Description
A találmány tárgya gombaölő hatóanyagként használható új, (I) általános képletű antranil-származékok.
A DE 2417216 számú szabadalmi leírás többek között olyan, gombaölő hatású N-fenil-karbamoil-piridin-származékokat ismertet, amelyekben a piridingyűrü klóratommal szubsztituált, a fenilcsoport pedig karboxi-csoport szubsztituenst hordozhat. Bizonyos N-benzoil-antranil-származékok, mint gombaölő hatású vegyületek leírása található az alábbi szakirodalmi helyen: J. Agric. Bioi. Chem [44(9), 2143 (1980)]. Hasonló vegyületeket ismertetaGB 1,563,664 számú brit és az 13130655 számú japán szabadalmi leírás. Azt találtuk, hogy bizonyos új antranil-származékok szintén jelentős gombaölő hatást mutatnak, és előnyösek is a fenti közleményekben leírt vegyületekhez képest.
Tehát a találmány tárgya (I) általános képletű vegyületek - a képletben

Y jelentése 1-4 szénatomos alkilcsoport vagy hidrogénatom;
R3 jelentése 1-6 szénatomos alkilcsoport valamint fémsókkal képzett komplexeik.
A találmány szerinti vegyületek komplexeit célszerűen egy MAn2 általános képletű sóval képezzük, amely képletben M egy két vegyértékű kationt - így például réz-, mangán-, kobalt-, nikkel-, vas- vagy cink-iont -, An pedig egy aniont, például klorid-, nitrát- vagy szulfát-iont jelent.
A találmány szerinti vegyületek a Deuteromycete, Ascomycete, Phycomycete és Basidiomycete eredetű kórokozók széles körében hatásosak, különösen a növények gombás betegségeivel szemben, amilyenek például a penészfélék - mint az Erysiphe graminis (árpa-lisztharmat), Erysiphe cichoracaerum (uborka-lisztharmat), és a Plasmopara viticola valamint az Uncinula necator (pelyhes szőlőpenészek) -, a Pyricularia oryzae (rizsvész), Pseudocercosporella herpotrichoídes (gabonafoltosság), Pecullaria sasakii (rizshüvelyfoltosság), Botrytis cinerea (szürkepenész), Puccinia recondita (barna búzaüszög), Phytophthora infestans (burgonyavész), Venturia inaequalis (almafa-varasodás) és Leptosphaeria nodorum (toklászfoltosodás). Egyes új (I) általános képletű vegyületeknek gyenge a fungieid hatásúak, de közbenső termékként is felhasználhatók.
A találmány szerinti vegyületeket általában hagyományos gombaölö készítményekké dolgozzuk fel. Ezek a készítmények összekeverhetők egy vagy több további ismert peszticiddel, például gyomirtó, gomba-, rovar-, atka- vagy féregölő hatású hatóanyagokkal.
A találmány szerinti hatóanyagot tartalmazó készítmény hígító- vagy hordozóanyaga lehet szilárd anyag vagy folyadék, amelyet adott esetben egy felületaktív anyaggal, például valamilyen diszpergáló, emulgeáló vagy nedvesítőszenei együtt alkalmazunk. A találmány szerinti hatóanyagot tartalmazó készítmények bármilyen, a mezőgazdasági vegyszerek formálására szokásosan alkalmazott formában megjelenhetnek, így a készítmény lehet például oldat, diszperzió, vizes emulzió, porozószer, magcsávázó anyag, fertőtlenítőszer, fustölőszer, diszpergálható por, emulgeálható koncentrátum vagy granulátum. Továbbá a készítmény lehet közvetlen felhasználásra alkalmas alakban vagy pedig koncentrátum, vagyis elsődleges készítmény alakjában, amelyet a felhasználás előtt alkalmas mennyiségű vízzel vagy más hígítószerrel hígítani kell.
A diszperzió alakú készítmény egy találmány szerinti vegyületet tartalmaz valamilyen folyékony közegben, előnyösen vízben diszpergálva. Gyakran kényelmesebb, ha a vásárló egy elsődleges készítményt kap, amely vízzel hígítva a kívánt koncentrációjú diszperziót képezi. Az elsődleges készítmény lehet egy diszpergálható oldat, amely egy vízzel elegyedő oldószerben oldva egy találmány szerinti vegyületet és valamilyen diszpergálószert tartalmaz. A granulált szilárd anyag egy találmány szerinti vegyületet tartalmaz a porozószemél alkalmazottakhoz hasonló hígi2
HU 214 292 Β tószerekkel együtt, de itt a keveréket ismert módszerekkel granuláljuk. Egy másik megoldásban a granulált készítmény a hatóanyagot egy előőrölt hígítószeren például Fuller-földön, attapulgiton vagy mészkőmorzsán - adszorbeálva vagy abban abszorbeálva tartalmazza.
A nedvesíthető por a hatóanyagot rendszerint egy alkalmas felületaktív anyaggal és egy inért, por alakú hígítószerrel, például kaolinnal keverve tartalmazza.

