Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.車両エンジン(40)と変速機(42)を有する走行駆動装置と、場合によ っては動力分配装置(48)を介して変速機(42)の出力軸(46)に連結 可能である、濃厚物質ポンプ(24)を駆動するための少なくとも1個の液圧 ポンプ(54)と、ポンプ運転時に最高エンジン回転数を調節するための回転 数制限装置(70)とを備えた、走行可能な濃厚物質ポンプ装置において、変 速機(42)が少なくとも2つの変速段を備え、この変速段を接続する際に、 回転数制限装置(70)を介して異なる最高エンジン回転数に調節可能である ことを特徴とする走行可能な濃厚物質ポンプ装置。 2.直接変速(i=1)と変速比が1よりも小さい変速(i<1)を行う選択さ れた2つの変速段に、変速(i)に応じて各々1つの異なる最高エンジン回転 数が割り当てられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の走行可能な濃厚物質 ポンプ装置。 3.異なる変速段に割り当てられた最高エンジン回転数が、変速段の変速比にほ ぼ比例していることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の走行可能な濃厚物質 ポンプ装置。 4.回転数制限装置(70)を制御するために、変速機(42)の変速位置に応 答するセンサを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記 載の濃厚物質ポンプ装置。 5.変速機(42)を遠隔変速するため、および回転数制限装置(70)を相応 して制御するために、遠隔制御信号に応答する切換え装置(64)を備えてい ることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の濃厚物質ポンプ装置 。 6.変速段とそれに関連する最高エンジン回転数を自動的に切換えるために、そ の都度設定されたポンプ圧力またはそれから導き出された測定量を下回るとき および上回るときに応答する切換え装置(64)を備えていることを特徴とす る請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の濃厚物質ポンプ装置。 7.変速段とそれに関連する最高エンジン回転数を自動的に切換えるために、そ の都度設定された最低回転数またはそれから導き出された測定量を下回るとき および上回るときに応答する切換え装置を備えていることを特徴とする請求項 1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の濃厚物質ポンプ装置。 8.回転数制限装置(70)が車両エンジンへの燃料供給を制御するための調節 機構に設けられた調節可能な機械式制限ストッパーを備えていることを特徴と する請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の濃厚物質ポンプ装置。 9.回転数制限装置(70)が接続された変速段に応じてエンジン回転数を制限 するためのマイクロプロセッサ回路を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1〜 7のいずれか一つに記載の濃厚物質ポンプ装置。
