Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 特に内燃機関の燃焼室に燃料を直接に噴射するための、内燃機関の燃料噴 射装置のための燃料噴射弁であって、マグネットコイルと、該マグネットコイル によって少なくとも部分的に取り囲まれた、内部磁極として働くコアとが設けら れており、該コアが内側の長手方向開口を有しており、さらに可動子が設けられ ている形式のものにおいて、 (イ)コア(2)が、軟磁性の粉末複合材料から成っており、 (ロ)コア(2)が燃料によって湿されないように、燃料流路に対してコア( 2)を密にカプセル化するために役立つ手段(10,13)が設けられている ことを特徴とする、燃料噴射弁。 2. 特に内燃機関の燃焼室に燃料を直接に噴射するための、内燃機関の燃料噴 射装置のための燃料噴射弁であって、マグネットコイルと、該マグネットコイル によって少なくとも部分的に取り囲まれた、内部磁極として働くコアとが設けら れており、該コアが内側の長手方向開口を有しており、さらに可動子が設けられ ている形式のものにおいて、 (イ)コア(2)が複数のセクタ(65)から、円環形状に構成されていて、 (ロ)これらのセクタ(65)が、自然フェライト材料から成っており、互い に電気的に絶縁されており、 (ハ)コア(2)が燃料によって湿されないように、燃料流路に対してコア( 2)を密にカプセル化するために役立つ手段(10,13)が設けられている ことを特徴とする、燃料噴射弁。 3. コア(2)のための粉末複合材料が鉄粉末であり、該鉄粉末がポリマー添 加材を備えている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。 4.個々の鉄体が、電気的な絶縁性を有する層で直接に覆われている、請求項3 記載の燃料噴射弁。 5. 電気的な絶縁性を有する層がホスフェート層である、請求項3記載の燃料 噴射弁。 6. ポリマー添加材が約0.5質量%である、請求項3記載の燃料噴射弁。 7. コア(2)が複数のセクタ(65)によって形成されており、該セクタが 一緒に纏まって、特に1つの完全な円環を生ぜしめるようになっている、請求項 2記載の燃料噴射弁。 8. スリーブ(10)がコア(2)の内側の長手方向開口(7)を通って完全 に延びており、コア(2)を内部に向かってカプセル化しており、スリーブの内 側の通流孔(37)で燃料流路を仕切っている、 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。 9. スリーブ(10)が、錆を生じないオーステナイト鋼から成っている、請 求項8記載の燃料噴射弁。 10.コア(2)の下端面(11)に、磁極部(13)が当て付けられており、該 磁極部がコア(2)を可動子(19)に向かってカプセル化している、請求項1 から9までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。 11.磁極部(13)が環状ディスク状にフェライト材料から形成されている、請 求項10記載の燃料噴射弁。 12.スリーブ(10)と磁極部(13)とが溶接または硬ろう接によって密にか つ固定的に互いに結合可能である、請求項8または10記載の燃料噴射弁。 13.スリーブ(10)の材料が、磁極部(13)の材料よりも高い磁気抵抗を有 している、請求項8または10記載の燃料噴射弁。 14.コア(2)が、下端面(11)に対向して位置する側に、半径方向外側に向 いたカラー(46)を有しており、該カラーが少なくとも部分的にマグネットコ イル(1)に被さっている、請求項10記載の燃料噴射弁。 15.磁極部(13)が横断面L字形に形成されている、請求項10または11記 載の燃料噴射弁。 16.磁極部(13)がフェライト性のケーシング部分 (18)の一部である、請求項10または11記載の燃料噴射弁。 17.スリーブ(10)が、ケーシング部分(14)に固定的かつ密に溶接、ろう 接または縁曲げによって結合可能である、請求項8記載の燃料噴射弁。
