Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.水硬性セメントと、ポルトランドセメントおよびセメント置換物の約10重量 %を超える量のポゾラン性セメント置換物とを含有するセメント性混合物に対す る適合混和剤であって、コンクリートの促進剤と組み合わせてポリカルボキシレ ート減水分散剤を含む、前記適合混和剤。 2.適合混和剤が塩化物のない請求項1に記載の混和剤。 3.促進剤が、 a)アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属またはアルミニウムの硝酸塩; b)アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属またはアルミニウムの亜硝酸塩; c)アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属またはアルミニウムのチオシアン酸塩; d)アルカノールアミン e)アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属またはアルミニウムのチオ硫酸塩; f)アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属またはアルミニウムのヒドロキシド; g)アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属またはアルミニウムのカルボン酸塩; または、 h)ポリヒドロキシアルキルアミン; の少なくともひとつを含む、請求項1に記載の混和剤。 4.ポリカルボキシレート分散剤がカルボキシル、スルホネートおよびホスホネ ート官能基の少なくとも一つで誘導されたポリビニールカルボキシレートポリマ ーを含む、請求項1に記載の混和剤。 5.ポリマーがさらに、1)親水性エチレンオキシド単位および、2)親油性ポリ プロピレンオキシド単位の少なくとも一つを含む非イオン性ポリマー側鎖を含む 、請求項4に記載の混和剤。 6.ポリカルボキシレート分散剤が一般式I: 式中、R1およびR5は各々独立してC2−C3アルキルであり、 R2、R3、R4およびR6は各々独立してH、C1−C5アルキルであり、およびR7はO(R5O )、CH2O(R5O)、COO(R5O)およびCONH(R5O)のひとつであり、 MはH、Li、Na、K、Ca、Mg、NH4、アルキルアミンおよびヒドロキシアルキルアミ ンの少なくともひとつであり、 n+m=3〜約100、好ましくはn+m=約5〜約50であり、 m=0のとき、n=約5〜約100、 n=0のとき、m=約3〜約100、 pおよびqは各々独立して1〜約100であり、 u、vおよびwは各々独立して1〜約100であり、 但し、n>0およびm>0のとき、u、vおよびwのひとつは零であってもよく、 零でないとき、uの(v+w)に対する比は約1:10〜約10:1であり、 vに対するuの比は約1:1〜約100:1であり、 m+p=約10〜約400であり、 xおよびyは各々独立して1〜約100であり、 但し、n>0およびm>0のとき、xおよびyのひとつは零であってもよく、 両方が零でないとき、xのyに対する比は約1:10〜約10:1であり、 n+q=約10〜約400である、 で示されるポリマー、および対応する酸、およびそれらのアルカリ金属、アルカ リ土類金属またはアンモニウムの塩誘導体; 任意に、式中mおよびnの一つが零であるポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の混 和剤。 7.ポリカルボキシレートポリマーが、モノマー(u)としてスチレン;モノマ ー(v)としてマレイン酸無水物、マレイン酸及びその塩の少なくとも1つ;モノ マー(w)として、ポリアルキレングリコール;モノマー(x)としてアクリル酸 、メタクリル酸及びそれらの塩の少なくとも1つ;モノマー(y)として、ポリ エチレングリコールモノ(メタ)クリレート、プロピレングリコールモノ(メタ )クリレート、ポリエチレングリコールプロピレングリコールモノ(メタ)クリ レート、メトキシポリエチレングリコールモノ(メタ)クリレート、メトキシポ リプロピレングリコールモノ(メタ)クリレート、メトキシポリエチレングリコ ールポリプロピレングリコールモノ(メタ)クリレート、エトキシポリエチレン グリコールモノ(メタ)クリレート、エトキシポリプロピレングリコールモノ( メタ)クリレートおよびエトキシポリエチレングリコールポリプロピレングリコ ールモノ(メタ)クリレート、およびそれらの混合物の少なくとも1つを含む、 請求項6に記載の混和剤。 8.