Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the magnetic resistance without varying the thickness of the choke, by mixing the magnetic member in the gap between an excitation coil and a fixed choke surrounding said coil. CONSTITUTION:The bobbin for an excitation coil 1 is formed with a magnetic material section 3a such as the iron powder, securing agent section 3b such as the epoxy resin. At first the magnetic material 3a is mixed at the gap 9 between the excitation coil 1 and the fixed choke 4 while the open end of the fixed choke 4 is sealed by the securing agent 3b to prevent the flow-out of said magnetic material 3a. Consequently the magnetic resistance will be reduced to produce the powerful flux.
