Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 表面に重合されうる混合物を塗布し、混合物中に含有される液晶を配向さ せ、混合物を重合し、表面からポリマー被膜を剥離させ、かつポリマー被膜を粉 砕し、顔料粒子に変えることによって顔料を製造する方法において、 重合されうる混合物が次の成分: a1)キラルな、液晶性の重合されうるモノマー少なくとも1つまたは a2)アキラルな、液晶性の重合されうるモノマー少なくとも1つおよびキラル な化合物、ならびに付加的に b)ポリマーバインダおよび/または重合をポリマーバインダに変換されうる モノマー化合物および/または分散助剤を含有することを特徴とする、顔料の製 造方法。 2. 成分b)としてポリマーバインダを使用する、請求項1記載の方法。 3. ポリマーバインダとしてセルロースアセトブチレートを使用する、請求項 2記載の方法。 4. 成分b)として分散助剤を使用する、請求項1記載の方法。 5. 分散助剤としてポリイソブチレンコハク酸誘導体を使用する、請求項4記 載の方法。 6. 成分a1)として一般式I [式中、符号は次の意味を有する: Z1は、重合されうる基または重合されうる基を有する基であり、 Y1、Y2、Y3は、化学結合、酸素、硫黄、 であり、 A1は、スペーサであり、 M1は、メソゲン基であり、 Xは、n価のキラルな基であり、 Rは、水素またはC1〜C4−アルキルであり、 nは、1〜6であり、 この場合、基Z1、Y1、Y2、Y3、A1およびM1は、同一または異なってい てよい]で示されるキラルな、液晶性の重合されうるモノマー少なくとも1つを 使用する、請求項1記載の方法。 7. 成分a2)として一般式II [式中、符号は次の意味を有する: Z2、Z3は、重合されうる基または重合されうる基を有する基であり、 Y4、Y5、Y6、Y7は、化学結合、酸素、硫黄、 であり、 A2、A3は、スペーサであり、かつ M2は、メソゲン基である]で示されるアキラルな、液晶性の重合されうる モノマー少なくとも1つを含有する、請求項1記載の方法。 8. 成分a2)として一般式Ia [式中、Z1、Y1、Y2、Y3、A1、Xおよびnは、上記の意味を有し、か つMaは、複素環系または同素環系少なくとも1つを含有する2価の基である] で示されるキラルな化合物を含有する、請求項1記載の方法。 9. 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法によって得られる顔料。 10.請求項9記載の顔料1つまたはそれ以上、 塗料に常用のバインダ1つまたはそれ以上、 場合によっては他の顔料または染料、 場合によっては架橋剤1つまたはそれ以上、 場合によっては塗料に常用の添加剤および/または充填剤を含有する、塗料 。 11.塗料に常用のバインダとして、ポリエステル、アルキド樹脂、ポリウレタン 、(メト)アクリルコポ リマーおよび/またはセルロースエステルを基礎とするものを含有する、請求項 10記載の塗料。 12.塗料に常用のバインダとして、水希釈性のアニオン性で安定化された樹脂を 含有する、請求項10記載の塗料。 13.塗料、インクおよび印刷用インクにおける請求項9記載の顔料の使用。 14.分散塗料における請求項9記載の顔料の使用。 15.日用品の被覆のための請求項10から12までのいずれか1項記載の塗料の 使用。 16.車両の塗装のための請求項10から12までのいずれか1項記載の塗料の使 用。 17.請求項10から12までのいずれか1項記載の塗料で塗装された車両。
