Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 酸素に敏感な物質の包装に有用な多層構造体であって、その構造が、 (a)その酸素との反応に際して少なくとも一種の副生物を形成する酸素捕捉 剤を含む第一層、および (b)酸素捕捉剤と酸素の反応に際して形成された副生物を中和することがで きる有効量の中和剤を含む、第一層より分離された第二層、 を含む前記の多層構造体。 2. 該構造体は紫外線透過性でありかつ光学的透明である、請求項1に記載の 多層構造体。 3. 該構造体は二つより多くの層を有する、請求項1に記載の多層構造体。 4. 該構造体はさらに酸素バリヤー層を含む、請求項1に記載の多層構造体。 5. 該構造体はさらに選択的バリヤー層を含む、請求項1に記載の多層構造体 。 6. 第二層は第一層の内側にある、請求項1に記載の多層構造体。 7. 酸素捕捉剤は有機被酸化性物質を含む、請求項1に記載の多層構造体。 8. 酸素捕捉剤は被酸化性部位を有するポリマー物質を含む、請求項1に記載 の多層構造体。 9. 酸素捕捉剤はさらに遷移金属塩触媒を含む、請求項8に記載の多層構造体 。 10.遷移金属塩触媒はネオデカン酸コバルト(II)、オレイン酸コバルト(II )、リノール酸コバルト(II)、またはカプリル酸コバルト(II)である、請求 項9に記載の多層構造体。 11.中和剤は無機塩基および有機塩基から成る群より選択される、請求項1に 記載の多層構造体。 12.有機塩基は有機アミン化合物を含む、請求項11に記載の多層構造体。 13.第二層はさらに熱可塑性樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の多層構造体。 14.第二層中の中和剤は、酸−、アルコール−またはアルデヒド−反応性の物 質から成る、請求項1に記載の多層構造体。 15.中和剤は無機塩基または有機アミノ化合物を含む、請求項14に記載の多 層構造体。 16.中和剤は酸化カルシウム、水酸化カルシウム、重炭酸カリウムおよび炭酸 カルシウムから成る群より選択される、請求項15に記載の多層構造体。 17.有機アミンはアミン含有ポリマーを含む、請求項15に記載の多層構造体 。 18.有機アミン化合物はポリアミン化合物を含む、請求項15に記載の多層構 造体。 19.該構造体はさらに第一層の外側に位置する酸素バリヤー層および第一層の 内側に位置する選択的バリヤーポリマー層から成る、請求項1に記載の多層構造 体。 20.該構造体はさらにその構造体の最も内側の層である封止層を含む、請求項 19に記載の多層構造体。 21.酸素捕捉剤は有機被酸化性物質および被酸化性部位を有するポリマー物質 から成る群より選択され、そして中和剤は無機塩基および有機塩基から成る群よ り選択される、請求項19に記載の多層構造体。 22.有機塩基はポリアミン化合物を含む、請求項19に記載の多層構造体。 23.ポリアミン化合物はペンタエチレンヘキサミン、トリエチレンテトラミン 、およびポリビニルオキサゾリンから成る群より選択される、請求項22に記載 の多層構造体。 24.無機塩基は酸化カルシウム、水酸化カルシウム、および炭酸カルシウムか ら成る群より選択される、請求項19に記載の多層構造体。 25.多層構造体から成る酸素捕捉剤を保持するため適当な包装であり、前記多 層構造体が請求項1に記載の構造体である包装。 26.該構造体はさらに第一層の外側に位置する酸素バリヤー層を含む、請求項 25に記載の包装。 27.該構造体はさらに第一層の内側に位置する選択的バリヤーポリマー層から 成る、請求項25に記載の包装。 28.さらに第一層と第二層の間にある選択的バリヤーポリマー層から成る、請 求項25に記載の包装。 29.さらにその中に位置する少なくとも一種の化学品、または電子材料を含む 請求項25に記載の包装。 30.さらにこの中に位置する食品または化粧品を含む、請求項25に記載の包 装。 31.多層構造体が包装の少なくとも一部を形成するフィルムである、請求項2 5に記載の包装。 32.多層構造体は包装内部に存在するフィルムである、請求項25に記載の包 装。 33.該包装が、多層構造体と共に、光学的透明および紫外線透過性である、請 求項25に記載の包装。 34.酸素に敏感な製品を包装するための物品であり、酸素バリヤーおよび、コ ーティング、瓶のキャップライナー、接着性または非接着性挿入物、封止剤、ガ スケットおよび繊維製マット挿入物から成る群より選択される部分的包装成分か ら成る、そしてその際部分的包装成分は酸素捕捉剤および副生物吸収剤を含む、 前記の包装用物品。