Az alábbi példák a találmány illusztrálására szolgálnak. Az izolált új vegyületek szerkezetét elemanalízissel és/vagy más megfelelő elemzésekkel igazoltuk.
I. Példa g 6-klór-nikotinsavat 900 ml vízmentes metilén-dikloridban oldunk, a keveréket jégfurdőben lehűtjük, és cseppenként hozzáadunk 26,8 g metil-klórformiátot. A keveréket egy éjszakán át szobahőmérsékleten keverjük, azután vízzel, vizes nátrium-hidrogén-karbonát-oldattal, majd nátrium-klorid-oldattal mossuk. A szerves fázist magnézium-szulfáton szárítjuk, leszűrjük, és bepároljuk, így 6-klór-nikotinsavat kapunk.
Ebből a vegyületből 10 g-ot hozzáadunk 1,61 g nátriumból és 100 ml vízmentes metanolból előállított nátrium-metanoláthoz. A keveréket 3 órán át visszafolyató hütő alatt forraljuk, majd szobahőmérsékleten egy éjszakán át állni hagyjuk. Ezután hozzáadunk 30 ml vízben oldott 10 g kálium-hidroxidot, és a keveréket visszafolyató hűtő alatt 8 órán át forraljuk. Ezután egy éjszakán át szobahőmérsékleten állni hagyjuk, majd bepároljuk, és a maradékot hozzá adjuk 120 ml vízhez. A keveréket sósavval pH = 3-ra megsavanyítjuk, a csapadékot leszűrjük, és megszárítjuk, így 6-metoxi-nikotinsavat kapunk, olvadáspontja 175-177 °C.
Az így kapott 6 g savat tionil-klorid feleslegével 2 órán át visszafolyató hűtő alatt forraljuk. A keveréket lehűtjük, bepároljuk, és a maradékot, amely nyers 6-metoxi-nikotin-kloridot tartalmaz, 10 ml vízmentes tet-rahidrofuránban oldjuk. 2. Példa g 1. példa szerinti vegyületet 25 ml vízmentes tetrahidrofuránban oldunk, az oldatot jégfurdőben lehűtjük, és hozzáadunk 0,15 g 60 t%-os olajos nátrium-hidrid-diszperziót. A keveréket 20 percig keverjük, majd 0,44 ml metil-jodidot adunk hozzá. A keveréket szobahőmérsékleten 48 órán át keverjük, azután bepároljuk, és etil-acetáttal extraháljuk. Az extraktumot vízzel, majd nátrium-klorid-oldattal mossuk, magnézium-szulfáton szárítjuk, és bepároljuk. 3. Példa
0,6 g 2. példa szerinti vegyületet 20 ml vízmentes etanolban oldunk, és 0,134 g réz(II)-kloridot adunk hozzá. A keveréket egy éjszakán át állni hagyjuk, majd bepároljuk, és a maradékot etil-acetáttal eldörzsöljük, így bisz[metil-N-(6-metoxi-nikotinoil)-N-(metil-antranil]-réz(II)-klorid komplexet (3. vegyület) kapunk, olvadáspontja 196-8 °C.

A vegyületek kívánt koncentrációjú oldatait vagy diszperzióit, amelyek nedvesítőszert is tartalmaztak, vagy permet alakjában, vagy pedig a vizsgált növény szártövének átitatása útján alkalmaztuk. A növényeket vagy növényi részeket ezután beoltottuk a megfelelő kísérleti kórokozókkal, majd olyan szabályozott körülmények között tartottuk, amelyek egyrészt a növény fejlődéséhez, másrészt a betegség kialakulásához alkalmasak. Megfelelő idő elteltével vizuálisan meghatároztuk a növény érintett részének fertőzöttségét. Azokat a vegyületeket tekintettük hatásosnak, amelyek 500 ppm (tömeg/térfogat) vagy kisebb koncentrációban képesek voltak a betegséget kontrollálni.
A Phytophthora infestanssal szemben hatásosnak bizonyult a 8. számú vegyület;
A Plasmopara viticola-val szemben hatásosnak bizonyult a 4., 8. és 15. számú vegyület.
Az Erysiphe graminis-szel szemben hatásosnak bizonyult az 1-7., 9., 11., 14. és 15. számú vegyület;
A Pyricularia oryzae-val szemben hatásosnak bizonyult az 1. és 2. számú vegyület;
