Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.樹脂成分および硬化剤成分並びに添加剤から成り、樹脂成分は遊離の反 応性をもった(メタ)アクリル二重結合、および1分子当たり少なくとも2個の 反応性ヒドロキシル基の両方を含み、硬化剤成分は多官能性、少なくとも2官能 性のイソシアネートから成り、樹脂成分および硬化剤成分は化学量論的割合で存 在することを特徴とする被覆系。 2.樹脂成分は一般式 但し式中R1はアルキルまたは脂肪族のポリエーテル基またはポリエステ ル基を表し、R2およびR3は脂肪族または脂環式の基を表し、nは2〜6、好ま しくは3〜5である、 を有し、硬化剤成分は一般式 但し式中mは少なくとも2、好ましくは少なくとも3であり、R3は脂肪 族または脂環式の基を表す、 のイソシアネートであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の被覆系。 3.硬化剤成分は3官能性のイソシアネートであることを特徴とする請求項 1または2記載の被覆系。 4.硬化剤成分は室温における反応性を抑制されていることを特徴とする請 求項1または3記載の被覆系。 5.室温において安定な遊離基生成剤および(メタ)アクリル二重 結合の未成熟な交叉結合反応を防止する抑制剤が添加剤として存在することを特 徴とする請求項1〜4記載の被覆系。 6.充填剤および/または着色顔料および/または燃焼遅延剤および/また は光の効果を防止する試剤、例えば紫外線吸収剤または遊離基捕捉剤が添加剤と して存在することを特徴とする請求項1〜5記載の被覆系。 7.一般式 但し式中nは2〜6、好ましくは3〜5、mは0.5〜1.5であり、R はアルキルまたは脂肪族のポリエーテル基またはポリエステル基を表す、 の少なくとも1個の遊離ヒドロキシル基をもった多官能性の(メタ)アクリル単 量体を、該(メタ)アクリル単量体の反応性ヒドロキシル基に関し化学量論的な 量の2倍過剰なジイソシアネートと反応させてウレタン基を生成させ、次いで該 遊離イソシアネート基を3価の、好ましくは多価のアルコールと反応させて第2 のウレタン基を生成させ、遊離の反応性(メタ)アルキル二重結合ばかりか1分 子当たり少なくとも2個の反応性ヒドロキシル基を含む樹脂成分を生成させるこ とを特徴とする請求項1〜6記載のいずれかの被覆系に対する樹脂成分の製造法 。 8.遊離の反応性(メタ)アルキル二重結合および1分子当たり少なくとも 2個の反応性ヒドロキシル基の両方を含む好ましくは脂肪族のウレタンアクリレ ート・オリゴマーを生成させることを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。 9.使用するジイソシアネートは反応性が異った官能基をもっていることを 特徴とする請求項7または8記載の方法。 10.使用する多官能性の(メタ)アクリレート単量体は4個の(メタ)アク リル二重結合をもっていることを特徴とする請求項7〜9記載の方法。 11.使用する多官能性の(メタ)アクリレート単量体は5個の(メタ)アク リル二重結合をもっていることを特徴とする請求項7〜9記載の方法。 12.被覆系を担体材料の片側に被覆し、しかる後このようにして被覆した担 体材料を高温、好ましくは140℃よりも低い高温において乾燥し、樹脂成分の 遊離ヒドロキシル基を硬化剤成分のイソシアネート基と反応させ、反応性(メタ )アクリル二重結合を含むウレタンアクリレート予備重合体被覆を生成させるこ とを特徴とする請求項1〜6記載の被覆系を使用して担体材料を被覆する方法。 13.合成樹脂で含浸された平らな担体材料、並びに板の少なくとも片側の表 面上にあるポリウレタンアクリレートから実質的に成る最も外側の層から成る積 層プレス板の製造法において、 a)担体材料はその片側に請求項1〜6記載のいずれかの被覆系を有し、この 方法で被覆された担体材料を次に高温、好ましくは140℃より低い高温におい て乾燥し、これによって樹脂成分の遊離ヒドロキシル基と硬化剤成分のイソシア ネート基との初期交叉結合反応を起こさせて反応性(メタ)アクリル二重結合を 含むウレタンアクリレート予備重合体をつくり、 b)少なくとも片側にa)でつくられた最も外側の層を有する合成樹 脂で含浸された若干の担体材料から成るプレス用スタックをつくり、 c)b)でつくられたプレス用スタックを、高い圧力および乾燥温度より高い 温度、好ましくは140℃より高い温度においてプレスし、さらに反応性(メタ )アクリル二重結合の交叉結合反応を起こさせてウレタン・アクリレート重合体 を生成させることを特徴とする方法。 14.硬化剤成分として3官能性のジイソシアネートを使用することを特徴と する請求項13記載の方法。 15.室温における反応性が抑制されているジイソシアネートを硬化剤成分と して使用することを特徴とする請求項13または14記載の方法。 16.担体材料として含浸された装飾紙を使用することを特徴とする請求項1 3〜15記載の方法。 17.添加剤として充填剤および/または着色顔料および/または燃焼遅延剤 および/または光の効果を防止する試剤、例えば紫外線吸収剤または遊離基捕捉 剤を被覆系に加えることを特徴とする請求項13〜16記載の方法。 18.室温において安定な遊離基生成剤および(メタ)アクリル二重結合の未 成熟な交叉結合反応を防止する抑制剤を添加剤として加えることを特徴とする請 求項13〜17記載の方法。
