Abstract
Description
Reinigungstücher mit einem Flächengewicht von 40 bis 140 g/m2, welche gegebenenfalls noch bedruckt werden, werden als Sanitärreinigungstücher verwendet.
Reinigungstücher mit einem Flächengewicht von 100 bis 250 g/m2, welche gegebenenfalls noch geprägt und mit einem Reinigungsmittel vorimprägniert werden, werden als Gebäudereinigungstuch verwendet.
Reinigungstücher mit einem Flächengewicht von 100 bis 280 g/m2, welche gegebenenfalls noch gerauht, geschmirgelt, gebürstet und / oder bedruckt werden, werden als Staubtücher verwendet.
Reinigungstücher mit einem Flächengewicht von 140 bis 500 g/m2, welche gegebenenfalls noch gerauht, geschmirgelt, gebürstet und / oder bedruckt werden, werden als Bodentücher verwendet.
Die Höchstzugkräfte liegen in Längsrichtung des erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungstuches um ca. 38 % höher als bei dem zum Vergleich herangezogenen Stapelfaservlies mit einem Flächengewicht von 155 g/m2 und um ca. 55 % höher als bei einem Stapelfaservlies mit einem Flächengewicht von 80 g/m2. Das erfindungsgemäße Reinigungstuch zeigt deutlich höhere Modulwerte und erreicht trotz eines geringeren Flächengewichtes etwa gleich gute Weiterreißfestigkeitswerte.

Claims (18)
- Reinigungstuch bestehend aus einem Mikrofilament-Vliesstoff mit Flächengewichten von 30 bis 500 g/m2, wobei der Vliesstoff aus schmelzgesponnenen, verstreckten und unmittelbar zu einem Vlies abgelegten Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamenten mit einem Titer 1,5 bis 5 dtex besteht und die Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente gegebenenfalls nach einer Vorverfestigung zumindest zu 80 % zu Mikro-Endlosfilamenten mit einem Titer 0,05 bis 1,0 dtex gesplittet und verfestigt sind.
- Reinigungstuch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vliesstoff aus schmelzgesponnenen, aerodynamisch verstreckten und unmittelbar zu einem Vlies abgelegten Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamenten mit einem Titer von 2 bis 3 dtex besteht und die Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente gegebenenfalls nach einer Vorverfestigung zumindest zu 80 % zu Mikro-Endlosfilamenten mit einem Titer von 0,1 bis 0,5 dtex gesplittet und verfestigt sind.
- Reinigungstuch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilament ein Bikomponenten-Endlosfilament aus zwei inkompatiblen Polymeren, insbesondere einem Polyester und einem Polyamid, ist.
- Reinigungstuch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente einen Querschnitt mit orangenartiger Multisegment-Struktur aufweisen, wobei die Segmente alternierend jeweils eines der beiden inkompatiblen Polymeren enthalten und/oder eine "side-by-side"-Struktur mit zwei oder mehr Streifen besitzen.
- Reinigungstuch nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Seiten des Reinigungstuch eine unterschiedliche Segment-Struktur besitzen.
- Reinigungstuch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eines der das Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilament bildenden inkompatiblen Polymere Additive, wie Farbpigmente, permanent wirkende Antistatika, Fungizide, Bakterizide, Akarizide und / oder die hydrophilen oder hydrophoben Eigenschaften beeinflussende Zusätze in Mengen bis zu 10 Gew.-%, enthält.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Reinigungstuch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente aus der Schmelze ersponnen, verstreckt und unmittelbar zu einem Vlies abgelegt werden, gegebenenfalls eine Vorverfestigung erfolgt und der Vliesstoff durch Hochdruck-Fluidstrahlen verfestigt sowie gleichzeitig in Mikro-Endlosfilamente mit einem Titer 0,05 bis 1,0 dtex gesplittet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verfestigung und Splittung der Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente dadurch erfolgt, daß der gegebenenfalls vorverfestigte Vliesstoff mindestens einmal von jeder Seite mit Hochdruck-Fluidstrahlen beaufschlagt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Färbung der Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente durch Spinnfärben vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Spinnbalken eingesetzt werden, von denen einer Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente mit einer "Pie"-Segmentstruktur und der andere mit einer "side-by-side"-Segmentstruktur mit zwei oder mehr Streifen erzeugt.
- Reinigungstuch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Tücher mit einem Flächengewicht von 40 bis 240 g/m2, welche gegebenenfalls noch gerauht, geschmirgelt, gebürstet oder punktkalandriert werden, als Allzweck- und/oder Spültücher verwendet werden.
- Reinigungstuch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Tücher mit einem Flächengewicht von 40 bis 140 g/m2, welche gegebenenfalls noch bedruckt werden, als Sanitärreinigungstücher verwendet werden.
- Reinigungstuch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Tücher mit einem Flächengewicht von 80 bis 200 g/m2, welche gegebenenfalls noch beschichtet, geprägt und/oder bedruckt werden, als Fenster- und/oder Glastücher verwendet werden.
- Reinigungstuch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Tücher mit einem Flächengewicht von 100 bis 250 g/m2, welche gegebenenfalls noch geprägt und mit einem Reinigungsmittel vorimprägniert werden, als Gebäudereinigungstuch verwendet werden.
- Reinigungstuch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Tücher mit einem Flächengewicht von 100 bis 280 g/m2, welche gegebenenfalls noch gerauht, geschmirgelt, gebürstet und / oder bedruckt werden, als Staubtücher verwendet werden.
- Reinigungstuch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Tücher mit einem Flächengewicht von 140 bis 500 g/m2, welche gegebenenfalls noch gerauht, geschmirgelt, gebürstet und / oder bedruckt werden, als Bodentücher verwendet werden.
- Reinigungstuch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mit einem Reinigungs- und / oder Pflegemittel imprägniert ist.
- Reinigungstuch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mehrfach kochwaschbar (95°C) ist.
