Abstract
【解決手段】蒸気圧縮式超臨界冷凍サイクルの圧力制御弁100であって、ダイヤフラム32上部の密閉空間91に冷媒が封入されており、ダイヤフラム32に連結された弁31に冷凍サイクル内冷媒の圧力を作用させて、前記密閉空間91内の冷媒圧力と前記冷凍サイクル内冷媒の圧力のバランスに従って前記弁31を開閉し、前記密閉空間91は、冷媒温度を検出して実質上感温機能を有する箇所92、91aと連通しており、前記実質上感温機能を有する箇所92、91aの容積Aを、前記密閉空間91と連通する総容積(A+B)の50%以上としたことを特徴とする圧力制御弁100。

Description
請求項1に記載の発明によれば、圧力制御弁は、実質上感温機能を有する箇所92、91aの容積Aを、密閉空間91と連通する総容積(A+B)の50%以上としたことを特徴としている。これにより、外気温度の影響等を受けやすい実質上感温機能を有しない箇所の冷媒容積を少なくすることにより、正確な温度制御が可能な圧力制御弁を提供することが可能となる。
容積割合:A/(A+B)
A=Vu×0.5+Vb
B=Vu×0.5
Vu:ダイヤフラム上側容積(91)
Vb:ダイヤフラム下側容積(31d)
なお、本発明に係る全ての実施形態の膨張弁は、図1および図4のサイクルの両方に使用することができる。
Claims (5)
- 蒸気圧縮式超臨界冷凍サイクルの放熱器(2)から蒸発器(4)まで至る冷媒流路に配置され、前記放熱器(2)出口側の冷媒温度に応じて前記放熱器(2)出口側圧力を制御する圧力制御弁(100)であって、
ダイヤフラム(32)上部の密閉空間(91)に冷媒が封入されており、ダイヤフラム(32)に冷凍サイクル内冷媒の圧力を作用させて、密閉空間(91)内の冷媒圧力と前記冷凍サイクル内冷媒の圧力のバランスに従って前記弁(31)を開閉し、
前記密閉空間(91)は、冷媒温度を検出して実質上感温機能を有する箇所(92、91a)と連通しており、
前記実質上感温機能を有する箇所(92、91a)の容積(A)を、前記密閉空間(91)と連通する総容積(A+B)の50%以上としたことを特徴とする圧力制御弁(100)。 - 冷媒温度を検出する感温筒(92)とダイヤフラム(32)上部の密閉空間(91)とをキャピラリ管(93)で連結したことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧力制御弁(100)。
- ダイヤフラム(32)に連結された弁(31)の上部に、前記密閉空間(91)と連通した凹部(31d)を設けたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧力制御弁(100)。
- 前記密閉空間(91)の外面の少なくとも一部が断熱材で覆われていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の圧力制御弁(100)。
- 前記密閉空間(91)を形成する外壁面(35)と外気との間を仕切るキャップ(95)を備えたことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の圧力制御弁(110)。
