Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.摩耗層と、少くとも第1と第2の重合体組成物で形成された積層品からな る少くとも1つの裏打フィルムよりなる裏打層を備える弾性床おおいにある表面 層の色を変更する時に生成される層の量を減らす方法であって、次の工程: (i)前記積層品中の第1の重合体組成物の配合を変えて新しい色を提供し、そ れによりその色が中間色相を通って元の着色重合体組成物から新しい着色重合体 組成物に変えられる工程と; (ii)前記中間的に着色された積層品を前記弾性床おおいに用い、前記中間的に 着色された重合体組成物が前記摩耗層から離れて、それを通して見ることができ ない位置に配置される工程と; からなる表面層の色を変更する時に生じる屑の量の削減法。 2.前記弾性床おおいが第1と第2の裏打フィルムを備え、また前記方法が次 の工程: (i)少くとも第1の重合体組成物と、“黒色”重合体組成物を同時押出して、 第1の裏打フィルムとして役立つ積層品を形成する工程と; (ii)前記積層品中の第1の着色重合体組成物の配合を変えて、新しい色を提供 し、それにより前記色が中間色相を通って元の着色組成物から前記新しい着色重 合体組成物に、前記元の色が洗滌されてしまう間に変えられる工程と; (iii)前記中間的に着色された積層品を第2の裏打フィルムとして、摩耗層と、 第1の裏打層と、そして第2の裏打層から逐次なる弾性床おおいに用いる工程と ; からさらになることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.前記同時押出積層品が第1の着色重合体組成物と、“黒色”重合体組成物 と、そして第3の重合体組成物とからなることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法 。 4.前記床おおいにある前記第1と第2の裏打フィルムが、前記中間的に着色 された第1の裏打フィルムが第2の裏打フィルムとして都合よく使用できるため に事実上同一の厚さのものであることを特徴とする請求項2もしくは3記載の方 法。 5.前記弾性床おおいが少くとも1つの裏打フィルムを備え、前記方法が次の 工程: (i)第1の重合体組成物と、“黒色”重合体組成物と、そして第3の重合体組 成物を同時押出して第1の裏打フィルムとして役立つ積層品を形成する工程と; (ii)前記第3の重合体組成物の配合を変えて新しい色を提供してから前記第1 の重合体組成物の配合物に対する色の供給を停止し、それにより第3の重合体組 成物の色が十分に定着してから前記第1の着色重合体組成物の色を変える工程と ; (iii)前記同時押出積層品をひっくり返して前記第3の重合体組成物が着色表面 層を形成するようにする工程と; からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 6.前記第1の裏打層と事実上同一の厚さの第2の裏打層が提供されることを 特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。 7.弾性床おおいに裏打層としての組入れ用フィルムの製造の方法であって、 少くとも第1と第2の重合体組成物が押出されて、裏打層として用いられるフィ ルム積層品を形成することを特徴とする方法。 8.前記重合体組成物には第1と第2の重合体組成物を含む2つの組成物があ って前記第1の重合体組成物が着色重合体組成物であることを特徴とする請求項 7記載の方法。 9.前記第2の重合体組成物が遮蔽色で着色されることを特徴とする請求項8 記載の方法。 10.前記重合体組成物には第1と、第2と、そして第3の重合体組成物を含む 3つの組成物があることを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。 11.前記第1および/または第3の重合体組成物が着色重合体組成物であるこ とを特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。 12.