Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás szorbens kompozíció előállítására nehézfémkationok és/vagy foszfátok szennyezett szilárd anyagokból és/vagyfolyadékokból való eltávolításához és rögzítéséhez. A találmányszerint palás anyagot és/vagy szénelőkészítésből szármázó hulladékotmint hordozót és nagy MgO.CaCO3-tartalmú szemikalcinált dolomitot mintaktív komponenst egyszerre vagy egymás után 0,2 mm-nél kisebbszemcseméretre aprítanak, a két komponens keverékéhez cement típusúkötőanyagot adva a hordozót, az aktív komponenst és a kötőanyagot(1,3-4,3) : (1,0-1,3) : (1,0-1,5) tömegarányban tartalmazó keveréketkészítenek, a keverékhez 1:(0,38-0,60) szilárdfolyadék tömegaránybanvizet adva cementhabarcsot készítenek, 3-10 napos megkötési éskikeményedési idő után a megszáradt cementhabarcsot aprítják, és azaprított anyagot a szennyezett szilárd anyag vagy folyadék mindenkoritisztítására alkalmas, adott szemcseméretű frakciókra bontják. Atalálmány tárgyát képezi az így előállított szorbens is, valamintannak felhasználása. Ó
