Claims (12)

1. Okso-dušični kompleks željeza opće formule (I): [image] u kojem: - R1 i R2, identični, izabrani su od linearnih ili razgranatih C1-C20 alkil grupa, poželjno su metil grupa; - R3 je izabran od fenil grupa izborno supstituiranih sa linearnim ili razgranatim C1-C20 alkil grupama, poželjno supstituiranim sa jednom ili više metil, etil, izo-propil, terc-butil grupa; - X, identični, su atom halogena kao što su klor, brom, jod, poželjno klor; - n je 2 ili 3.
2. Katalitički sustav za (ko)polimerizaciju konjugiranih diena koji sadrži: (a) najmanje jedan okso-dušični kompleks željeza opće formule (I) prema zahtjevu 1; (b) najmanje jedan ko-katalizator izabran od organskih spojeva elementa M' različitog od ugljika, pri čemu je navedeni element M' izabran od elemenata koji pripadaju grupama 2, 12, 13 ili 14 periodnog sustava elemenata, poželjno od: bora, aluminija, cinka, magnezija, galija, kositra, još poželjnije od aluminija, bora.
3. Katalitički sustav za (ko)polimerizaciju konjugiranih diena prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što je navedeni ko-katalizator (b) izabran od (b1) aluminij alkila opće formule (V): [image] u kojem X' predstavlja atom halogena kao što su klor, brom, jod, fluor; R5, identični ili različiti, predstavljaju atom vodika, ili su izabrani od linearnih ili razgranatih C1-C20 alkil grupa, cikloalkil grupa, aril grupa, pri čemu su navedene grupe izborno supstituirane sa jednim ili više atoma silicija ili germanija; i n je cijeli broj u opsegu od 0 do 2.
4. Katalitički sustav za (ko)polimerizaciju konjugiranih diena prema zahtjevu 2, u kojem je navedeni ko-katalizator (b) izabran od organo-oksigeniranih spojeva (b2) elementa M' različitog od ugljika koji pripada grupama 13 ili 14 periodnog sustava elemenata, poželjno spojeva aluminija, galija, kositra.
5. Katalitički sustav za (ko)polimerizaciju konjugiranih diena prema zahtjevu 2, u kojem je navedeni ko-katalizator (b) izabran od spojeva ili mješavina organometalnih spojeva (b3) elementa M' različitog od ugljika koji može reagirati sa okso-dušičnim kompleksom željeza koji ima opću formulu (I) prema zahtjevu 1, ekstrahirajući iz ovog supstituent X1 ili X2 σ-vezan, da bi se sa jedne strane formiralo najmanje jedan neutralni spoj, a sa druge strane ionski spoj koje se sastoji od kationa koji sadrži metal (Fe) koordiniran ligandom, i ne-koordinirajući organskog aniona koji sadrži metal M', čiji negativni naboj je delokaliziran na multicentričnoj strukturi.
6. Katalitički sustav za (ko)polimerizaciju konjugiranih diena prema zahtjevu 3, u kojem navedeni aluminij alkili (b1) koji imaju opću formulu (II) su di-izo-butil-aluminij-hidrid (DIBAH), di-etil-aluminij-klorid (DEAC), mono-etil-aluminij-diklorid (EADC), etil-aluminij-seskviklorid (EASC).
7. Katalitički sustav za (ko)polimerizaciju konjugiranih diena prema zahtjevu 4, u kojem navedeni organsko-oksigenirana spojevi (b2) su izabrani od aluminoksana koji imaju opću formulu (VI): [image] u kojoj je R6, R7 i R8, identični ili različiti, predstavljaju atom vodika, atom halogena kao što su klor, brom, jod, fluor; ili su izabrani od linearnih ili razgranatih C1-C20 alkil grupa, cikloalkil grupa, aril grupa, pri čemu su navedene grupe izborno supstituirane sa jednim ili više atoma silicija ili germanija; i p je cijeli broj u opsegu od 0 do 1000.
8. Katalitički sustav za (ko)polimerizaciju konjugiranih diena prema zahtjevu 7, u kojem navedeni organsko-oksigenirani spoj (b2) je metilaluminoksan (MAO).
9. Katalitički sustav za (ko)polimerizaciju konjugiranih diena prema zahtjevu 5, u kojem navedeni spojevi ili mješavine spojeva (b3) su izabrani od organskih spojeva aluminija i posebno bora, kao što su oni predstavljeni sljedećom općom formulom: [image] u kojem w je cijeli broj u opsegu od 0 do 3, svaki RC grupa nezavisno predstavlja alkil grupu ili aril grupu koja ima od 1 do 10 atoma ugljika i svaka RD grupa nezavisno predstavlja aril grupu, potpuno ili djelomično, poželjno potpuno fluoriranu, koja ima od 6 do 20 atoma ugljika, Pir je pirol radikal izborno supstituiran.
10. Postupak (ko)polimerizacije konjugiranih diena, naznačen time što koristi katalitički sustav prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 2 do 9.
11. Postupak za (ko)polimerizaciju prema zahtjevu 10, u kojem navedeni konjugirani dieni su 1,3-butadien, izopren.
12. Postupak polimerizacije 1,3-butadiena ili izoprena, naznačen time što koristi katalitički sustav prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 2 do 9.
