掘削域２の掘削に先立って、
掘削域２の外側の所定範囲の地盤に締固め砂杭３を造成
し、地盤を締固めて、締固め域４を形成する。
【０００８】締固め砂杭３の造成は、振動式もしくは静
的な締固め砂杭工法により行い、材料砂には、砂に限ら
ず、砂利，砕石等の砂類似の材料も使用でき、また、こ
れにセメント等の固化材を添加する場合もある。
【０００９】前述のようにして締固め域４を形成した
後、掘削域２の掘削を始め、その進行に伴って設置され
る山留め壁５のアンカー６を締固め域４に順次、定着さ
せる。
【００１０】アンカー６の設置・定着は、山留め壁５か
ら締固め域４の外縁に至る孔を穿設し、この孔にアンカ
ー６を挿入した後、締固め域４を横断する孔の先端部に
適宜のグラウトを施し、アンカー６の露出側端部は横ば
た７を介して山留め壁５に固定する、という態様で行う
ことができる。
【００１１】なお、本発明は、図示のように山留め壁５
を予め、所定深度まで打設する場合のみならず、山留め
壁５を掘削の進行に伴い順次、建て込む場合にも適用さ
れることは言うまでもない。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 軟弱砂質土地盤の掘削に先立って、掘削
    域の外側の所定範囲の地盤を締固め砂杭の造成により締
    固め、この締固め域に掘削作業の進行に伴って設置され
    る山留め壁のアンカーを定着させて、アンカーの定着力
    を増大させることを特徴とする軟弱砂質土地盤の山留め
    アンカー方法。
  2. 【請求項２】 締固め砂杭の材料砂にセメント等の固化
    材を添加し、アンカーの定着力の増大を高めるようにし
    た請求項１記載の軟弱砂質土地盤の山留めアンカー方
    法。
