Claims (3)
- 아스로박터속, 아스퍼질러스속, 어세리키아속, 커닝가멜라속, 크산토모나스속, 칸디다속, 슈도모나스속, 세라챠속, 셀롤로모나스속, 노카디아속, 바실러스속, 브레비박테륨속, 후라보박테륨속, 미코박테륨속, 리조무코르속, 로도토툴라속 또는 로도코쿠스속 등에 속하는 미생물의 균체 또는 그의 처리물 존재하에, 하기 일반식[Ⅰ]로 표시되는 (+)-호모필로핀산 에스테르와 하기 일반식[Ⅱ]로 표시되는 (-)-호모필로핀산 에스테르의 혼합물(식 중, R1, R2는 각각 C1~C10의 직쇄 또는 분기상 탄화수소기를 나타낸다)를 가수분해함을 특징으로 하는 (+)-호모필로핀산 및 그 염의 제조방법
- 리파아제, 에스테라아제, 콜레스테롤에스테라아제, 리포프로테인 리파아제들 중 적어도 1종류의 효소를 사용하여 상기 제1항의 일반식[Ⅰ]로 표시되는 (+)-호모필로핀산 에스테르의 혼합물(식 중, R1, R2는 각각 C1~C10의 직쇄 또는 분기상 탄화수소기를 나타낸다)을 가수분해함을 특징으로 하는 (+)-호모필로핀산 및 그 염의 제조방법
- 리파아제, 에스테라아제, 콜레스테롤에스테라아제 등으로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택된 가수분해효소 또는 브레비박테륨속, 에세리키아속 또는 로도토룰라속에 속하는 미생물 또는 그의 처리물 중 임의의 1종류를 사용하여 상기 제1항의 일반식[Ⅰ]의 (+)-호모필로핀산 에스테르와 일반식[Ⅱ]로 표시되는 (-)-호모필로핀산 에스테르 (식 중, R1, R2는 각각 C1~C10의 직쇄 또는 분기상 탄화수소기를 나타낸다) 혼합물을 가수분해 한 미반응의 (+)-호모필로핀산 에스테르를 회수하고, 외수한 미반응(+)-호모필로핀산, 에스트를 리파아제, 에스테라아제 등의 효소 또는 아스퍼질러스속, 에세리키아속, 크산토모나스속, 칸디다속, 슈도모나스속, 세라챠속, 셀루로모나스속, 노카디아속, 바실러스속, 후라보박테륨속, 미코박테륨속, 리조무코르속, 로도코쿠스속에 속하는 미생물 또는 그의 처리물 중 임의의 하나를 사용하여 가수분해함을 특징으로 하는 (+)-호모필로핀산 및 그 염의 제조방법※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
