Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.開状態と閉状態との間でパルス化動作を行なうための弁アセンブリ装置であ って、 動作時に開閉が行なわれるインレットポートと前記インレットポートの開閉を 行なうための弁と、 アウトレットポートと、 前記インレットポートと前記アウトレットポートとの間にありかつそれらと連 通状態にある弁キャビティとを含み、 前記弁は、前記弁キャビティ内の圧力に応答して前記インレットポートの開閉 を行ない、それにおける圧力が上昇すると前記弁が偏って前記インレットポート を閉じ、そこにおける圧力が低下すると前記弁が偏って前記インレットポートを 開き、 前記インレットポートは前記アウトレットポートよりも大きく、それにより、 前記インレットポートを開くと前記キャビティに圧力が迅速に形成され、開いた 後にそれは迅速に閉じ、さらに前記弁がパルス化されて前記動作時に前記インレ ットポートの開閉を迅速に行なう、弁アセンブリ装置。 2.請求項1の弁アセンブリ装置と、冷媒ガスを凝縮するための凝縮器と、熱的 にそれに晒された負荷を冷却するための蒸発器とを含み、前記インレットポート は前記凝縮器と連通し、凝縮された冷媒を受入れ、前記アウトレットポートは前 記蒸発器と連通し、液体冷媒をそれに方向付ける、冷凍装置。 3.請求項1に記載の弁アセンブリ装置と、蒸発器とを含み、前記弁アセンブリ は、前記蒸発器の蒸気の過熱を制御するための制御アセンブリを含み、前記弁キ ャビティは前記蒸発器の体積よりも小さな体積を有する、装置。 4.前記弁は、前記インレットポートが開いた後少なくとも2分の1秒内に前記 インレットポートを閉じることができる、請求項2または3に記載の装置。 5.前記弁は、1秒間に60回前記インレットポートの開閉を行なうことができ る、請求項1、2または3に記載の装置。 6.前記弁に前記インレットポートを開かせるための外部バイアス圧力と連通す る圧力ポートを含む、請求項1、2または3に記載の装置。 7.前記圧力ポートと協働するベローズまたはダイヤフラムを含む、請求項6に 記載の装置。 8.前記弁に前記インレットポートを閉じさせるための偏らせ手段を含む、請求 項1、2または3に記載の装置。 9.前記インレットポートが弁座を含み、前記弁は前記弁座を封止するための弁 プラグを含む、請求項1、2、3または8に記載の装置。 10.前記偏らせ手段が、前記弁に前記インレットポートを閉じさせるためのば ねを含む、請求項8に記載の装置。 11.前記インレットポートは前記アウトレットポートの少なくとも2倍よりも 大きい、請求項1、2または3に記載の装置。 12.前記インレットポートは前記アウトレットポートの少なくとも10倍より も大きい、請求項1、2または3に記載の装置。 13.前記インレットポートは前記アウトレットポートのサイズの約10倍から 約20倍である、請求項1、2または3に記載の装置。 14.前記偏らせ手段が前記弁アセンブリ上に圧力ポートを含み、前記圧力ポー トは、前記蒸発器と熱的に接触したバルブと協働して前記圧力ポートに外部圧力 を発生する、請求項2に記載の冷凍装置。 15.前記弁アセンブリがダイヤフラムまたはベローズを含み、前記ダイヤフラ ムまたはベローズは、前記圧力ボートに晒され、前記外部圧力に応答して前記イ ンレットポートの開閉を行なう、請求項14に記載の冷凍装置。 16.前記バルブが前記蒸発器の過熱領域と熱的に接触し、前記蒸発器の蒸気温 度に比例した外部圧力を前記圧力ポートに発生する、請求項14に記載の冷凍装 置。 17.前記弁キャビティが、前記蒸発器の過熱領域の体積の約30%未満の体積 を有する、請求項2に記載の冷凍装置。 18.熱的または機械的圧縮機を含む、請求項2に記載の冷凍装置。 19.前記熱的圧縮機が固体−ガス収着システムを含む、請求項22に記載の冷 凍装置。 20.前記固体−ガスシステムが、錯化物、ゼオライト、活性炭素または金属水 素化物を含む、請求項18に記載の冷凍装置。 21.前記冷媒がアンモニアであり、前記バルブ充填物はアンモニアとプロピレ ングリコールおよび/またはエチレングリコールとの混合物であり、前記混合物 は約10から50重量%のアンモニアを含有する、請求項14に記載の冷凍装置 。 22.前記冷媒がアンモニアであり、前記バルブ充填物はアンモニアと水との混 合物であり、前記混合物は約5から70重量%のアンモニアを含有する、請求項 14に記載の冷凍装置。 23.前記冷媒がアンモニアであり、前記バルブ充填物は、ジメチルエーテルと プロピレングリコールおよび/またはエチレングリコールとの混合物であり、前 記混合物は40から95重量%のジメチルエーテルを含有する、請求項14に記 載の冷凍装置。 24.前記冷媒がフルオロカーボンであり、前記バルブ充填物は、アンモニア、 プロピレングリコール、エチレングリコール、ジメチルエーテルまたは水である か、またはそれらの混合物である、請求項14に記載の冷媒装置。 25.前記フルオロカーボン冷媒はテトラフルオロエタンであり、前記バルブ充 填物は、ジメチルエーテルとプロピレングリコールおよび/またはエチレングリ コールとの混合物であり、前記混合物は約40から95重量%のジメチルエーテ ルを含む、請求項24に記載の冷凍装置。 26.前記フルオロカーボン冷媒はテトラフルオロエタンであり、前記バルブ充 填物は水とアンモニアとの混合物であり、前記混合物は約5から85重量%のア ンモニアを含有する、請求項24に記載の冷凍装置。 27.前記フルオロカーボン冷媒はテトラフルオロエタンであり、前記バルブ充 填物はアンモニアとプロピレングリコールおよび/またはエチレングリコールと の混合物であり、前記混合物は約10から70重量%のアンモニアを含有する、 請求項24に記載の冷凍装置。 28.前記冷媒はアンモニアであり、前記バルブは、アンモニアと、アルキレン グリコール、アルコール、エーテル、グリコールエーテル、ポリエーテル、アミ ド、ポリアミド、エステル、ポリエステル、水およびそれらの混合物からなるグ ループから選択された吸着剤との混合物を含有する、請求項14に記載の冷媒装 置。 29.前記冷媒がフルオロカーボンであり、前記バルブは、脂肪族エーテル、低 級脂肪族第三アミンまたは低級脂肪族ケトンを含むガスの混合物を含有し、吸着 剤は、アルキレングリコール、アルコール、グリコールエーテル、ポリエーテル 、エステル、ポリエステル、ポリアルコール、ポリアミン、アミドまたはポリア ミドを含む、請求項14に記載の冷凍装置。 30.1,000ワット以下の冷却能力を有する、請求項13に記載の冷凍装置 。
