Description
本明細書においては、図面が示された紙面上において、弁体3から作動棒5に向かう方向を「上方向」と定義し、作動棒5から弁体3に向かう方向を「下方向」と定義する。
図1〜図3を参照して、本実施形態における膨張弁1の概要について説明する。図1は、実施形態における膨張弁1の全体構造を、エバポレータに接続される配管ともに模式的に示す図である。なお、図1において、パワーエレメント8に対応する部分は側面図で示されており、その他の部分は断面図で示されている。図2は、オリフィス周辺の領域ARの拡大図であり、(a)は本実施形態の拡大図であり、(b)、(c)は比較例における同一部位の拡大図である。図3は、整流板の斜視図である。
図4を参照して、膨張弁1の適用例について説明する。図4は、上述した実施形態における膨張弁1を冷媒循環システム100に適用した例を模式的に示す概略断面図である。

Claims (3)
- 高圧の冷媒を導入する入口通路、該入口通路に連通する弁室、該弁室内に導入された冷媒を減圧するオリフィスを含む膨張室、および該膨張室の下流側に設けられ前記膨張室を通過した冷媒を導出する出口通路を有する弁本体と、
前記膨張室と前記出口通路とを仕切るようにして前記弁本体に配置された整流板と、
前記オリフィスを開閉する弁部材と、
該弁部材を駆動する弁部材駆動装置と、
を備える膨張弁であって、
前記整流板は、前記膨張室と前記出口通路との境に配置された円形板部と、前記出口通路側へ突出する中空凸部と、前記中空凸部の先端側に形成された絞り孔とを有し、
前記中空凸部は、前記円形板部に対して偏心しており、
前記中空凸部は円筒状であって、その外径は前記出口通路に挿入される配管の内径と等しい、
ことを特徴とする膨張弁。 - 前記中空凸部の少なくとも一部は前記配管の内側に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の膨張弁。 - 前記整流板は金属板をプレス加工して形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の膨張弁。
