Abstract
Eljárás axiális áramlási gépek romboid alakú, egy romboidkeresztmetszetű lapáttőből és egy lapátfejből álló lapátjánakelőállítására, amelynek során a lapátot egy teli nyersdarabból (3),forgácsolással alakítjuk ki, és melegen hengerelt, rúd alakúkiindulási anyagot használunk, amely olyan romboid keresztmetszetű,amely a romboid alakú lapáttő (2) keresztmetszetének alakjáhozigazodik, és minden irányból csak a legkisebb megmunkálási többlettel(5) nagyobb, mint a lapát legnagyobb keresztmetszete, továbbá, hogyebből a kiindulási anyagból akkora nyersdarabot (3) választunk le,amelynek hossza adott esetben a megmunkáláshoz szükséges befogásihosszal (4) megnövelve a lapát hosszúságának felel meg. Nyersdarab (3)axiális áramlási gépek romboid alakú, egy romboid keresztmetszetűlapáttőből és egy lapátfejből álló lapátjának az előállításához, ahola lapát forgácsolással van méretre munkálva, és a nyersdarab (3) egymelegen hengerelt rúd alakú kiindulási anyagból leválasztott rúd,amelynek keresztmetszete a romboid alakú lapáttő (2)keresztmetszetéhez van igazítva, és minden irányban csupán a legkisebbmegmunkálási többlettel (5) nagyobb, mint a lapát legnagyobbkeresztmetszete.
