Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ペダルで操作されるマスターシリンダ(1)を備え、このマスターシリンダ が貯蔵容器(2)に接続され、マスターシリンダから少なくとも1つのブレー キ回路(I)が出発し、このブレーキ回路が、マスターシリンダ(1)から車 輪ブレーキ(5,6)の少なくとも1つのブレーキ分岐管路(7,8)に至る ブレーキ管路(4)と、ブレーキ分岐管路(7,8)内に設けられた1個ずつ の流入弁(12,13)と、車輪ブレーキ(5,6)から戻しポンプ(16) の吸込み側に至る1本ずつの還流管路(14,15)と、戻しポンプ(16) の送出側から来てマ スターシリンダ(1)と少なくとも1本のブレーキ分岐管 路(8)との間のブレーキ管路(4)に接続された圧力管路(22)を備えて いる、液圧式ブレーキ装置において、 ブレーキ装置が駆動される車輪の車輪ブレーキ(6)の還流管路(15)に のみ1個ずつの排出弁(21,61)を備え、 マスターシリンダ(1)と圧力管路(22)の接続部との間のブレーキ管路 (4)内に、2ウェイ/2位置分離弁(9,22)が配置され、 吸込み管路(17)がマスターシリンダ(1)と分離弁(9,29)の間の ブレーキ管路(4)に接続し、かつ戻しポンプ(16)の吸込み側に案内され 、 戻しポンプ(16)が自吸式であり、2ウェイ/2位置切換弁(18,38 )が吸込み管路(17)内に設けられ、切換弁(18,38)およびまたは分 離弁(9,29)が液圧操作される弁であることを特徴とする液圧式ブレーキ 装置。 2.切換弁(18)がその基本位置で開放していることを特徴とする請求項1記 載のブレーキ装置。 3.切換弁(38)がその基本位置で閉じていることを特徴とする請求項1記載 のブレーキ装置。 4.ペダルで操作されるマスターシリンダ(1)を備え、このマスターシリンダ が貯蔵容器(2)に接続され、マスターシリンダから少なくとも1つのブレー キ回路(I)が出発し、このブレーキ回路が、マスターシリンダ(1)から車 輪ブレーキ(5,6)の少なくとも1つのブレーキ分岐管路(7,8)に至る ブレーキ管路(4)と、ブレーキ分岐管路(7,8)内に設けられた1個ずつ の流入弁(12,13)と、車輪ブレーキ(5,6)から戻しポンプ(16) の吸込み側に至る1本ずつの還流管路(14,15)と、戻しポンプ(16) の送出側から来てマスターシリンダ(1)と少なくとも1本のブレーキ分岐管 路(8)との間のブレーキ管路(4)に接続された圧力管路(22)を備えて いる、液圧式ブレーキ装置において、 ブレーキ装置が駆動される車輪の車輪ブレーキ(6)の還流管路(15)に のみ1個ずつの排出弁(21,61)を備え、 マスターシリンダ(1)と圧力管路(22)の接続部との間のブレーキ管路 (4)内に、分離弁が配置され、 吸込み管路(17)がマスターシリンダ(1)と分離弁の間のブレーキ管路 (4)に接続し、かつ戻しポンプ(16)の吸込み側に案内され、 戻しポンプ(16)が自吸式であり、切換弁が吸込み管路(17)に設けら れ、分離弁と切換弁が構造的に3ウェイ/2位置組み合わせ弁(45,55) にまとめられ、この組み合わせ弁がその基本位置でブレーキ管路(4)を開放 し、切換え位置でマスターシリンダ(1)と戻しポンプ(16)の吸込み側を 接続することを特徴とする液圧式ブレーキ装置。 5.組み合わせ弁(55)が液圧操作されることを特徴とする請求項4記載のブ レーキ装置。 6.ブレーキ装置のすべての排出弁(21)が通電しない状態で開放する2ウェ イ/2位置電磁弁であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載 のブレーキ装置。
