Claims (28)
- 〔請求項1〕 成形ポリウレタンフォームを製造する方法であって、密閉型内 で、 a)イソシアネートを末端基とするプレポリマーから主要部分が成るイソシア ネート成分であって、該プレポリマーが該プレポリマーの重量の約5〜約35wt %のNCO基含有率を有し、前記プレポリマーが、化学量論的的に過剰な一つ以 上のジイソシアネートまたはポリイソシアネートと、1gあたり0.03meq よりも小さな不飽和率を有し、かつ約1500〜約5000の数平均当量を有す るポリオキシアルキレンポリエーテルポリオール部分を含むポリオール成分との 反応によって製造されるイソシアネート部分と、 b)イソシアネート指数が70〜130である一つ以上のイソシアネート反応 性成分とから成る フォーム形成反応性混合物を、 a)とb)の反応の促進に有効な量の一つ以上の触媒、セル安定化に有効な量 の一つ以上の界面活性剤、および約0.016〜0.064g/cm3(約1. 0〜4.0 lb/ft3)のフォーム密度を与えるのに十分な量の発泡剤の随意の存 在下で、反応させることから成ることを特徴とする方法。
- 〔請求項2〕 前記ポリオール成分の前記ポリオキシアルキレンポリエーテル ポリオール部分が該ポリオキシアルキレンポリエーテルポリオール部分1gあた り0.02meqの不飽和率の不飽和を有する請求項1の方法。
- 〔請求項3〕 前記ポリオール成分の前記ポリオキシアルキレンポリエーテル ポリオール部分が該ポリオキシアルキレンポリエーテルポリオール部分1gあた り0.01meqの不飽和率の不飽和を有する請求項1の方法。
- 〔請求項4〕 前記ポリオール成分の主要部分が一つ以上の高級ポリオキシア ルキレン/ポリオキシエチレンポリエーテルポリオールから成り、該ポリオール が公称官能価2〜8、および前記ポリオキシアルキレン/ポリオキシエチレンポ リエーテルポリオールの重量の70mol%よりも小さな平均第一ヒドロキシル 含有率を有する請求項1の方法。
- 〔請求項5〕 前記ポリオール成分の主要部分が一つ以上のポリオキシアルキ レン/ポリオキシエチレンポリエーテルポリオールから成り、該ポリオールが公 称官能価2〜8、および前記ポリオキシプロピレン/ポリオキシエチレンポリエ ーテルポリオールの重量の50mol%よりも小さな平均第一ヒドロキシル含有 率を有する請求項1の方法。
- 〔請求項6〕 前記ポリオール成分の主要部分が一つ以上のポリオキシプロピ レン/ポリオキシエチレンポリエーテルポリオールから成り、該ポリオールの各 々が約0.015meq/gよりも小さな不飽和率を有し、該ポリオールの各々 がランダムオキシエチレンおよびオキシプロピレン成分から成る少なくとも一つ の末端ブロックを有し、該ポリオールの各々が約50mol%よりも小さな第一 ヒドロキシル含有率を有する請求項1の方法。
- 〔請求項7〕 前記ポリオール成分のうち少量がポリオキシエチレンキャップ を有するポリオキシプロピレン/ポリオキシエチレンポリエーテルポリオールか ら成り、該ポリオキシプロピレン/ポリオキシエチレンポリエーテルポリオール が50mol%よりも大きな第一ヒドロキシル含有率を有するようになっている 請求項1の方法。
- 〔請求項8〕 前記ポリオール成分がポリマー改質ポリオールから成る請求項 1の方法。
- 〔請求項9〕 前記イソシアネート反応性成分が一つ以上のポリオキシアルキ レンポリオールから成る請求項1の方法。
- 〔請求項10〕 前記少なくとも一つ以上のポリオキシアルキレンポリオール がともに0.03meq/gよりも小さな平均不飽和率を有する請求項9の方法 。
- 〔請求項11〕 前記一つ以上のポリオキシアルキレンポリオールの一部が約 70mol%よりも大きな第一ヒドロキシル含有率を有する請求項10の方法。
- 〔請求項12〕 前記イソシアネート反応性成分が水から成り、該水がさらに 反応性発泡剤として作用する請求項1の方法。
- 〔請求項13〕 水がただ一つの発泡剤である請求項12の方法。
- 〔請求項14〕 前記イソシアネート反応性成分が連鎖延長剤および/または 橋かけ剤から成る請求項1の方法。
- 〔請求項15〕 前記橋かけ剤がアルカノールアミンから成るグループから選 択される請求項14の方法。
- 〔請求項16〕 橋かけ剤がジエタノールアミンまたはトリエタノールアミン である請求項15の方法。
- 〔請求項17〕 前記ジイソシアネートまたはポリイソシアネートがTDI, MDI,またはこれらの混合物から成るグループから選択され、前記ポリオール 成分が0.02meq/gよりも小さな平均不飽和率を有し、かつ実質的な部分 において一つ以上のポリオキシプロピレン/ポリオキシエチレンポリエーテルポ リオールおよび/またはポリマー改質ポリオキシプロピレン/ポリオキシエチレ ンポリエーテルポリオールから成り、各ポリエーテルポリオールが0.01me q/gよりも小さな不飽和率と約50mol%よりも小さな第一ヒドロキシル含 有率を有し、このとき前記イソシアネート反応性成分がただ一つの発泡剤として の水から成り、さらにフォームの重量の約5wt%よりも少ないアルカノールアミ ン橋かけ剤を含む、請求項1の方法。
- 〔請求項18〕 ポリウレタン成形フォームであって、 a)イソシアネートを末端基とするプレポリマーから主要部分が成るイソシア ネート成分であって、該プレポリマーが該プレポリマーの重量の約5〜約35wt %のNCO基含有率を有し、前記プレポリマーが、化学量論的に過剰な一つ以上 のジイソシアネートまたはポリイソシアネートと、1gあたり0.03meqよ りも小さな不飽和率を有しかつ約1500〜約5000の数平均当量を有するポ リオキシアルキレンポリエーテルポリオール部分を含むポリオール成分との反応 によって製造されるイソシアネート部分と、 b)イソシアネート指数が70〜130である一つ以上のイソシアネート反応 性成分とを、 a)とb)の反応の促進に有効な量の一つ以上の触媒、セル安定化に有効な量 の一つ以上の界面活性剤、および約0.016〜0.064g/cm3(約1. 0〜4.0 lb/ft3)のフォーム密度を与えるのに十分な量の発泡剤の随意の存 在下で、 反応させることから成る方法によって製造されることを特徴とするフォーム。
