Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 充電電圧(UL)によって少なくとも1つの容量性操作素子(P1〜Pn )を制御する方法において、 操作素子(P1〜Pn)に供給される電荷量ΔQと、充電過程の終了後に操 作素子に印加される操作素子電圧Upとから、操作素子容量を式Cp=ΔQ/U pに従って計算し、 操作素子容量Cpと操作素子電圧Upの値から、操作素子に充電過程中に供 給されるエネルギーEistを式: Eist=0.5*Cp*Up2=0.5*ΔQ*Up に従って計算し、 供給されたエネルギーEistを所定の目標値Esol1と比較し、 供給されたエネルギー量Eistが目標値Esollよりも小さい場合には、次の 制御過程に対して充電電圧UL=UC1+UC2を所定の値だけ増大し、または 供給されたエネルギーEistが目標値Esollより大きい場合には、低減する 、 ことを特徴とする制御方法。 2. 操作素子(P1〜Pn)に供給される電荷量ΔQを、充電過程中に操作素 子に流れる電流Ipを積分することにより次式に従い検出する、 ΔQ=∫Ipdt 請求項1記載の方法。 3. 充電コンデンサおよび放電コンデンサ(C1,C2)の直列回路を有し、 充電コンデンサ(C1)に制御可能な電圧(+USNT)が印加される回路では、 操作素子(P1〜Pn)に供給される電荷量ΔQを、放電コンデンサ(C2)に 充電過程の前と後で印加される電圧UvorとUnachの差ΔU=Uvor−Unachと、 放電コンデンサの容量C2を介して、式ΔQ=C2*ΔU=C2*(Uvor−Unach )に従って検出する、請求項1記載の方法。 4. 算出された操作素子容量Cpを操作素子温度Tpの検出に利用する、請求 項1記載の方法。
