Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance shielding effect and to minimize reduction in Q-values by employing an electromagnetic shield case as an outer skin, a non-magnetic and non-conductive material or a free space as a medium portion, and a cored circular coil as a center portion.
CONSTITUTION: A shield case 3 made of magnetic powder and resin, a coil 1, and a magnetic core 2 are constituted as one body, and a non-magnetic and non-conductive area 4 is provided between the shield case and the core. As magnetic powder, e.g. various ferrites, Sendust, Permalloy, silicon iron, iron powder, Permendur, and the like are used. As for thermo-plastic resin, polyethylene, polypropylene, styrol, and the like are suitable; and as for thermo-hardening resin, epoxy resin, polyester resin, and the like are used.
