Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも一つのセルと,及び少なくとも一つのスケジユールされたユー ザとを備えた通信ネットワーク中の順方向リンク上でデータ伝送をスケジユール するための方法であって, 前記少なくとも一つのセルの各々に有効な順方向リンクキャパシティを決 定するステップ; 前記少なくとも一つのスケジユールされたユーザの各々に割り振られる伝 達速度を割り振るステップ; 前記少なくとも一つのスケジユールされたユーザに前記割り振られた伝達 速度を送るステップ;を備え,及び ここにおいて,前記割り振られた伝達速度は前記少なくとも一つのセルの 各々に有効な前記順方向リンクキャパシティに基づく, 前記スケジユールするための方法。 2.請求項1に記載の方法であって,前記決定するステップ,前記割り振るス テップ,及び前記送るステップは,全てのKフレームで繰り返され,ここでKは 1に等しいかそれ以上の整数である,前記方法。 3.請求項1に記載された方法であって,前記割り振るステップは,さらに, 前記少なくとも一つのスケジユールされたユーザの各々のためのアクテイブなメ ンバセットを決定するステップであって,前記アクテイブなメンバセットは前記 スケジユールされたユーザとの通信中の少なくとも一つのセルを含んでいる前記 ステップを具備し, ここにおいて,前記割り振られた伝達速度はさらに前記アクテイブなメン バセット中の前記少なくとも一つのセルの一つ又はそれ以上のセルに有効な前記 順方向リンクキャパシティに基づいている, 4.請求項3に記載された方法において,前記割り振るステップはさらに,少 なくとも一つのスケジユールされたユーザの各々のキユーサイズを受信するステ ップであって,前記キユーサイズは前記少なくとも一つのスケジユールされたユ ーザの各々に伝達されるデータの量を決定する,該ステップ;及び ここにおいて,前記割り振られた伝達速度は,さらに前記少なくとも一つ のスケジユールされたユーザの各々の前記キユーサイズに基づいている, 前記方法。 5.請求項4に記載された方法において,前記割り振るステップは,さらにス ケジユールされたユーザの優先順位リストを作成するステップであって,前記優 先順位リストは前記少なくとも一つのスケジユールされたユーザの各々を含んで いる,該ステップ,を備え, ここにおいて,前記割り振られた伝達速度はさらに前記少なくとも一つの スケジユールされたユーザの各々の前記優先順位に基づいている,前記方法。 6.請求項5に記載された方法であって,前記割り振られるステップは,さら に スケジユールされたユーザの前記優先順位リストから選択されスケジユー ルされたユーザを選択するステップであって,前記選択されスケジユールされた ユーザは前記優先順位リスト中の少なくとも一つのスケジユールされたユーザの 中で最高の優先順位を有している,該ステップ; 前記選択されスケジユールされたユーザの前記アクテイブなメンバセット 中の前記少なくとも一つのセルの一つ又はそれ以上のセルにより前記選択されス ケジユールされたユーザのための最大支持可能伝達速度を計算するステップ; 前記最大支持可能伝達速度から最小伝達速度を選択するステップてあって ,前記最小伝達速度は最大伝達速度として定義されるステップ;及び ここにおいて,前記割り振られた伝達速度は前記最大伝達速度で,又はそ れ未満である,前記方法。 7.請求項6に記載された方法において,前記割り振られたステップは,さら に 好ましい伝達速度を推薦するステップであって,前記好ましい伝達速度は 前記選択されスケジユールされたユーザの前記キユーサイズに基づいている,該 ステップ;及び ここにおいて,前記割り振られた伝達速度は前記好ましい伝達速度で,又 はそれ未満である,前記方法。 8.請求項7に記載された方法において,前記割り振られるステップはさらに , 前記選択されスケジユールされたユーザに割り当てられたキヤパシティを もたらす前記選択されスケジユールされたユーザの前記アクテイブなメンバセッ ト中の少なくも一つのセルの一つ又はそれ以上のセルに有効な前記順方向リンク キャパシテイを更新するステップ;及び 前記優先順位リストから前記選択されスケジユールされたユーザを取り除 くステップ,を具備する前記方法。 