Claims (12)
- 폴리올, 불포화 결합을 갖는 화합물을 중합시켜 이루어지는 폴리머 미립자가 폴리올 중에 분산된 폴리머 분산 폴리올, 또는 이들의 혼합물, 물, 촉매, 정포제 및 폴리아이소시아네이트를 적어도 함유하는 폴리우레탄 폼용 조성물로서,상기 폴리올이, 적어도,(A) 식물로부터 얻어진 원료를 이용하여 제조되는 식물 유래 폴리올, 및(B) 총 불포화도가 0.050meq/g 이하인 저모노올 폴리올을 함유하고,상기 식물 유래 폴리올(A)이, 1분자당 2~6개의 수산기를 갖는 다가 알코올 1몰에, 식물유로부터 얻어지는 탄소수 15 이상의 하이드록시카복실산이 3~30몰 축합된 구조를 적어도 갖는 식물 유래 폴리에스터 폴리올(A1), 상기 식물 유래 폴리에스터 폴리올(A1)에 프로필렌옥사이드, 에틸렌옥사이드, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 더 부가한 폴리올(A2), 상기 식물 유래 폴리에스터 폴리올(A1)에 락톤을 더 부가한 폴리올(A3) 및 상기 식물 유래 폴리에스터 폴리올(A1)에 1차 하이드록실기를 갖는 하이드록시카복실산을 더 부가한 폴리올(A4)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 식물 유래 폴리올이고,상기 저모노올 폴리올(B)이, 폴리에터 폴리올 또는 이의 변성체인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 폼용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 식물 유래 폴리올(A)이 피마자유, 그의 유도체, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 폼용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 식물 유래 폴리올(A)이 대두유 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 폼용 조성물.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 식물 유래 폴리올(A)이, 1분자당 2~6개의 수산기를 갖는 다가 알코올 1몰에, 피마자유로부터 얻어지는 리시놀레산을 주성분으로 함유하는 피마자유 지방산, 상기 피마자유 지방산 중의 탄소-탄소 2중 결합을 포화시켜 이루어지는 12-하이드록시스테아르산을 주성분으로 함유하는 수소 첨가 피마자유 지방산, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 하이드록시카복실산이 3~30몰 축합된 구조를 적어도 갖는 식물 유래 폴리에스터 폴리올(A5), 상기 식물 유래 폴리에스터 폴리올(A5)에 프로필렌옥사이드, 에틸렌옥사이드, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 더 부가한 폴리올(A6), 상기 식물 유래 폴리에스터 폴리올(A5)에 락톤을 더 부가한 폴리올(A7) 및 상기 식물 유래 폴리에스터 폴리올(A5)에 1차 하이드록실기를 갖는 하이드록시카복실산을 더 부가한 폴리올(A8)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 식물 유래 폴리올인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 폼용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 저모노올 폴리올(B)이, 작용기 수가 2~8인 활성 수소 화합물에 에틸렌옥사이드를 포함하는 알킬렌옥사이드를 중합시켜 얻어지고, 수산기가가 10~40mgKOH/g이고, 상기 알킬렌옥사이드로부터 유도되는 전체 구성 단위 100질량%에 대하여 상기 에틸렌옥사이드로부터 유도되는 구성 단위의 비율이 5~30질량%인 폴리에터 폴리올이고,상기 작용기 수가 2~8인 활성 수소 화합물이, 물, 탄소수 1~20의 카복실산, 1분자 중 2~6개의 카복실기를 갖는 탄소수 2~20의 다가 카복실산류, 카밤산류, 탄소수 1~20의 알코올류, 1분자 중 2~8개의 수산기를 갖는 탄소수 2~20의 다가 알코올류, 당류 또는 그의 유도체, 1분자 중 1~3의 수산기를 갖는 탄소수 6~20의 방향족 화합물류, 1분자 중 2~8개의 말단을 갖고, 그 말단의 적어도 하나에 수산기를 갖는 폴리알킬렌옥사이드류, 탄소수 1~20의 지방족 또는 방향족 1차 아민류, 탄소수 2~20의 지방족 또는 방향족 2차 아민류, 1분자 중 2~3개의 1차 또는 2차 아미노기를 갖는 탄소수 2~20의 다가 아민류, 탄소수 4~20의 포화 환상 2차 아민류, 탄소수 4~20의 불포화 환상 2차 아민류, 1분자 중 2~3의 2차 아미노기를 포함하는 탄소수 4~20의 환상의 다가 아민류, 탄소수 2~20의 무치환 또는 N-일치환의 산 아마이드류, 5~7원환의 환상 아마이드류 및 탄소수 4~10의 다이카복실산의 이미드류로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 폼용 조성물.
- (A) 식물로부터 얻어진 원료를 이용하여 제조되는 식물 유래 폴리올, 및(B) 총 불포화도가 0.050meq/g 이하인 저모노올 폴리올을 적어도 함유하고,상기 식물 유래 폴리올(A)이, 1분자당 2~6개의 수산기를 갖는 다가 알코올 1몰에, 식물유로부터 얻어지는 탄소수 15 이상의 하이드록시카복실산이 3~30몰 축합된 구조를 적어도 갖는 식물 유래 폴리에스터 폴리올(A1), 상기 식물 유래 폴리에스터 폴리올(A1)에 프로필렌옥사이드, 에틸렌옥사이드, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 더 부가한 폴리올(A2), 상기 식물 유래 폴리에스터 폴리올(A1)에 락톤을 더 부가한 폴리올(A3) 및 상기 식물 유래 폴리에스터 폴리올(A1)에 1차 하이드록실기를 갖는 하이드록시카복실산을 더 부가한 폴리올(A4)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 식물 유래 폴리올이고,상기 저모노올 폴리올(B)이, 폴리에터 폴리올 또는 이의 변성체인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항, 제 5 항 및 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리우레탄 폼용 조성물을 발포하여 이루어지는 폴리우레탄 폼.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항, 제 5 항 및 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리우레탄 폼용 조성물을 발포시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 폼의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 기재된 폴리우레탄 폼으로 이루어지는 차량용 시트 패드.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,시트 쿠션용인 차량용 시트 패드.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,시트 백용인 차량용 시트 패드.
