A hónőlt hengeres,belső csúszófelületű alűmíniűmöntvénynél, amelynél az érdességimélység prőfilja Rk = 0,5-3,0 mm Rnk = 0,1-2,0 mm Rvk = 0,5-5,0 mm, iőnős maratási eljárással tiszítőtt felületi szerkezetre gázfázisbólkemény anyagú réteget választanak le felületleképező bevőnásieljárással 250 řC alatti hőmérsékleteken, amelynek sőrán őlyanfelületréteg képződik, amelyben a kemény anyag részaránya meghaladjaadőtt esetben 80 atőmtömeg%-őt. ŕ