9.請求項2に記載された方法において,さらに 前記少なくとも一つのスケジユールされたユーザのゼロ又はそれ以上のユ ーザの前記割り振られた伝達速度を,一時的伝達速度に再割振りするステップで あって,ここにおいて前記一時的伝達速度は前記少なくとも一つのセルに有効な 前記順方向リンクキヤパシテイに依存する,該ステッ プ, を具備する前記方法。 10.請求項9に記載された方法であって,前記再割り振りするステップはさら に, 通信ネタットワークにおいて前記少なくとも一つのセルからの作用された セルの一時的セルリストを形成するステップであって,前記影響されたセルの一 時的セルリストを形成するステップであって,前記作用されたセルは前記少なく とも一つのスケジユールされたユーザにデータを伝達するために不十分な伝達 ワーを有している,該ステップ,を具備する前記方法。 11.請求項10に記載された方法であって,前記再割振りするするステップは さらに, 作用されスケジユールされたユーザの一時的優先順位リストを形成するス テップであって,前記作用されスケジユールされたユーザは通信ネットワーク中 の前記少なくとも一つのスケジユールされたユーザを有する,該ステップ,を具 備する前記方法。 12.請求項11に記載された方法であって,前記再割り当てするステップはさ らに, 作用されスケジユールされたユーザの前記一時的優先順位リストから作用 されスケジユールされたユーザを選択するステップであって,前記選択され作用 されたスケジユールされたユーザは,前記一時的優先順位リスト中の前記少なく とも一つのスケジユールされたユーザの間で最高の優先順位を有している,該ス テップ; 前記選択され作用されスケジユールされたユーザの前記アクテイブなメン バセット中の前記少なくとも一つのセルの一つ又はそれ以上のセル により前記選択され作用されスケジユールされたユーザのための最大一時的支持 可能伝達速度を計算するステップ; 前記最大一時的支持可能速度から最小伝達速度を選択するステップであっ て,前記最小伝達速度は最大一時的伝達速度として定義される,該ステップ;及 び ここにおいて,前記一時的伝達速度は前記最大一時的伝達速度と前記割り 振られた伝達速度で,又はそれ未満である,前記方法。 13.請求項12に記載された方法であって,前記再割振りするステップはさら に, 前記選択され作用されスケジユールされたユーザに割り当てられたキャパ シテイを反映するために前記選択され作用されスケジユールされたユーザの前記 アクテイブなメンバセット中の前記少なくとも一つのセルの一つまたはそれ以上 のセルに有効な前記順方向リンクキャパシテイを更新するステップ;及び 前記優先順位リストから前記選択され作用されスケジユールされたユーザ を取り除くステップ,を具備する前記方法。 14.少なくとも一つのセルと少なくとも一つのスケジユールされたユーザとを 備える通信ネットワーク中の順方向リンク上でデータ伝達をスケジユールするた めの装置であって, 前記少なくとも一つのセルから前記少なくとも一つのユーザへのデータ伝 達をスケジユールするため,及び前記通信ネットワークのための状態情報を収集 するためのコントローラ手段; 前記状態情報を蓄積するために前記コントローラ手段に接続されるメモリ 手段;及び 前記コントローラ手段にタイミング信号を供するための前記コントローラ 手段に接続されたタイミング手段であって,前記タイミング信号は 前記コントローラ手段がデータ伝達をスケジユールできるようにする,該タイミ ング手段,を具備する前記スケジユールするための装置。 15.セル中の一つ又はそれ以上の遠隔局と基地局との間の順方向リンク中でデ ータ通信をスケジユールするための装置であって, 連続するスケジユール期間の各期間において,順方向リンクデータ通信の ためのセル中で有効な資源を決定するための手段;
