Claims (17)

  1. SZABADALMI IGÉNYPONTOK
    1. Tisztítókendő, amely 30-500 g/m2 területsúlyú mikroszálas fátyolbunda anyagból áll, azzal jellemezve, hogy a fátyolbunda anyag olvasztva fonott, nyújtott és közvetlenül fátyolbundává lerakott, 1,5-5 dtex fonalfinomságú, többalkotós végtelen szálakból áll, és a többalkotós végtelen szálak kívánt esetben előszilárdí55 tás után legalább 80%-ban 0,05-1,0 dtex fonalfinomságú, végtelen mikroszálakká vannak hasítva és szilárdítva.
  2. 2. Az 1. igénypont szerinti tisztítókendő, azzal jellemezve, hogy a fátyolbunda anyag olvasztva fonott, ae60 rodinamikusan nyújtott és közvetlenül fátyolbundává
    HU 226 927 Β1 lerakott, 2-3 dtex fonalfinomságú, többalkotós végtelenített szálakból áll, és a többalkotós végtelenített szálak kívánt esetben előszilárdítás után legalább 80%ban 0,1-0,5 dtex fonalfinomságú, végtelenített mikroszálakká vannak hasítva és szilárdítva. 5
  3. 3. Az 1. igénypont szerinti tisztítókendő, azzal jellemezve, hogy a többalkotós végtelen szál kétalkotós végtelen szálból - két inkompatibilis polimerből, elsősorban egy poliészterből és egy poliamidból - van kialakítva.
  4. 4. Az 1-3. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti tisztító- 10 kendő, azzal jellemezve, hogy a többalkotós végtelen szálak keresztmetszete narancsszerű többszeletes struktúrájú, amelynek a szeletei váltakozva az egyik és a másik inkompatibilis polimert tartalmazzák és/vagy két vagy több csíkból álló „side-by-side” [egymás mel- 15 letti] struktúrája van.
  5. 5. A 4. igénypont szerinti tisztítókendő, azzal jellemezve, hogy a végtelen szálak két oldalán szeletei eltérő struktúrájúak.
  6. 6. Az 1-5. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti tisztító- 20 kendő, azzal jellemezve, hogy a többalkotós végtelen szálat képező legalább egyik inkompatibilis polimere legfeljebb 10 tömeg% mennyiségben adalékokat, festékpigmenteket, folyamatos hatású antisztatikumokat, gombaölő szereket, baktériumölő szereket, atkairtó 25 szereket és/vagy a hidrofil vagy hidrofób tulajdonságokat befolyásoló adalék anyagokat tartalmaz.
  7. 7. Eljárás az 1-6. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti tisztítókendő előállítására, azzal jellemezve, hogy a többalkotós végtelen szálakat az olvadékból fonjuk, 30 nyújtjuk, és közvetlenül fátyolbundává lerakjuk, kívánt esetben előszilárdítjuk és a fátyolbunda anyagot nagynyomású legfeljebb 250 bar nyomású vízsugárral szilárdítjuk, valamint ezzel egyidejűleg 0,05-1,0 dtex fonalfinomságú, végtelen mikroszálakká hasítjuk. 35
  8. 8. A 7. igénypont szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a többalkotós végtelen szálak szilárdítása és hasítása végett előszilárdított fátyolbunda mindegyik oldalára legalább egyszer nagynyomású legfeljebb 250 bar nyomású vízsugarat vezetünk. 40
  9. 9. A 6-8. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a többalkotós végtelen szálakat fonva festéssel színezzük.
  10. 10. A 7-9. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti eljárással előállított termék tisztítókendőként történő alkalmazása, azzal jellemezve, hogy a 40-240 g/m2 területsúlyú, kívánt esetben még érdesített, smirglizett, kefézett vagy pontkalanderezett kendőket általános rendeltetésű kendőkként és/vagy mosogatókendőkként alkalmazzuk.
  11. 11. A 10. igénypont szerinti alkalmazás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a 40-140 g/m2 területsúlyú, kívánt esetben még nyomott kendőket egészségügyi tisztítókendőkként alkalmazzuk.
  12. 12. A 10. vagy 11. igénypont szerinti alkalmazás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a 80-200 g/m2 területsúlyú, kívánt esetben még bevont, domborított és/vagy nyomott kendőket ablaktörlő vagy üvegtörlő kendőkként alkalmazzuk.
  13. 13. A 10-12. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti alkalmazás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a 100-250 g/m2 területsúlyú, kívánt esetben még domborított és tisztítószerrel előátitatott kendőket épülettisztító kendőkként alkalmazzuk.
  14. 14. A 10-13. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti alkalmazás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a 100-280 g/m2 területsúlyú, kívánt esetben még érdesített, smirglizett, kefézett és/vagy nyomott kendőket portörlő kendőkként alkalmazzuk.
  15. 15. A 10-14. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti alkalmazás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a 140-500 g/m2 területsúlyú, kívánt esetben még érdesített, smirglizett, kefézett és/vagy nyomott kendőket padlókendőkként alkalmazzuk.
  16. 16. A 10-15. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti alkalmazás, azzal jellemezve, hogy tisztítószerrel és/vagy ápolószerrel átitatott tisztítókendőt alkalmazunk.
  17. 17. A 10-15. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti alkalmazás, azzal jellemezve, hogy többször (95 °C-on) kifőzhető tisztítókendőt alkalmazunk.
