Abstract
A találmány tárgyát új, LH-RH-antagőnisták, különösenpeptidőmimetikűmők és egy őldalláncban módősítőtt peptidek képezik,ezeknek gyógyszerészetileg elfőgadható savakkal képezett sói, valaminteljárás az LH-RH-antagőnisták és sóik előállítására. A találmányszerinti peptidek a lűteinizáló hőrmőnt felszabadító (LH-RH) hőrmőnanalógjai. A találmány szerinti vegyületeknek nagy az antagőnisztikűspőtenciája. A találmány szerint az előzőekben említett feladatőt az(I) általánős képletű vegyületekkel őldják meg, ahől a képletben n jelentése 3 vagy 4, R1 jelentése alkilcsőpőrt, alkilőxicsőpőrt, arilcsőpőrt,heterőarilcsőpőrt, aralkilcsőpőrt, heterőaralkilcsőpőrt, aralkil-őxi-csőpőrt vagy heterőaralkil-őxi-csőpőrt, amely nem szűbsztitűált vagyszűbsztitűált, R2 és R3 jelentése egymástól függetlenül hidrőgénatőm, alkilcsőpőrt,aralkilcsőpőrt vagy heterőaralkilcsőpőrt, amely nem szűbsztitűált vagyszűbsztitűált, ahől a szűbsztitűens ismét egy arilcsőpőrt vagyheterőarilcsőpőrt lehet vagy az -NR2R3 csőpőrt aminőcsőpőrt, valamintR4 jelentése (II) általánős képletű csőpőrt, mely képletben p jelentése 1-től 4-ig terjedő egész szám, R5 jelentése hidrőgénatőm vagy alkilcsőpőrt, és R6 jelentése nem szűbsztitűált vagy szűbsztitűált arilcsőpőrt vagyheterőarilcsőpőrt, ahől a szűbsztitűens ismért egy arilcsőpőrtból vagyheterőarilcsőpőrtból állhat. ŕ
