Claims (14)
1. Uređaj za rukovanje teretom (100) za podizanje i pomicanje kontejnera (106) naslaganih u stogove u skladišnom sustavu, te se sustav sastoji od mnoštva tračnica ili staza raspoređenih u rešetkastom uzorku iznad stogova kontejnera, rešetkasti uzorak sadrži mnoštvo rešetkastih prostora, pri čemu se svaki stog nalazi unutar otiska samo jednog rešetkastog prostora, uređaj za rukovanje teretom je konfiguriran da se pomiče bočno po tračnicama ili stazama iznad stogova, uređaj za rukovanje teretom nadalje sadrži mehanizam za podizanje (104), te mehanizam za podizanje sadrži uređaj za hvatanje (110), a uređaj za hvatanje (110) je konfiguriran za hvatanje spremnika (106) odozgo, pri čemu uređaj za rukovanje teretom (100) sadrži:
vozilo (102) koje se sastoji od karoserije koja ima gornji dio (112) i donji dio (114):
gornji dio (112) za komponente kao što su komponente za napajanje, i/ili komponente za upravljanje, i/ili komponente za pogon i/ili komponente za podizanje;

mehanizam za podizanje (104) je konfiguriran za podizanje i spuštanje uređaja za hvatanje (110) u odnosu na šupljinu (120), mehanizam za podizanje (104) smješten je iznad šupljine (120),
sklop kotača nadalje sadrži mehanizam za pozicioniranje kotača pri čemu, mehanizam za pozicioniranje kotača sadrži sredstva za selektivno zahvaćanje ili prvog kompleta kotača s prvim kompletom tračnica ili staza ili drugog kompleta kotača s drugim kompletom tračnica ili staza,
naznačen time što:
sredstvo za selektivno zahvaćanje sadrži četiri odvojena sredstva za pomicanje (188), pri čemu je svako od četiri odvojena sredstva za pomicanje (188) sa svake strane uređaja za rukovanje teretom konfigurirano da djeluje na odgovarajuću polovicu kompleta kotača (116, 118), čime se uređaju za rukovanje teretom omogućuje selektivno pomicanje bilo u prvom ili drugom smjeru preko mreže, pri čemu mehanizam za pozicioniranje kotača nadalje sadrži krak (180) zakretno postavljen na svom vanjskom kraju na svaki od kotača, te mehanizam nadalje sadrži dvije veze, unutarnji kraj svakog kraka povezan je s vezom (182), gornji krajevi obje veze (182) povezani su s donjim krajem zajedničke veze (184), četiri odvojena sredstva za pomicanje sadržavaju motorna sredstva, od kojih je svako konfigurirano da djeluje na zajedničku vezu (184), motorna sredstva su konfigurirana da djeluju tako da povlače zajedničku vezu (184) prema gore.
2. Uređaj za rukovanje teretom prema zahtjevu 1 naznačen time što motorna sredstva sadrže motor, ili solenoid, ili pužni zupčanik, ili mehanizam s vodećim vijkom.
3. Uređaj za rukovanje teretom prema zahtjevu 1 naznačen time što sredstvo za pomicanje sadrži četiri odvojena motora (188), prvi motor konfiguriran za pomicanje dva kotača iz kompleta (116) kotača, drugi motor konfiguriran za pomicanje preostala dva kotača iz kompleta (116) smještena na suprotnoj strani uređaja za rukovanje teretom, treći motor konfiguriran za pomicanje dva kotača iz kompleta (118) kotača, i četvrti motor konfiguriran za pomicanje preostala dva kotača iz kompleta (118) kotača, tako da jedan motor djeluje da podiže samo pola kompleta kotača.
4. Uređaj za rukovanje teretom prema zahtjevu 3 naznačen time što su motori (188) konfigurirani za neovisni rad, pri čemu je svaki motor prilagođen tako da u bilo kojem trenutku podiže ili spušta polovicu kompleta kotača.
5. Uređaj za rukovanje teretom (100) prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time što četiri odvojena pokretna sredstva sadrže jedan ili više linearnih pokretača.
6. Uređaj za rukovanje teretom prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što mehanizam za pozicioniranje kotača sadrži pomične bočne ploče na svakoj strani uređaja za rukovanje teretom, pri čemu su kotači smješteni na svakoj strani uređaja za rukovanje teretom rotirajuće pričvršćeni na pomične bočne ploče.
7. Uređaj za rukovanje teretom (100) prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time što su jedan ili više kotača (116, 118) konfigurirani da ih pokreće motor integriran s kotačem ili smješten uz kotač.
8. Uređaj za rukovanje teretom (100) prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time što jedan ili više kotača (116, 118) pokreće jedan ili više motora smještenih iznad šupljine (120).
9. Uređaj za rukovanje teretom (100) prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što dalje sadrži sredstva za prijenos pogona smještena oko šupljine (120) za prijenos pogona sa ili svakog motora ili na svaki kotač (116, 118).
10. Uređaj za rukovanje teretom (100) prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time što jedan ili više kotača (116, 118) uključuje kanal koji zajednički djeluje s pogonskim remenom za pogon kotača.
11. Uređaj za rukovanje teretom prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što su kotači smješteni sa svake strane uređaja za rukovanje teretom rotirajuće pričvršćeni na pomične bočne ploče koje obuhvaćaju stranice uređaja za rukovanje teretom, pri čemu pomične bočne ploče nadalje sadrže mehanizam klina i kolosijeka, klinovi se nalaze u tračnicama kada su ploče na mjestu na stranama uređaja za rukovanje teretom, bočne ploče nadalje sadrže motor ili solenoid koji pomiče klin bočno u tračnici, oblik tračnice u unutrašnjosti ploče i pomicanje klina u tračnicama uzrokuje pomicanje bočnih ploča prema gore ili dolje, ovisno o smjeru kretanja klina u tračnicama, tako da kretanje u ploči uzrokuje podizanje kotača povezanih sa svakom pločom s tračnice ili staze ili u skladu s tim zahvaćanje s tračnicama ili stazom.
12. Uređaj za rukovanje teretom prema zahtjevu 11 naznačen time što su bočne ploče montirane na tijelo (230) gornjeg dijela (112) vozila pomoću tračnica (232), pri čemu su tračnice (232) pričvršćene na tijelo (230), a klin je klizno montiran na tračnice (232).
13. Sustav za skladištenje koji sadrži najmanje jedan od uređaja za rukovanje teretom prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu.
14. Postupak pomicanja najmanje jednog uređaja za rukovanje teretom prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva po tračnicama ili stazama iznad skladišnog sustava, naznačen time što se sastoji od koraka selektivnog zahvaćanja prvog kompleta kotača s prvim kompletom tračnica ili staza ili drugim kompletom kotača s drugim kompletom tračnica ili staza tako da se, ovisno o odabiru, uređaj za rukovanje teretom kreće u prvom ili drugom smjeru.