前記第2の重合体組成物が遮蔽色に着色されていることを特徴とする請求 項10または11記載の方法。 13.前記第2の重合体組成物が着色重合体組成物であることを特徴とする請求 項10または11記載の方法。 14.前記第2の重合体組成物が“黒色”重合体組成物であることを特徴とする 請求項7乃至13のいずれか1項記載の方法。 15.弾性床おおいに裏打層としての組入れに適し、少くとも2つの重合体組成 物の同時押出積層品であることを特徴とするフィルム。 16.前記フィルムが2つの重合体組成物からなり、前記フィルムが(a)第1 の着色重合体組成物と、(b)“黒色”重合体組成物との同時押出積層品である ことを特徴とする請求項15記載のフィルム。 17.前記フィルムが3つの重合体組成物からなり、前記フィルムが(a)第1 の着色重合体組成物と、(b)“黒色”重合体組成物と、そして(c)第3の重 合体組成物との同時押出積層品であることを特徴とする請求項15記載のフィル ム。 18.透明もしくは半透明摩耗層と裏打層からなり、前記裏打層が前記摩耗層か ら逐次順序で、少くとも2つの重合体組成物の同時押出積層品である少くとも1 つの裏打フィルムからなることを特徴とする弾性床おおい。 19.前記おおいが透明の摩耗層と2つの(あるいは以上の)裏打フィルムから なることを特徴とする請求項18記載の弾性床おおい。 20.前記裏打層が前記摩耗層から逐次順序で、(a)(aa)前記摩耗層を通 して表面層として見える第1の着色重合体組成物と、(ab)“黒色”重合体組 成物の2つの重合体組成物の同時押出積層品である第1の裏打フィルムと、(b )前記第1の裏打フィルムと事実上同一の厚さの第2の裏打フィルムからなるこ とを特徴とする請求項18もしくは19記載の弾性床おおい。 21.前記第1の着色重合体組成物(aa)が黒を含むどのような色のものであ ることを特徴とする請求項19記載の弾性床おおい。 22.前記第2の裏打フィルム(b)が、(ba)第2の着色重合体組成物と、 (bb)“黒色”重合体組成物との同時押出積層品であることを特徴とする請求 項20または21記載の弾性床おおい。 23.前記第2の着色重合体組成物(ba)が黒を含むどのような色のものでも よいことを特徴とする請求項20乃至22のいずれか1項記載の弾性床おおい。 24.前記層(aa)と(ba)が事実上同一の厚さであり、その結果、層(a b)と(bb)も事実上同一の厚さとなることを特徴とする請求項20乃至23 のいずれか1項記載の弾性床おおい。 25.前記おおいが前記摩耗層と第1の裏打フィルムの間に挿入された装飾層と しての化粧層からなることを特徴とする請求項20乃至24のいずれか1項記載 の弾性床おおい。 26.前記裏打層が前記摩耗層から逐次順番で、(a)3つの重合体組成物が、 (aa)表面層として前記摩耗層を通して見える第1の着色重合体組成物と、( ab)“黒色”重合体組成物と、そして(ac)第3の重合体組成物との同時押 出積層品である第1の裏打フィルムからなることを特徴とする請求項18記載の 弾性床おおい。 27.前記おおいに第2の裏打フィルム(b)が配設されることを特徴とする請 求項26記載の弾性床おおい。 28.前記第1の着色重合体組成物(aa)が黒を含むどのような色のものでも よいことを特徴とする請求項26もしくは27記載の弾性床おおい。 29.前記第3の重合体組成物(ac)が黒を含むどのような色のものでもよい ことを特徴とする請求項26乃至28のいずれか1項記載の弾性床おおい。 30.前記第2の裏打フィルム(b)が、(ba)第2の着色重合体組成物と、 (bb)“黒色”重合体組成物と、そして(bc)第3の重合体組成物との同時 押出積層品であることを特徴とする請求項26乃至29のいずれか1項記載の弾 性床おおい。 31.前記第2の着色重合体組成物(ba)が黒を含むどのような色のものでも よいことを特徴とする請求項26乃至30のいずれか1項記載の弾性床おおい。 32.前記第3の重合体組成物(bc)が黒を含むどのような色のものでもよい ことを特徴とする請求項26乃至31のいずれか1項記載の弾性床おおい。 33.