Abstract

La valvola di dosaggio viene comandata da un elettromagnete (42) avente un nucleo fisso (46) una bobina (47) ed un'ancora (43). Il nucleo (46) è formato mediante stampaggio di una miscela di polvere di materiale ferroso e di un legante epossidico, e successiva sinterizzazione. Il nucleo (46) presenta una bassa isteresi magnetica e basse correnti parassite, per cui a parità di correnti di eccitazione si ottiene una forza magnetica maggiore ed in tempi più brevi. A parità di forza magnetica o di frequenza massima di azionamento il nucleo (46) e/o la bobina (47) possono assumere dimensioni minori.(Figura 1).
