Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.H/S形状比が<0.60で、主として少なくとも1枚のラジアルワイヤの プライ(1)から構成されるカーカス補強材と、交差した非伸縮性の金属ケーブ ルから構成された少なくとも2つのいわゆるワーキングプライ(21、22)と 、ラジアルケーブルの最も外側のプライ(1)と半径方向に最も内側の第1のワ ーキングクラウンプライ(21)との間に配置された少なくとも1つの円周方向 ケーブルのプライ(20)とを有し、前記円周方向ケーブルのプライ(20)の 両端がワーキングプライ(21、22)の両端を軸方向に超えて配置されており 、前記クラウン補強材(2)が幅Lのトレッド(10)によって覆われているタ イヤであって、 幅がL(7)0.8〜0.95倍である幅L20の円周方向ケーブルのプラ イ(20)と、幅がLの0.5から0.7倍である幅L21の半径方向に最も内 側の第1のワーキングプライ(21)との間に、厚みが2〜3mmと一定で、幅 LMがL21と等しい、低弾性率のゴム混合物の層(4)が配置されており、半 径方向の幅が幅L21より大きいL22の、半径方向最も外側の第2のワーキン グプライが、まず、第1のワーキングプライ(21)の端部を超えて第1のワー キングプライ(21)の端部から軸方向に延びる、厚みが、第1のワーキングプ ライ(21)と低弾性率のゴムの層(4)との合計の厚みと実質的に等しい、高 弾性率のゴム製クッション(5)によって、そして、第2に、前記クッション( 5)の半径方向外側に向って、低弾性率と高弾性率の中間の弾性率を有する、第 2のワーキングプライ(22)の縁部から第1のワーキングプライ(21)の端 部の幅L21の0.03から0.10倍だけ軸方向に内側の点まで延びる、ゴム のくさび(6)によって、円周方向ケーブル(20)のプライの縁部から半径方 向に分離されており、前記くさび(6)は、第1のワーキングプライ(21)と 第2のワーキングプライ(22)を分離させることができることを特徴とする、 タイヤ。 2.クラウン補強材(2)、が半径方向最も外側の第2のワーキングプライ(2 2)の半径方向上部に、下に位置する第2のワーキングプライ(22)のケーブ ルと同じ方向に向いているが、軸方向の幅L23がL22より大きく、 L20より小さい伸縮性のあるケーブルのプライ(23)を設けることによって 完成し、前記保護プライ(23)は、円周方向ケーブル(20)と半形方向最も 内側の第1のワーキングプライ(21)との間に位置するゴムの層(4)の弾性 率と等しい、低弾性率のゴム混合物(7)のくさびによってクッション(5)か ら分離されていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項に記載のタイヤ。
