Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも2種のポリプロピレン重合体を含むポリプロピレンブレンド 中の重合体ゲルの量を減少させるに当たり、ポリプロピレンブレンドを44〜9 00μmの複数のスクリーンフィルターに通してポリプロピレンブレンド中のゲ ルの数及び寸法を減少させることを含む重合体ゲルの量の減少法。 2. (a)ポリプロピレンブレンドを溶融し、 (b)ポリプロピレンブレンドをブレンディングし、 (c)ポリプロピレンブレンドを44〜900μmの複数のスクリーンフィル ターに通し、そして (d)ポリプロピレンブレンドを押し出す、 ことからなる請求項1記載の方法。 3. ポリプロピレンブレンド中の200μmよりも大きいゲルの数が約60 0/m2以下に減少される請求項2記載の方法。 4. 250μmよりも大きいゲルの数が100/m2以下に減少される請求 項2記載の方法。 5. ポリプロピレンブレンドが、0.1〜100g/10分のメルトフロー を有する耐衝撃性共重合体であり、そして共重合体のガードナー衝撃強度が本発 明の方法によって少なくとも20%程向上される請求項3記載の方法。 6. 複数のスクリーンフィルターの少なくとも2個のサンドイッチであって 、各サンドイッチが少なくとも3個のスクリーンフィルターを含むものを使用す る請求項1記載の方法。 7. ポリプロピレンブレンドがスクリーンフィルターを約0.5〜約15k g/cm2hrの速度で通される請求項1記載の方法。 8. 複数のスクリーンフィルターのスクリーンメッシュ合計が少なくとも約 700である請求項1記載の方法。 9. ポリプロピレンブレンドをスタティックミキサーにおいて混合する工程 を追加的に含む請求項2記載の方法。 10. スクリーンフィルターが三角形状ワイヤを有し、そしてメッシュに織成 されている請求項1記載の方法。
