Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a uma célula solar que tem alta eficiência de conversão fotoelétrica que tenha menor probabilidade de diminuir mesmo sob a aplicação de uma voltagem por um longo período de tempo. é proporcionada uma célula solar incluindo: um catodo; uma camada de conversão fotoelétrica; e um anodo na ordem determinada, a camada de conversão fotoelétrica incluindo um composto de perovskita orgânico-inorgânico representado pela fórmula: r-m-x3 em que r representa uma molécula orgânica, m representa um átomo de metal, e x representa um átomo de halogênio ou calcogênio, a célula solar adicionalmente incluindo, entre a camada de conversão fotoelétrica e a camada de anodo, uma camada de prevenção de difusão incluindo no mínimo um selecionado entre o grupo consistindo em: óxidos de metal, nitretos de metal, e oxinitretos de metal cada um contendo um metal dos grupos 6 a 15 da tabela periódica; e carbono.