ポリカルボキシレート分散剤が、一般式IV: 任意に、式中、(R1−O)p−R2はポリアルキレングリコール鎖、R5はCH2CH2で あり、R6はCH3であり、およびR7はCH2O(R5O)である、 ポリマーを含む、請求項6に記載の混和剤。 9.ポリカルボキシレート分散剤が、一般式V: 式中、R8はHまたはCH3であり、XはCH2またはCH2−φだり、YはCH2またはC=O であり、MはH、Li、Na、K、Ca、Mg、NH4、アルキルアミンおよびヒドロキシア ルキルアミンのすくなくともひとつであり、a−b+d=l、rは約10〜約1000であ り、s=2〜約500である。 のポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の混和剤。 10.ポリカルボキシレート分散剤が、一般式VI: 式中、R10はHまたはCH3であり、R11はCH2またはC=Φであり、R12はCH2または CH2−φであり、e+f+g+h=1、jは約10〜約1000であり、k=2〜約500である、 のポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の混和剤。 11.ポリカルボキシレート分散剤が、一般式VII: 式中、Zはグループa’およびb’のモノマーと共重合できるモノマーであり、 R10はHまたはCH3であり、MはH、Li、Na、K、Ca、Mg、NH4、アルキルアミンおよ びヒドロキシアルキルアミンの少なくともひとつであり、a’+b’+c’=1、d ’は約10〜約1000であり、k=2〜約500である、 のポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の混和剤。 12.ポリカルボキシレート分散剤が、一般式VIII: 式中、R10はHまたはCH3であり、R13はCH3であり、MはH、Li、Na、K、Ca、Mg、 NH4、アルキルアミンおよびヒドロキシアルキルアミンの少なくともひとつであ り、e’:f’は約2:1〜約100:1であり、g’は約10〜約1000である、 のポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の混和剤。 13.ポリカルボキシレート分散剤が、一般式IX: 式中、R14はCH3またはt−ブチレンであり、m’=1〜約100であり、n’=約10 〜約1000である、 のポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の混和剤。 14.セメント性材料を製造する方法であって、水硬性セメントを、フライアッ シュ、スラグ、天然ポゾランおよびそれらの混合物から選択されるポゾラン性セ メント置換物並びに請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の適合混和剤を混合すること を含み、任意にさらにセメントおよびセメント置換物と骨材とを混合することを 含み、さらにセメント、セメント置換物および骨材の混合物の水硬性凝結を行わ せるために十分な水を混合すること含む、前記方法。 15.さらにシリカヒュームおよびメタカオリンの少なくとも一つをセメントお よびセメント置換物と混合することを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 16.水硬性セメント;該水硬性セメントおよびセメント置換物の約10重量%を 超える量の、フライアッシュ、スラグ、天然ポゾランおよびそれらの混合物から 選択されるポゾラン性セメント置換物;および請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の 適合混和剤を含み、任意に骨材、シリカヒュームおよびメタカオリンの少なくと も一つを含むセメント性混合物。 17.水硬性セメントが、ポルトランドセメントを含む請求項16に記載のセメン ト性混合物であって、該水硬性セメントおよびセメント置換物の重量を基準とし て少なくとも50重量%のポルトランドセメントを含有する、前記セメント性混合 物。 18.水硬性セメントおよびセメント置換物の約15重量%を超える量のセメント 置換物を含み、任意にセメント置換物が、クラスCフライアッシュおよびクラスF フライアッシュの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項16に記載ののセメント性混合物 。 19.セメント置換物が、1)水硬性セメントおよびセメント置換物の少なくと も約25重量%の量のスラグ、および2)水硬性セメントおよびセメント置換物の 少なくとも約24重量%の量の天然ポゾランの一つを含む、請求項16に記載のセメ ント性混合物。 20.適合混和剤の活性成分が水硬性セメントおよびセメント置換物の重量の10 0部につき約0.09〜約2部の量で存在する、請求項16に記載のセメント性混合物 。