前記層(aa)と(ba)が事実上同一の厚さであって、その結果、層( ab)と(bb)も層(ac)と(bc)と事実上同一の厚さであることを特徴 とする請求項26乃至32のいずれか1項記載の弾性床おおい。 34.前記おおいが前記摩耗層と前記第1の裏打フィルムの間に挿入された装飾 層としての化粧層からなることを特徴とする請求項26乃至33のいずれか1項 記載の弾性床おおい。 35.弾性床おおい製造の方法であって: 次の工程: (i)少くとも2つの重合体組成物を同時押出して第1の裏打フィルムとして役 立つ積層品を形成する工程と; (ii)次の逐次順序で、(a)透明もしくは半透明の摩耗層と、(b)少くとも 1つの裏打フィルムを一緒に積層して、それにより前記重合体組成物が前記摩耗 層を通して見えるようにする工程と; を含む方法。 36.前記製造には2つの重合体組成物があることを特徴とする請求項35記載 の方法。 37.前記方法が次の工程: (i)第1の着色重合体組成物と、“黒色”重合体組成物を同時押出して、第1 の裏打フィルムとして役立つ積層品を形成する工程と; (ii)次の逐次順序で、(a)透明もしくは半透明摩耗層と、(b)前記第1の 裏打フィルムと、そして(c)前記第1の裏打フィルムと事実上同一の厚さの第 2の裏打フィルムとを一緒に積層し、それにより前記着色重合体組成物が前記摩 耗層を通して見えるようにする工程と; を含むことを特徴とする請求項36記載の方法。 38.前記第1の着色重合体組成物が黒を含むどのような色のものでもよいこと を特徴とする請求項36もしくは37記載の方法。 39.前記摩耗層(a)と前記第1の裏打フィルム(b)の間に装飾層、例えば 化粧層が挿入されてから貼付け工程(ii)を実施することを特徴とする請求項3 6乃至38のいずれか1項記載の方法。 40.前記第2の裏打フィルムが第2の着色重合体組成物と、“黒色”重合体組 成物の同時押出積層品であることと、前記第2の着色重合体組成物が黒を含むど のような色のものでもよいことを特徴とする請求項36乃至39のいずれか1項 記載の方法。 41.前記製造には3つの重合体組成物があることを特徴とする請求項35記載 の方法。 42.前記方法が次の工程: (i)第1の着色重合体組成物と、“黒色”重合体組成物と、そして第3の重合 体組成物を同時押出して、第1の裏打フィルムとして役立つ積層品を形成する工 程と; (ii)次の逐次順序で、(a)透明もしくは半透明摩耗層と、(b)少くとも1 つの裏打フィルムとを一緒に積層し、それにより前記着色重合組成物が前記摩耗 層を通して見えるようにする工程と; を含むことを特徴とする請求項41記載の方法。 43.前記第1の裏打フィルムと事実上同一の厚さの第2の裏打フィルムが配設 されることを特徴とする請求項41もしくは42記載の方法。 44.前記第1の着色重合体組成物と前記第3の重合体組成物が黒を含むどのよ うな色のものでもよいことを特徴とする請求項41乃至43のいずれか1項記載 の方法。 45.前記摩耗層(a)と前記第1の裏打フィルム(b)の間に装飾層、例えば 化粧層が挿入されてから貼付け工程(ii)を実施することを特徴とする請求項4 1乃至44のいずれか1項記載の方法。 46.前記第2の裏打フィルムが、第2の着色重合体組成物と、“黒色”重合体 組成物と、そして第3の重合体組成物の同時押出積層品であることと、前記第2 の着色重合体組成物と前記第3の重合体組成物が黒を含むどのような色のもので もよいことを特徴とする請求項41乃至45のいずれか1項記載の方法。 47.床タイル生産の方法で、次の工程: (i)請求項18乃至34のいずれか1項記載の同時押出積層品を請求項1乃 至6もしくは35乃至46のいずれか1項記載の方法で取る工程と; (ii)前記積層品を適当な形状に切断する工程と; からなる床タイルの製法。 48.弾性床おおいの設置方法で次の工程: (i)請求項47の方法により生産した前記タイルを部屋の床に固定する工程 と; (ii)前記タイルを艶出しして仕上げを施す工程と; からなる方法。 49.前記タイルが接着剤により床に固定されることを特徴とする請求項48記 載の方法。 50.前記タイルがワックス系もしくはシリコーン系艶出し剤により艶出しされ ることを特徴とする請求項48もしくは49記載の方法。
