Abstract

Acidi 7-ammino-cefalosporanici di formula (FORMULA I) vengono ottenuti sottoponendo a conversione enzimatica i composti di formula (FORMULA II) dove R rappresenta H, OH, O-CO-R'', R'' essendo un radicale alchilico da 1 a 4 atomi di carbonio, R1 rappresenta un gruppo carbossilico. La reazione viene realizzata in presenza di un microorganismo scelto fra i generi Pseudomonas, Bacillus, Achromobacter, ovvero in presenza dell'enzima da esso derivato, libero o immobilizzato.
